Claims (6)
- 加熱炉内に配置され、かつ、前記加熱炉内で加熱された被加熱物を支持し、かつ、前記被加熱物を搬送する加熱炉用搬送ローラであって、
管状に形成され、かつ、金属材料から形成された外側管状部材と、
前記外側管状部材の内部に設けられ、かつ、管状に形成され、かつ、セラミック材料から形成された内側管状部材と、
前記外側管状部材の外周面に沿ってリング状に形成され、かつ、金属材料から形成され、かつ、前記被加熱物を支持する複数の環状突起と、
前記環状突起のうち前記被加熱物と接触する部分に形成され、かつ、セラミック成分を含むセラミック皮膜から構成された保護部材と、を備えている、加熱炉用搬送ローラ。 - 前記セラミック皮膜は、セラミック溶射皮膜である、請求項1に記載の加熱炉用搬送ローラ。
- 前記セラミック成分は、ジルコニアである、請求項1または2に記載の加熱炉用搬送ローラ。
- 前記環状突起の外周面にR加工が施されている、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の加熱炉用搬送ローラ。
- 前記被加熱物は、アルミニウム成分を含む表面処理が施された鋼板である、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の加熱炉用搬送ローラ。
- 前記被加熱物を加熱する前記加熱炉と、
請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の複数の加熱炉用搬送ローラと、を備え、
複数の前記加熱炉用搬送ローラは、前記被加熱物の搬送方向に並列するように前記加熱炉内に配置され、
前記搬送方向に隣り合う前記加熱炉用搬送ローラを第1搬送ローラおよび第2搬送ローラとしたとき、前記第1搬送ローラの前記環状突起と前記第2搬送ローラの前記環状突起とは、前記加熱炉用搬送ローラの長手方向に関して偏倚して配置されている、加熱システム。
