Description
1.装置(100)は、第1の軸(90)が3つ(B、DおよびY)の軸を保持するように設計されており、金属ジョブ部品を処理するために必要とされる剛性を損なうことなく小型化をもたらす。
2.装置(100)は、デスクトップまたはテーブルの上に簡単に装着するのに十分に小さい。
3.装置(100)は、より小さいサイズのジョブを快適に保持する。
4.装置(100)は、Y、X、Z、B及びD軸の独立ならびに同時制御を可能にする。
5.装置(100)は、他の5軸加工装置に比べて費用対効果が高い。
Claims (9)
- 第1の側、及び、前記第1の側と反対側の第2の側のそれぞれに向かって延びる水平なY軸が定められた5軸加工装置(100)であって、
Y軸と平行な方向に延び、上方を向く上面を有する第1の部分と、前記第1の部分の前記第2の側の端部から上方に延びる第2の部分と、を有するベース部材(10);
前記第2の部分の上端部から、前記第1の部分の延在方向に対し垂直にさらに上方に延びる支持部材(20)であって、前記支持部材(20)の下部に、Y軸方向に延びる第1の軸(90)が通り、前記第1の軸(90)を支持する軸用開口が設けられた支持部材(20);
前記第1の部分の前記上面に取り付けられた固定ベース(30);
前記固定ベース(30)に設けられ、第1の駆動機構によってY軸方向に移動するよう駆動されることが可能な第1の移動板(40);
前記支持部材(20)に設けられ、第2の駆動機構によって、水平方向に延在する平面内でY軸と直交するX軸方向に移動するよう駆動されることが可能な第2の移動板(50);
前記第2の移動板(50)に設けられ、第3の駆動機構によって、X軸及びY軸と直交するZ軸方向に移動するよう駆動されることが可能な第3の移動板(60)であって、切削工具(53)が設けられZ軸方向に延びる回転軸(55)が搭載された第3の移動板(60);
前記第1の移動板(40)に設けられた第4の移動枠(70)であって、前記第1の軸(90)をY軸方向に移動させる前記第1の移動板(40)の移動に応じて前記第4の移動枠(70)はY軸方向に駆動され、前記第1の軸(90)をY軸回りの回転中心線であるB軸回りに回転させる第4の駆動機構を備える第4の移動枠(70);
前記第2の側の前記第1の軸(90)の端部に設けられ、前記第1の移動板(40)の移動に応じてY軸方向に移動するよう駆動されるとともに、前記第1の軸(90)の回転に応じてB軸回りに揺動される第2の軸(72)であって、前記第2の軸(72)回りの回転中心線であるD軸回りに回転する第2の軸(72)と、前記第2の軸(72)に設けられワークピースを保持するためのチャック(75)と、前記第2の軸(72)を駆動して前記チャック(75)をD軸回りに順回転および反回転させる第5の駆動機構とを備える第5の移動枠(80)であって、前記第5の移動枠(80)のY軸方向の直線運動、前記第5の移動枠(80)のB軸回りの揺動および前記チャック(75)のD軸回りの回転により前記切削工具(53)に対して前記ワークピースを種々の位置に位置決めする第5の移動枠(80);及び
前記第1の移動板(40)、前記第2の移動板(50)、前記第3の移動板(60)、前記第1の軸(90)及び前記第2の軸(72)の動きを制御するためのコントローラ、を備える5軸加工装置(100)。 - 前記コントローラは、コンピュータ数値制御コントローラである、請求項1に記載の5軸加工装置(100)。
- 前記第1の移動板(40)、前記第2の移動板(50)および前記第3の移動板(60)は、滑らかな剛体運動を行うための1つの直線運動レール、軸受筒(bush)、蟻継(dovetail)、ローラガイドのいずれかで構成されている、請求項1に記載の5軸加工装置(100)。
- 前記駆動機構は、モータ(31、41、51、61及び71)と、前記モータに接続された駆動部(34、44、54、64及び74)を含む、請求項1に記載の5軸加工装置(100)。
- 前記駆動機構は、回転モータおよびリニアモータのいずれかから選択されたモータ(31、41及び51)を含む、請求項1に記載の5軸加工装置(100)。
- 前記駆動機構は、回転モータであるモータ(61及び71)を含む、請求項1に記載の5軸加工装置(100)。
- 前記駆動機構は、タイミングベルトとプーリ、ハーモニックドライブ(登録商標)、サイクロイドドライブ、ウォームホイールギヤボックス、ウォームホイールとシャフト部のいずれかから選択された駆動部(34、44、54、64及び74)を含む、請求項1に記載の5軸加工装置(100)。
- 前記第3の移動板(60)が前記第3の駆動機構によって駆動されたとき、前記回転軸(55)は直線状の垂直運動をする、請求項1に記載の5軸加工装置(100)。
- 前記第2の移動板(50)が前記第2の駆動機構によって駆動されるとき、前記回転軸(55)は直線状の水平方向の移動をする、請求項1に記載の5軸加工装置(100)。
