Claims (5)
- 第1軸(41)と第2軸(43)とを同軸上に連結する弾性部材(42)のねじれ変位に基づき、前記第1軸と前記第2軸との間のねじれトルクを検出するトルク検出装置(10)において、
前記第1軸に固定される磁石(11)と、
前記第2軸において、軸方向に互いに離間した状態で固定される一対の磁気ヨーク(12,121,122)と、
前記一対の磁気ヨークの間における磁束密度を検出する磁気センサ(13)と、を備え、
前記一対の磁気ヨークは、前記磁石に対向して配置され、前記弾性部材がねじれ変位した場合に前記磁石に対して周方向に変位する対向部(151,152)と、前記対向部よりも径方向外側に配置され、それぞれ一方の前記磁気ヨーク側から他方の前記磁気ヨーク側に延びるように設けられ、前記磁気センサを挟んで両側に対向配置される壁部(161,162)と、を備え、
前記一対の磁気ヨークにおける前記各壁部の先端は互いに対向し、その先端同士の間に、前記磁気センサが配置されており、
前記先端間の距離は、径方向内側の方が、径方向外側よりも短いトルク検出装置。 - 前記一対の磁気ヨークにおける前記各壁部の先端には、それぞれ端面が設けられており、一方の先端における端面は、他方の先端における端面に対して傾斜している請求項1に記載のトルク検出装置。
- 前記一対の磁気ヨークにおける前記各壁部の先端のうち、いずれか一方の前記先端における端面は、軸方向に対して直交している請求項2に記載のトルク検出装置。
- 前記一対の磁気ヨークに設けられた前記壁部のうち、少なくとも一方の前記壁部は、その先端が前記壁部の基端に対して径方向外側に位置するように、軸方向に対して斜めに設けられている請求項1〜3のうちいずれか1項に記載のトルク検出装置。
- 前記磁気ヨークは、前記磁石の外周を囲む環状に形成され、前記対向部と前記壁部とが設けられる環状部(141,142)を備え、
前記壁部は、前記環状部の径方向外側における端部に設けられている請求項1〜4のうちいずれか1項に記載のトルク検出装置。
