Description
1.透明性基材層上に、少なくとも透明性樹脂層及び電離放射線硬化型透明性表面保護層が当該順に積層されている化粧シートであって、
(1)前記透明性基材層の樹脂成分はホモポリプロピレン樹脂であり、前記透明性樹脂層はランダムポリプロピレン樹脂、ポリオレフィン熱可塑性エラストマー及びホモポリプロピレン樹脂からなる群から選択される少なくとも一種を含有し、
(2)前記透明性基材層は、層厚が40〜120μmであり、且つ、マルテンス硬さが60N/mm2以下であり、
(3)前記透明性樹脂層は、マルテンス硬さが100N/mm2以下であり、且つ、前記透明性基材層のマルテンス硬さより大きく、
(4)前記透明性基材層と前記透明性樹脂層との層厚の合計が100〜420μmである、
ことを特徴とする化粧シート。
2. 前記透明性基材層と前記透明性樹脂層との間に絵柄模様層を有する、上記項1に記載の化粧シート。
3. 前記透明性基材層は、2層以上の積層体からなる、上記項1又は2に記載の化粧シート。
4. 前記透明性樹脂層は、2層以上の積層体からなる、上記項1〜3のいずれかに記載の化粧シート。
5. 前記透明性樹脂層上に艶調整層が形成されており、且つ、
前記艶調整層は、前記透明性表面保護層と隣接して形成されている、
上記項1〜4のいずれかに記載の化粧シート。
6. 上記項1〜5のいずれかに記載の化粧シートと被着材とを積層することにより得られる化粧板であって、前記被着材がチップボード又はチップボードを表面に有する複合基材である化粧板。
7. 前記チップボードは、十点平均粗さRzjisが80〜250μmである、上記項6に記載の化粧板。
8. 床用化粧板である、上記項7に記載の化粧板。
本発明の化粧シートは、透明性基材層上に、少なくとも透明性樹脂層及び電離放射線硬化型透明性表面保護層(以下、「透明性表面保護層」と略記する場合がある。)が当該順に積層されており、
(1)前記透明性基材層及び前記透明性樹脂層は、共にポリオレフィン樹脂を含有し、
(2)前記透明性基材層は、層厚が10〜250μmであり、且つ、マルテンス硬さが60N/mm2以下であり、
(3)前記透明性樹脂層は、マルテンス硬さが100N/mm2以下であり、且つ、前記透明性基材層のマルテンス硬さより大きく、
(4)前記透明性基材層と前記透明性樹脂層との層厚の合計が100〜420μmである、
ことを特徴とする。
本発明の化粧シートは、透明性基材層の樹脂成分としてポリオレフィン樹脂を含有する。また、透明性基材層は、層厚が10〜250μmであり、且つ、マルテンス硬さが60N/mm2以下であるものを用いる。なお、透明性基材層は単層でもよく、製膜方法によって2層以上の積層体から構成されてもよい。透明性基材層を2層以上の積層体から構成し、それぞれに透明性着色剤、パール顔料等を各種組み合わせて含有することにより、化粧板を作製した際にチップボードの風合いに加えて更に意匠性を付与することができる。また、単層では得られない奥行き感や階調性を付与することもできる。透明性基材層を複層とする場合は、各層のマルテンス硬さを60N/mm2以下とし、且つ、各層を合わせた層厚が10〜250μmとなるようにする。
透明性基材層の上には、絵柄模様層を形成することができる。
絵柄模様層の上には、透明性接着剤層を形成することができる。
透明性接着剤層の上には、透明性樹脂層を形成する。
本発明の化粧シートには、艶調整層が形成されていてもよい。艶調整層が形成されている化粧シートの形態としては、例えば、図3〜図5の形態が挙げられる。
透明性樹脂層の上には、透明性表面保護層を形成する。
化粧シートの最表層側には、必要に応じてエンボス加工を施してもよい。
本発明の化粧シートは、被着材と積層することにより化粧板を作製する用途に好適に用いることができる。本発明の化粧板は、本発明の化粧シートの透明性表面保護層が最表面層となるように、前記本発明の化粧シートを被着材上に積層することにより得られる。
≪化粧シートの作製≫
透明性基材層(層厚40μm、ランダムPP、マルテンス硬さ20N/mm2、詳細は表1)にコロナ放電処理を施した後、透明性基材層上に木目導管の絵柄模様層(層厚2μm)を形成し、透明性基材層の裏面に裏面プライマー層(層厚2μm)を形成した。
まず、裏面プライマー層、透明性基材層、絵柄模様層、透明性接着剤層、透明性樹脂層及びプライマー層を形成した。前記各層は、それぞれ、実施例1と同様の方法により形成した。
まず、裏面プライマー層、透明性基材層、絵柄模様層、透明性接着剤層、透明性樹脂層及びプライマー層を形成した。前記各層は、それぞれ、実施例1と同様の方法により形成した。
裏面プライマー層、透明性基材層、絵柄模様層、透明性接着剤層、透明性樹脂層、プライマー層及び透明性表面保護層を、それぞれ、実施例1と同様の方法により形成した。透明性基材層及び透明性樹脂層の種類、厚み及びマルテンス硬さは、表3及び4のとおりである。さらに、透明性表面保護層側に対して、実施例1と同様の方法によりエンボス模様を形成して化粧シートを得た。
上記で作製した各化粧シート(実施例1〜12及び比較例1〜3)の耐衝撃性、耐磨耗性を調べた。また、上記で作製した各化粧シートをチップボード(コルクボード、十点平均粗さRzjis:150μm)に積層した際のラミネート性(気泡の残存の有無)及び歩行感を調べた。また、上記で作製した各化粧シート(実施例1、3及び4)を表面粗さの粗い被着材に積層した際の化粧板の表面状態及び意匠性を調べた。各試験方法及び評価結果を以下に示す。
JIS K5600のデュポン衝撃試験に従って、各化粧シート表面上に、半径6.3mmの半球形状の先端を有した撃ち型を静置させ、前記撃ち型上に500g荷重のおもりを高さ300mm又は500mmから落下させることにより評価した。
A+:500mmの高さから落下させた結果、化粧シートの割れが認められなかった。
A :300mmの高さから落下させた結果、化粧シートの割れが認められなかった。
B :300mmの高さから落下させた結果、化粧シートに僅かな割れが認められた。
C :300mmの高さから落下させた結果、化粧シートに明確な割れが認められた。
テーバー式摩耗試験機(理学工業(株)製)摩耗輪(S−42)を用いて荷重1kgで試験を行い、絵柄模様層が半分摩耗するまでの回転回数を評価した。
A+:4000回転以上
A :1000回転以上
C :1000回転未満
チップボード(コルクボード)にエマルジョン接着剤(主剤:BA-10、硬化剤:BA-11B(中央理科))を6〜7g/30cm2塗布し、化粧シートをラミネートした。得られた化粧板を室温で20kg/30cm2の荷重をかけて3日間養生後、表面状態を目視で観察した。
A:化粧シートとチップボードとの間に気泡の残存が認められなかった。
B:化粧シートとチップボードとの間にわずかな気泡の残存が認められた。
C:化粧シートとチップボードとの間に気泡の残存が認められた。
作製した化粧板の上を、無作為に選んだ10人に歩いてもらい、一般的な突板フロア(東洋テックス株式会社製「ダイヤモンドフロアーHA8」)と比較して歩き易さ(踏み込みに対する床材の人への反応)を評価した。
A:突板フロアよりも歩きやすい。
B:突板フロアと同等の歩きやすさである。
C:突板フロアよりも歩き難い。
コルクボードよりも表面粗さの粗い被着材(表面粗さRzが通常の被着材の2倍以上である被着材)を用意した。次に、前記被着材の上に水性エマルジョン接着剤(中央理化工業株式会社製リカボンドBA−10L (主剤):BA−11B (硬化剤))を6〜7g/30cm2塗布した後、実施例1、3及び4の各化粧シートをラミネートし、さらに室温で3日間養生することにより各化粧板を作製した。各化粧板の表面状態を目視により観察し、以下の評価基準に従って評価した。なお、下記評価基準において、B以上の評価であれば実際の使用状況において問題がない表面状態である。
A+:被着材の凹凸形状が表出していない。
A :被着材の凹凸形状が僅かに表出している。
B :被着材の凹凸形状が若干表出している。
C :被着材の凹凸形状が前記B評価の場合よりも表出している。
まず、上述の「化粧板の表面状態(の評価)」に記載の方法と同様の方法により、各化粧板を作製した。次いで、成人男女20人が前記各化粧板の外観を観察し、木の質感が表現できているか否かを、以下の評価基準で評価した。なお、下記評価基準において、B以上の評価であれば実際の使用状況において問題がない表面状態である。
A+:木の質感が表現できていると判断した成人男女が9割以上。
A :木の質感が表現できていると判断した成人男女が7割以上。
B :木の質感が表現できていると判断した成人男女が5割以上。
C :木の質感が表現できていると判断した成人男女が5割未満。

Claims (8)
- 透明性基材層上に、少なくとも透明性樹脂層及び電離放射線硬化型透明性表面保護層が当該順に積層されている化粧シートであって、
(1)前記透明性基材層の樹脂成分はホモポリプロピレン樹脂であり、前記透明性樹脂層はランダムポリプロピレン樹脂、ポリオレフィン熱可塑性エラストマー及びホモポリプロピレン樹脂からなる群から選択される少なくとも一種を含有し、
(2)前記透明性基材層は、層厚が40〜120μmであり、且つ、マルテンス硬さが60N/mm2以下であり、
(3)前記透明性樹脂層は、マルテンス硬さが100N/mm2以下であり、且つ、前記透明性基材層のマルテンス硬さより大きく、
(4)前記透明性基材層と前記透明性樹脂層との層厚の合計が100〜420μmである、
ことを特徴とする化粧シート。 - 前記透明性基材層と前記透明性樹脂層との間に絵柄模様層を有する、請求項1に記載の化粧シート。
- 前記透明性基材層は、2層以上の積層体からなる、請求項1又は2に記載の化粧シート。
- 前記透明性樹脂層は、2層以上の積層体からなる、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の化粧シート。
- 前記透明性樹脂層上に艶調整層が形成されており、且つ、
前記艶調整層は、前記透明性表面保護層と隣接して形成されている、
請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の化粧シート。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の化粧シートと被着材とを積層することにより得られる化粧板であって、前記被着材がチップボード又はチップボードを表面に有する複合基材である化粧板。
- 前記チップボードは、十点平均粗さRzjisが80〜250μmである、請求項6に記載の化粧板。
