Claims (5)
- 검사 대상 스트립의 주행 방향으로 자계를 발생시키고, 내부 및 표면 결함에서 발생하는 누설 자속을 검사 대상 스트립의 폭 방향으로 다수 병설된 자성 감지 소자 그룹을 구비한 탐상 헤드에 의해 온라인으로 검출하여 결함 신호를 제공하는 자기 탐상 장치의 누설 자기 검출 센서에 있어서,상기 자성 감지 소자 그룹의 자기 감지면의 반대측에, 상기 자기 감지면보다 큰 연질 자성체를 배치하고, 상기 자성 감지 소자 그룹을 구성하는 자성 감지 소자를 상기 연질 자성체와 이격시켜 배치하고, 상기 자성 감지 소자의 자기 감지면과는 반대측면에 밀착하여 별도의 연질 자성체를 배치한 것을 특징으로 하는자기 탐상 장치의 누설 자기 검출 센서.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 자성 감지 소자의 자기 감지면에 밀착하여, 또 다른 연질 자성체를 배치한 것을 특징으로 하는자기 탐상 장치의 누설 자기 검출 센서.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 자성 감지 소자가 홀 소자인 것을 특징으로 하는자기 탐상 장치의 누설 자기 검출 센서.
- 스트립의 온라인 탐상 방법에 있어서,검사 대상 스트립의 내부 및 표면 결함에서 발생하는 누설 자속을 검출하기 위해 검사 대상 스트립의 폭 방향으로 다수 병설된 자성 감지 소자 그룹을 구비하고, 상기 자성 감지 소자 그룹의 자기 감지면의 반대측에 상기 자기 감지면보다 큰 연질 자성체가 배치되고, 그리고 상기 자성 감지 소자 그룹을 구성하는 자성 감지 소자가 상기 연질 자성체와 이격 배치되고, 상기 자성 감지 소자의 자기 감지면과 반대측면에 밀착하여 별도의 연질 자성체가 배치된, 누설 자기 검출 센서를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는스트립의 온라인 탐상 방법.
