Claims (11)
- 船舶に搭載されるエンジンの排気ガスが流れる第1排気経路と、前記第1排気経路から分岐する経路であり排気ガスに含まれる窒素酸化物を選択還元する触媒経路と、前記第1排気経路から分岐する経路であり前記触媒経路をバイパスするバイパス経路と、前記触媒経路及び前記バイパス経路が排気下流側で合流した経路である第2排気経路と、を含んで構成される排気ガス浄化装置において、
前記触媒経路の少なくとも一部及び前記バイパス経路の少なくとも一部が形成されたケーシングと、
前記触媒経路に配置されており、当該触媒経路を流れる排気ガスに含まれる窒素酸化物を選択還元するSCR触媒と、
を備え、
前記排気ガス浄化装置は、
前記第2排気経路から前記触媒経路への排気ガスの逆流を防止する第1逆流防止部と、
前記SCR触媒と前記第1逆流防止部の間に配置されており、排気ガスの逆流を防止する第2逆流防止部と、
のうち前記第1逆流防止部のみを更に備えるか、前記第1逆流防止部と前記第2逆流防止部の両方を更に備え、

前記第1逆流防止部及び前記第2逆流防止部の少なくとも一方は、逆流防止用の触媒であることを特徴とする排気ガス浄化装置。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の排気ガス浄化装置であって、
前記第1逆流防止部及び前記第2逆流防止部の少なくとも一方は、前記触媒経路内に配置されるとともに前記SCR触媒を通過した排気ガスの流路断面積を小さくする触媒経路内配管であることを特徴とする排気ガス浄化装置。 - 請求項1に記載の排気ガス浄化装置であって、
前記バイパス経路には、当該バイパス経路と前記触媒経路を接続して前記第2排気経路とするための経路接続開口部が形成されており、
前記経路接続開口部の少なくとも排気上流側の縁部には、前記バイパス経路を流れる排気ガスが前記経路接続開口部に入らないように当該排気ガスを案内する逆流防止案内部が形成されていることを特徴とする排気ガス浄化装置。 - 請求項1に記載の排気ガス浄化装置であって、
前記触媒経路のうち前記SCR触媒よりも排気下流側に配置されており、前記第2排気経路から前記触媒経路への排気ガスの逆流を防止する圧縮空気を排気下流側へ噴射する圧縮空気噴射部を更に備えることを特徴とする排気ガス浄化装置。 - 請求項1に記載の排気ガス浄化装置であって、
前記バイパス経路の排気下流側の端部には、前記第2排気経路から前記触媒経路への排気ガスの逆流を防止するための縮径部が形成されており、
前記縮径部の排気下流側の端部の流路断面積が、前記縮径部の排気上流側の端部の流路断面積よりも小さいことを特徴とする排気ガス浄化装置。 - 請求項1に記載の排気ガス浄化装置であって、
前記触媒経路及び前記バイパス経路の排気下流側の端部には、前記第2排気経路から前記触媒経路への排気ガスの逆流を防止するための2重管が配置されており、前記触媒経路が内管であり、前記バイパス経路が前記内管の外側を覆う外管であることを特徴とする排気ガス浄化装置。 - 請求項1に記載の排気ガス浄化装置であって、
前記触媒経路及び前記バイパス経路の排気下流側の端部には、前記第2排気経路から前記触媒経路への排気ガスの逆流を防止するための2重管が配置されており、前記バイパス経路が内管であり、前記触媒経路が前記内管の外側を覆う外管であることを特徴とする排気ガス浄化装置。 - 請求項1に記載の排気ガス浄化装置であって、
前記第2排気経路から前記触媒経路への排気ガスの逆流を防止する逆流防止部を前記第1逆流防止部及び前記第2逆流防止部とは別に更に備え、
前記ケーシングは、前記触媒経路と前記バイパス経路を仕切る内壁部と、前記触媒経路と外部を仕切る触媒外壁部と、を含んで構成されており、
前記逆流防止部は、前記内壁部と前記触媒外壁部とを接続するように配置されるとともに一部に開口部が形成されており、少なくとも一部の前記開口部は、排気下流側の端部の開口面積が排気上流側の端部の開口面積よりも小さいことを特徴とする排気ガス浄化装置。 - 請求項1に記載の排気ガス浄化装置であって、
前記SCR触媒と前記第1逆流防止部の間に配置されており、排気ガスの逆流を防止する複数の逆流防止部を前記第1逆流防止部及び前記第2逆流防止部とは別に更に備えることを特徴とする排気ガス浄化装置。
