Claims (5)
- 鞍乗型車両(1)の車体フレーム(3)の後方に連結されてシート(31)を支持する左右一対のリヤフレーム(29)と、ピボット(18)によって前記車体フレーム(3)に揺動自在に軸支されるスイングアーム(23)と、ABSモジュレータ(27)で生じた油圧を後輪(WR)のリヤブレーキキャリパ(112)に伝達するブレーキ配管(111)とを有する鞍乗型車両のブレーキ配管構造において、
前記ABSモジュレータ(27)が、前記左右一対のリヤフレーム(29)の間に配設されており、
前記ブレーキ配管(111)は、前記ABSモジュレータ(27)から前記リヤフレーム(29)に沿って車体前方下方に延出され、前記ピボット(18)の前方で車体後方側に湾曲し、前記スイングアーム(23)の下方を通って前記リヤブレーキキャリパ(112)に接続されることを特徴とする鞍乗型車両のブレーキ配管構造。 - 前記ABSモジュレータ(27)に設けられる前記ブレーキ配管(111)の接続端子(110)が、前記リヤフレーム(29)に沿うように車体前方下方に指向していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の鞍乗型車両のブレーキ配管構造。
- 前記スイングアーム(23)の前端部で前記ピボット(18)を軸支する円筒部(23a)に、前記ブレーキ配管(111)を案内する円弧状のガイド部材(116)が取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の鞍乗型車両のブレーキ配管構造。
- 前記ブレーキ配管(111)のうち、少なくとも前記ABSモジュレータ(27)と前記ガイド部材(116)の手前までの区間が、金属製ホースで形成されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の鞍乗型車両のブレーキ配管構造。
- ブレーキペダル(102)の操作に応じて油圧を生じるマスタシリンダ(114)を備え、
前記マスタシリンダ(114)が、前記ピボット(18)を軸支するピボットプレート(19)に固定されており、
前記リヤフレーム(29)の車幅方向内側に、前記マスタシリンダ(114)で生じた油圧を前記ABSモジュレータ(27)に伝達する第2ブレーキ配管(115)が配索されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の鞍乗型車両のブレーキ配管構造。
