Description
前記電池負極は、負極集電体を含み;前記負極集電体は、金属または金属合金または金属複合体導電材を含み、前記負極集電体は、負極活物質を兼ね;
前記電解液は、電解質及び溶媒を含み、前記電解質は、リチウム塩であり;
前記電池正極は、正極集電体及び正極活物質層を含み、前記正極活物質層は、リチウムイオンを可逆的に脱離・挿入できる正極活物質を含み、前記正極集電体は、金属、金属合金または金属複合体導電材を含む。
さらに、前記負極集電体の構造は、アルミニウム箔、または多孔質アルミニウム、または炭素材料により被覆されている多孔質アルミニウム、またはアルミニウムの多層複合構造である。
好ましくは、前記正極集電体は、アルミニウムであることが好ましい。
金属、または金属合金、または金属複合体導電材を所望のサイズに切断し、洗浄して電池負極をとし、前記金属または金属合金または金属複合体導電材は、負極集電体及び負極活物質を兼ねる、電池負極を製造するステップと、
所定量のリチウム塩電解質を秤量して相応の溶媒に加え、十分に攪拌して溶解させ、電解液を取得する、電解液を調製するステップと、
多孔質ポリマー薄膜、無機多孔質薄膜またはガラス繊維類薄膜を所望のサイズに切断し、清浄に洗浄する、セパレータを製造するステップと、
一定の割合で正極活物質、導電剤及びバインダーを秤量し、適切な溶媒に加え、十分に研磨して均一なスラリーになり;金属または金属合金または金属複合体導電材を取り、その表面を洗浄して正極集電体をとし;その後、前記スラリーを前記正極集電体表面に均一に塗布し、前記スラリーが完全に乾燥して正極活物質層に形成した後、切断を行ない、所望のサイズの電池正極を取得する、電池正極を製造するステップと、
前記電池負極、前記電解液、前記セパレータ及び前記電池正極を順に組み立て、二次電池を取得するステップと、を含む。
図1は、本発明の実施例に提供される二次電池の構造模式図である。図1を参照し、本発明の実施例に提供される二次電池は、電池負極1、電解液2、セパレータ3、電池正極(正極活物質層4及び正極集電体5を含む)を含む。電池負極1は、負極集電体を含み、前記負極集電体は、金属または金属合金または金属複合体導電材を含み、前記負極集電体は、負極活物質を兼ねる。電解液2は、電解質及び溶媒を含み、電解質は、リチウム塩である。電池正極は、正極集電体5及び正極活物質層4を含み、前記正極集電体は、金属または金属合金または金属複合体導電材を含み、前記正極活物質層は、リチウムイオンを可逆的に脱離・挿入できる正極活物質を含む。
具体的に、本発明の実施例に提供される二次電池に用いられるセパレータの成分は、絶縁である多孔質ポリマー薄膜または無機多孔質薄膜であり、多孔質ポリプロピレン薄膜、多孔質ポリエチレン薄膜、多孔質複合ポリマー薄膜、ガラス繊維類薄膜または多孔質セラミックセパレータの一つ以上を含む。セパレータの作用は、電池正負極を物理的隔絶して短絡を防止するとともに、電解液におけるイオンの自由な通過を許容することである。
ステップ101は、金属または金属合金または金属複合体導電材を所望のサイズに切断し、その後、切断した金属導電材の表面を洗浄し、洗浄した金属導電材を負極集電体と し、前記負極集電体を電池負極とする、電池負極を製造するステップである。
ステップ102は、所定量の電解質を秤量し、相応の溶媒に加え、十分に攪拌して溶解させる、電解液を調製するステップである。
本発明の実施例において、ステップ102における電解質は、リチウム塩であり、溶媒は、エステル系、スルホン系、エーテル系またはニトリル系有機溶媒を含む。電解液を調製するステップは、前記溶媒に添加剤を加えて攪拌することをさらに含む。好ましくは、溶媒は、エチレンカーボネート(Ethylene carbonate)、ジエチルカーボネート(Diethyl carbonate)、ジメチルカーボネート(Dimethyl carbonate)、エチルメチルカーボネート(Ethyl methyl carbonate)の一つ以上を含むが、それらに限定されない;添加剤は、ビニレンカーボネート(Vinylene carbonate)、亜硫酸エチリデン(Ethylidene sulfite)、亜硫酸プロピレン(Propylene sulfite)、硫酸エチリデン(Ethylidene sulfate)、シクロブチルスルホン(Cyclobutyl sulfone)、1,3−ジオキソラン(1,3−dioxolane)、アセトニトリルまたは長鎖オレフィンの一つ以上である。
以下、具体的な実施例により上述の二次電池製造方法を説明するが、これらの実施例は、さらに詳しく説明するものに過ぎず、本発明は何ら限定されるものではないと理解すべきである。
具体的な実施例1
電池負極を製造するステップにおいて、厚さが0.02mmであるアルミニウム箔を取り、直径が12mmであるウェーハに切断し、エタノールでアルミニウム箔を清洗し、乾燥して負極集電体として用意する。
電解液を調製するステップにおいて、ヘキサフルオロリン酸リチウム(Lithium hexafluorophosphate) (濃度1mol/L)を1.5g秤量して3.2mLのエチレンカーボネート(Ethylene carbonate)、3.2mLのジメチルカーボネート(Dimethyl carbonate)及び3.2mLのエチルメチルカーボネート(Ethyl methyl carbonate)からなる混合溶媒に加え、質量含有量が5%であるビニレンカーボネート(Vinylene carbonate)(0.545g)を添加剤としてさらに加え、ヘキサフルオロリン酸リチウム(Lithium hexafluorophosphate)が完全に溶解するまで十分に攪拌し、電解液として用意する。
電池負極を製造するステップにおいて、0.4gのグラファイト、0.05gのカーボンブラック、0.05gのポリフッ化ビニリデン(Polyvinylidene fluoride)を取り、2mLのN−メチルピロリドン(N−methylpyrrolidone)溶液に加え、十分に研磨して均一なスラリーを取得し;その後、スラリーをアルミニウム箔表面に均一に塗布して真空乾燥する。乾燥して得られた電極シートを直径が10mmであるウェーハに切断し、圧密して電池負極として用意する。
充電−放電試験:上述の二次電池製造方法の実施例で製造した二次電池に、その電圧が4.2Vになるまで、100mA/g正極活物質の定電流を通じて充電し、その後、その電圧が3Vになるまで同一の電流で放電し、その電池容量及びエネルギー密度を測定し、そのサイクル安定性を測定し、サイクル回数で示し、サイクル回数とは、電池容量が85%に劣化する時に、電池が充放電する回数を意味する。
本発明の実施例1に提供される二次電池に対して電池の電化学性能測定を行い、背景技術に言及した伝統なリチウムイオン電池の性能に比べて、その結果及び比較事項を表1に示す。
実施例2−18と実施例1の二次電池製造過程ステップとは、同一であり、その相違点は、負極集電体材料の選択の異なることだけにあり、具体的に表2を参照する。
実施例19−29は、実施例1の二次電池製造過程ステップと同一であり、その相違点は、正極活物質材料の選択が異なることだけにあり、具体的には表3を参照する。
実施例30−45は、実施例1の二次電池製造過程ステップと同一であり、その相違点は、電解質塩が異なることだけにあり、具体的には表4を参照する。
実施例46−50は、実施例1の二次電池製造過程ステップと同一であり、その相違点は、電解質塩濃度が異なることだけにあり、具体的には表5を参照する。
実施例51−94
実施例51−94は、実施例1の二次電池製造過程ステップと同一であり、その相違点は、電解液における溶媒の種類が異なることだけにあり、具体的には表6を参照する。
実施例95−145は、実施例1の二次電池製造過程ステップと同一であり、その相違点は、電解液における添加剤の種類が異なることだけにあり、具体的には表7を参照する。
実施例145−151は、実施例1の二次電池製造過程ステップと同一であり、その相違点は、電解液における添加剤含有量が異なることだけにあり、具体的には表8を参照する。
実施例152−153は、実施例1の二次電池製造過程ステップと同一であり、その相違点は、セパレータ種類が異なることだけにあり、具体的には表9を参照する。
実施例154−159は、実施例1の二次電池製造過程ステップと同一であり、その相違点は、正極材料における活物質、導電剤、バインダー種類、質量含有率が異なることにあり、具体的には表10を参照する。
実施例160−172は、実施例1の二次電池製造過程ステップと同一であり、その相違点は、正極集電体の種類が異なることだけにあり、具体的には表11を参照する。
Claims (9)
- 電池負極、電解液、セパレータ及び電池正極を含み二次電池であって、
前記電池負極は、負極集電体を含み;前記負極集電体の構造は、アルミニウムで構成される多層構造であり、前記負極集電体は、負極活物質を兼ね;
前記電解液は、電解質及び溶媒を含み、前記電解質は、リチウム塩であり;
前記電池正極は、正極集電体及び正極活物質層を含み、前記正極活物質層は、リチウムイオンを可逆的に脱離・挿入できる正極活物質を含み、前記正極集電体は、金属、金属合金または金属複合体導電材を含み、
前記溶媒は、体積比が1:1:1であるエチレンカーボネート(Ethylene carbonate)、エチルメチルカーボネート(Ethyl methyl carbonate)及びジメチルカーボネート(Dimethyl carbonate)であり、
前記電解液は添加剤を更に含み、前記添加剤はビニレンカーボネート(Vinylene carbonate)であり、前記ビニレンカーボネートの質量含有量は2−5mass%であることを特徴とする、二次電池。 - 前記正極活物質は、コバルト酸リチウム、ニッケル酸リチウム、マンガン酸リチウム、リン酸鉄リチウム、ニッケルコバルト酸リチウム二元材料、スピネル構造酸化物、ニッケルコバルトマンガン酸リチウム三元材料、層状リチウムリッチ高マンガン材料の一つ以上またはそれらの一つの複合材料を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記正極集電体は、アルミニウム、マグネシウム、リチウム、バナジウム、銅、鉄、スズ、亜鉛、ニッケル、チタン、マンガンのいずれか一つ、またはいずれか一つの金属の複合体、またはいずれか一つの金属の合金を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記電解質は、ヘキサフルオロリン酸リチウム(Lithium hexafluorophosphate)、過塩素酸リチウム、四フッ化ホウ酸リチウム、酢酸リチウム、サリチル酸リチウム、リチウムアセトアセテート(Lithium acetoacetate)、炭酸リチウム、トリフルオロメタンスルホン酸リチウム、ラウリル硫酸リチウム(Lithium lauryl sulphate)、クエン酸リチウム、リチウムビス(トリメチルシリル)アミド(Lithium bis(trimethylsilyl) amide)、ヘキサフルオロヒ酸リチウム(Lithium hexafluoroarsenate)、リチウムトリフルオロメタンスルホニルイミド(Lithium trifluoromethanesulfonimide)の一つ以上を含み、且つ濃度範囲が0.1−10mol/Lであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記電解質の濃度が0.5−2mol/Lであることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の二次電池。
- 前記電解質は、ヘキサフルオロリン酸リチウム(Lithium hexafluorophosphate)であり、濃度が1mol/Lであることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の二次電池。
- 前記正極活物質層は、導電剤及びバインダーをさらに含み、前記正極活物質の含有量が60−95mass%であり、前記導電剤の含有量が0.1−30mass%であり、前記バインダーの含有量が0.1−10mass%であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記セパレータは、絶縁の多孔質ポリマー薄膜または無機多孔質薄膜であり、多孔質ポリプロピレン薄膜、多孔質ポリエチレン薄膜、多孔質複合ポリマー薄膜、ガラス繊維類薄膜及び多孔質セラミックセパレータの一つ以上を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 二次電池の製造方法であって、
負極集電体及び負極活物質を兼ねる、アルミニウムで構成される多層材料を、所望のサイズに切断し、洗浄して電池負極をとする、電池負極を製造するステップと、
所定量のリチウム塩電解質を秤量して相応の溶媒に加え、十分に攪拌して溶解させ、電解液を取得する、電解液を調製するステップと、
多孔質ポリマー薄膜、無機多孔質薄膜またはガラス繊維類薄膜を所望のサイズに切断し、清浄に洗浄する、セパレータを製造するステップと、
一定の割合で正極活物質、導電剤及びバインダーを秤量し、適切な溶媒に加え、十分に混合して均一なスラリーになり;金属または金属合金または金属複合体導電材を取り、その表面を洗浄して正極集電体をとし;その後、前記スラリーを前記正極集電体表面に均一に塗布し、前記スラリーが完全に乾燥して正極活物質層に形成した後、切断を行ない、所望のサイズの電池正極を取得する、電池正極を製造するステップと、
前記電池負極、前記セパレータ及び前記電池正極を順に組み立てた後、組み立てられるそれらを電池ケースに封入し、電解液を加えてセパレータを完全に浸潤させることにより二次電池を取得するステップと、を含むことを特徴とする、二次電池の製造方法。
