Claims (7)
- 容器、ボトル、マルチパックおよび包装品などの直立している物品を搬送する装置であって、
第1の搬送速度を有する第1の搬送機器(12)と、
第2の搬送速度を有するとともに、前記第1の搬送機器(10)と並行して配置された少なくとも1つの第2の搬送機器(14)と、
を備え、
前記第1および前記少なくとも1つの第2の搬送機器は、ともに実質的に閉じた搬送面を形成し、かつ、同じ搬送方向を有し、
前記装置は、
トング(52)を有する循環ベルト(50)を有し、少なくとも1つの前記搬送機器(12、14)を高さ調節可能とし、これにより、前記少なくとも1つの搬送機器(12、14)の搬送面の少なくとも一部が、他の前記搬送機器(14、12)の搬送面の上方に上昇すること、および/または下方に下降することを可能にする少なくとも1つの昇降機器(26)をさらに備えた
ことを特徴とする装置。 - 前記少なくとも1つの第1の搬送機器(12)の速度、および前記少なくとも1つの第2の搬送機器(14)の速度は、調節可能である
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記少なくとも1つの第1の搬送機器(12)、および前記少なくとも1つの第2の搬送機器(14)は、前記搬送方向において、互いに対して少なくとも部分的に傾動可能であり、これにより、前記第1および前記第2の搬送機器(12、14)の前記搬送面間の少なくとも一部に角度が生じる
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の装置。 - 前記搬送機器の幅は、いずれもほぼ同じ大きさであって、搬送される前記物品(16)の底の幅の50%未満、好ましくは30%未満、さらに好ましくは20%未満である
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 - 前記搬送機器(12、14)は、いずれも、好ましくは50V未満の電圧で駆動されるハブモーターによって個別に駆動される
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 - 前記搬送機器(12、14)は、前方端部および/または後方端部で、前記昇降機器(26)によって高さ調節可能であり、
前記昇降機器(26)は、機械式、電動式、空圧式、または油圧式の制御要素を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 - 前記搬送装置(10)は、前記昇降機器(62)によって垂直方向に位置決めすることができる、高さ調節可能なウェブ(60)を有し、これにより、前記ウェブの少なくとも一部が、前記搬送装置(10)の搬送面の上方および下方に昇降することができる
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
