Description
Claims (3)
- 一方向に走行する被検査材を走行方向に磁化する磁化器と、
前記被検査材の幅方向に設定距離だけ離れて配置された1対の磁気センサからなる磁気センサユニットが、前記被検査材の幅方向に複数配列されて構成され、前記磁気センサが前記被検査材の欠陥から漏洩する磁束を検出する磁気センサ群と、
前記磁気センサユニットの1対の前記磁気センサが検出した磁束を加算して得られた検知信号に対し、幅方向に隣接する前記磁気センサユニット同士の前記検知信号の差分を差分信号として算出する差分算出手段と、
前記差分算出手段により算出された前記差分信号に基づいて、前記被検査材の欠陥を判定する欠陥判定手段と
を有し、
前記被検査材の幅方向に隣接する前記磁気センサユニット同士は、前記被検査材の幅方向に隙間無くもしくは重複して配置され、
1対の前記磁気センサは、前記被検査材の前記走行方向に所定量だけずれた位置に配置されている欠陥検出装置。 - 1対の前記磁気センサ間の前記設定距離は、略0.5mm〜1.0mmである請求項1に記載の欠陥検出装置。
- 前記磁気センサは、ホール素子からなる請求項1または2に記載の欠陥検出装置。
