Description
−本方法は、生花、例えばジャスミンの生花のような、湿った脆い植物から芳香抽出物を得ることを可能にする;
−本方法は、特に一次抽出に関して実施が容易であり、したがって現場で初歩的機器を用いて実施できる;
−本方法は、抽出時間が短いことから、エネルギー及び財政支出の点で経済的である;
−本方法は、新鮮な植物を一次抽出物の形態で数週間、さらには数か月にわたって保存することを可能にし、これは前記抽出物の長距離輸送及びその処理を長期にわたって広げることを可能にする;
−本方法は、天然溶媒を使用し、石油化学から得られるのではない;
−本方法は、濃縮物に関して、従来方法により得られる収率に少なくとも類似し匹敵する収率を生じる、
−本方法は実質的に脱蝋された、安定な抽出物を生成する、及び
−得られた芳香抽出物は、生の植物の芳香に実質的に類似した芳香を有し、香料に使用することができる。

Claims (8)
- 湿った植物の新鮮な花、花頂部、及び/又は葉から芳香抽出物を得るための方法であって、前記花、花頂部及び/又は葉が、ミモザ、200種を超えるジャスミンのうちオオバナソケイ(Jasminum grandiflorum)、ソケイ(Jasminum officinale)、キソケイ(Jasminum odoratissimum)、マツリカ(Jasminum sambac)、ヤスミヌム・アウリクラトゥム(Jasminum auriculatum)、ヤスミヌム・フレクシル(Jasminum flexile)のいずれかから選択され、:
a)植物の花、花頂部及び/又は葉を摘み取る工程;
b)前記花、花頂部、及び/又は切りたての葉を、摘み取り後12時間以内に、前記花、花頂部、及び/又は切りたての葉を破壊することなく、エタノールから選ばれた天然のアルコール性溶媒を包含する少なくとも1つの浴中で、50℃未満の温度で浸出し、前記浸出が、花、花頂部及び/又は葉対アルコール性溶媒の最終的な重量比を1:1〜1:3とし、前記花、花頂部、及び/又は切りたての葉をアルコール性溶媒を包含する同じ浴中に複数回通過させることによって実施されるものである、アルコール性混合物を得る工程;
c)前記アルコール性混合物を濾過して、アルコール性花浸出液を回収する工程;及び
d)前記アルコール性花浸出液の超臨界CO2抽出を実施し、アルコール中に前記芳香抽出物を得る工程である工程
を含む方法。 - 請求項1記載の方法であって、前記花、花頂部及び/又は葉が、200種を超えるジャスミンのうちオオバナソケイ(Jasminum grandiflorum)、ソケイ(Jasminum officinale)、キソケイ(Jasminum odoratissimum)、マツリカ(Jasminum sambac)、ヤスミヌム・アウリクラトゥム(Jasminum auriculatum)、ヤスミヌム・フレクシル(Jasminum flexile)のいずれかから選択され、:
a)植物の花、花頂部及び/又は葉を摘み取る工程;
b)前記花、花頂部、及び/又は切りたての葉を、摘み取り後3時間以内に、前記花、花頂部、及び/又は切りたての葉を破壊することなく、エタノールから選ばれた天然のアルコール性溶媒を包含する少なくとも1つの浴中で、50℃未満の温度で浸出し、前記浸出が、花、花頂部及び/又は葉対アルコール性溶媒の最終的な重量比を1:1〜1:3とし、前記花、花頂部、及び/又は切りたての葉をアルコール性溶媒を包含する同じ浴中に複数回通過させることによって実施されるものである、アルコール性混合物を得る工程;
c)前記アルコール性混合物を濾過して、アルコール性花浸出液を回収する工程;及び
d)前記アルコール性花浸出液の超臨界CO2抽出を実施し、アルコール中に前記芳香抽出物を得る工程である工程
を含む方法。 - 前記花、花頂部及び/又は葉が摘み取り後3時間以内に浸出される、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記花及び/又は花頂部が15〜35℃の温度で10分〜2時間浸出される、請求項1〜3のうちのいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- アルコール性花浸出液が4〜10℃の温度で1日〜24か月間保冷される工程も含有する、請求項1〜4のうちいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 超臨界CO2抽出が130〜200barの圧力及び35〜55℃の温度にて実施される、請求項1〜5のうちいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 芳香抽出物を、そのまま真空下で60℃未満の温度にて加熱することによって濃縮する工程、又は天然油、シアバター、天然グリセリン又は天然酢酸ベンジル上で濃縮する工程も包含する請求項1〜6のうちいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 芳香抽出物及び/又は濃縮された芳香抽出物が、摘み取った花、花頂部及び/又は葉に実質的に類似した芳香を有する、請求項1〜7のうちいずれか一項に記載の方法。
