Description
まず、原料となるフェノール樹脂などを粉砕し、粉砕片を加工して複数の球体を得る。この球体を高温下(例えば700〜800℃程度)で炭化させた後、その処理物を高温下(例えば900〜1000℃程度)で水蒸気と反応させる(水蒸気賦活)。この水蒸気賦活により多孔質の構造が形成される(この場合、比表面積が1,000〜2,000m2/g程度になる)。その後、精製し不純物を取り除き、ふるい分けを行い、所望の粒径、及び所望のマクロ孔16aa及びミクロ孔16abの孔径を有した多数の孔部16aが形成された球状微粒子活性炭16が得られる。
電力料金:5,000円 −> 2,500円(電力量が50%減少による)
二酸化炭素の排出量:(5,000/26.19(単価:円/kWh))×0.493(電力会社が算出した排出係数:kg/kWh)=94(kg) −> 47(kg)(電力量が50%減少による)
京都市の二酸化炭素の排出量を試算すれば、717000(世帯数)×(94−47)=33699(t)の排出量が削減されることとなる。
なお、電気の場合、家庭での使用では二酸化炭素は発生しないが、発電の段階で多くの二酸化炭素が発生する。電気とガスを家庭で使用されるまでで比較すれば、電気のほうが、多くの二酸化炭素が発生していることが知られている。

Claims (5)
- 柔軟性を有した紙製もしくは布製の基材と、
前記基材の表面に配され、アクリル溶剤系もしくはシリコーン系のホットメルト粘着剤よりなる固着層と、
前記固着層の前記基材側とは反対側の面に配された、膨張黒鉛を圧延してなる、厚さが30〜60μmの炭素シートと、
前記炭素シートの前記固着層側とは反対側の面に配された、球状微粒子活性炭が保持されている活性炭層と、
前記活性炭層の前記炭素シート側とは反対側の面に配された、通気性を有する表面材とを備えていることを特徴とする内装材用シート材。 - 請求項1において、
前記固着層が粘着シートよりなることを特徴とする内装材用シート材。 - 請求項1において、
前記固着層が前記基材の表面に粘着剤を網目状に配してなることを特徴とする内装材用シート材。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項において、
前記炭素シートの前記固着層側とは反対側の面と、前記活性炭層の前記表面材側とは反対側の面との間に、金属による蒸着層が形成されていることを特徴とする内装材用シート材。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項において、
前記炭素シートの密度は、1.35〜1.8g/cm3であることを特徴とする内装材用シート材。
