Claims (1)
- 試験用エンジンの出力が得られるエンジンベンチ試験機を用いて、最小出力と最大出力との間で出力規制用に予め設定される中間出力範囲に対応する試験用スロットルバルブの中間出力開度を前記スロットルバルブの開度を検出するスロットル開度センサから出力される電圧値によって計測する開度計測工程と、
前記試験用スロットルバルブが前記中間出力開度で開いた場合に対応する中間出力吸入空気量を計測する空気量計測工程と、
前記中間出力吸入空気量が得られる乗物搭載用スロットルバルブの前記中間出力開度が予め設定された公差範囲内に含まれるように、乗物搭載用スロットルボディを組み立てるスロットルボディ組立工程と、
走行中にエンジン出力が最小出力と最大出力との間の所定の中間出力を上限として規制される予め決められた条件である出力規制条件を満たすときに前記中間出力開度を上限として前記乗物搭載用スロットルバルブを開閉制御するスロットルバルブ制御器に対して、前記中間出力吸入空気量に対応する前記乗物搭載用スロットルバルブの前記中間出力開度において前記スロットル開度センサから出力される電圧値に相当する中間出力制御指令を予め記憶させる記憶工程と、を備える、乗物の製造方法。
