Description
以下、本発明の実施形態について図に基づいて説明する。なお、以下の各実施形態相互において、互いに同一もしくは均等である部分には、図中、同一符号を付してある。
第2実施形態のトルク検出装置10では、爪部151,152の形状に一部変更を加えた。以下、図5〜図7に基づき、詳しく説明する。なお、図6では、説明の都合上、壁部161,162の図示を省略している。
本発明は、上記実施形態に限定されず、例えば以下のように実施してもよい。なお、以下では、各実施形態で互いに同一又は均等である部分には同一符号を付しており、同一符号の部分についてはその説明を援用する。
Claims (5)
- 第1軸(41)と第2軸(43)とを同軸上に連結する弾性部材(42)のねじれ変位に基づき、前記第1軸と前記第2軸との間のねじれトルクを検出するトルク検出装置(10)において、
前記第1軸に固定される磁石(11)と、
前記第2軸において、軸方向に互いに離間した状態で固定される1対の磁気ヨーク(12,121,122)と、
前記1対の磁気ヨークの間において発生する磁束密度を検出する磁気センサ(13)と、を備え、
前記1対の磁気ヨークには、前記磁石に対向して配置され、前記弾性部材がねじれ変位した場合に前記磁石に対して周方向に変位する対向部(151,152)と、前記対向部よりも径方向外側に配置され、それぞれ一方の前記磁気ヨーク側から他方の前記磁気ヨーク側に延びるように設けられ、前記磁気センサを挟んで両側に対向配置される壁部(161,162)と、が設けられ、
一方の前記磁気ヨークの前記壁部と、他方の前記磁気ヨークの前記壁部は、径方向において離間して配置され、
前記磁気センサは、径方向において、一方の前記磁気ヨークの前記壁部と、他方の前記磁気ヨークの前記壁部との間に配置されているトルク検出装置。 - 前記磁気センサは、一方の前記磁気ヨークの前記壁部と、他方の前記磁気ヨークの前記壁部との間に発生する磁束密度を検出し、
一方の前記磁気ヨークの前記壁部と、他方の前記磁気ヨークの前記壁部は、平行に設けられている請求項1に記載のトルク検出装置。 - 前記磁気ヨークは、前記磁石の外周を囲む環状に形成され、前記対向部と前記壁部とが設けられる環状部(141,142)を備え、
前記壁部は、前記環状部の全周に亘って設けられている請求項1又は2に記載のトルク検出装置。 - 前記1対の磁気ヨークに設けられた前記壁部のうち、径方向外側に配置される前記壁部は、径方向において前記磁気センサと重なり、かつ、軸方向に対して斜めに設けられている請求項1〜3のうちいずれか1項に記載のトルク検出装置。
- 前記1対の磁気ヨークに設けられた前記壁部のうち、径方向内側に配置される前記壁部から径方向外側に突出する凸部が設けられており、
前記凸部は、軸方向において、前記磁気センサと重なるように突出する請求項1〜4のうちいずれか1項に記載のトルク検出装置。
