Claims (6)
- 車体に搭載されたエンジンの排気ガスを清浄化する排気ガス後処理装置に供給される尿素水を貯えるタンク本体と、
前記タンク本体内に挿入して設けられ、尿素水の状態を検出するセンサを有するセンサユニットとを含んで構成された建設機械の尿素水タンクにおいて、
前記タンク本体の上面部と下面部のうち少なくとも一方の面に設けられ、前記センサユニットの外形寸法よりも大きく開口した開口部と、
前記タンク本体の前記一方の面に設けられ、前記開口部を閉塞する閉塞部材と、
前記タンク本体の前記開口部に先端側から挿入されて前記センサユニットを取囲む筒状体からなり、基端が前記閉塞部材を用いて前記タンク本体の前記一方の面に取付けられているフィルタとを備え、
前記タンク本体の前記上面部に設けられた前記開口部は、前記センサユニットを挿入するためのユニット挿入開口部であり、
前記センサユニットは、前記閉塞部材に取付けられており、
前記フィルタは、前記基端に径方向の外側に延びたフランジ部を有し、
前記フィルタは、先端側から前記ユニット挿入開口部を介して前記タンク本体内に挿入され、
前記フィルタの前記フランジ部は、前記ユニット挿入開口部を閉塞するための前記閉塞部材によって前記タンク本体の前記上面部との間に挟持して取付けられ、
前記タンク本体の前記下面部には、前記フィルタの内側に位置して尿素水を排出するためのドレンプラグが設けられていることを特徴とする建設機械の尿素水タンク。 - 車体に搭載されたエンジンの排気ガスを清浄化する排気ガス後処理装置に供給される尿素水を貯えるタンク本体と、
前記タンク本体内に挿入して設けられ、尿素水の状態を検出するセンサを有するセンサユニットとを含んで構成された建設機械の尿素水タンクにおいて、
前記タンク本体の上面部と下面部のうち少なくとも一方の面に設けられ、前記センサユニットの外形寸法よりも大きく開口した開口部と、
前記タンク本体の前記一方の面に設けられ、前記開口部を閉塞する閉塞部材と、
前記タンク本体の前記開口部に先端側から挿入されて前記センサユニットを取囲む筒状体からなり、基端が前記閉塞部材を用いて前記タンク本体の前記一方の面に取付けられているフィルタとを備え、
前記タンク本体の前記下面部に設けられた前記開口部は、前記センサユニットと上,下方向で対向する位置で前記フィルタを挿入するためのフィルタ挿入開口部であり、
前記フィルタは、前記基端に径方向の外側に延びたフランジ部を有し、
前記フィルタは、先端側から前記フィルタ挿入開口部を介して前記タンク本体内に挿入され、
前記フィルタの前記フランジ部は、前記フィルタ挿入開口部を閉塞するための前記閉塞部材によって前記タンク本体の前記下面部との間に挟持して取付けられる構成としたことを特徴とする建設機械の尿素水タンク。 - 前記タンク本体の前記下面部に設けられた前記閉塞部材には、前記フィルタの内側に位置して尿素水を排出するためのドレンプラグが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の建設機械の尿素水タンク。
- 車体に搭載されたエンジンの排気ガスを清浄化する排気ガス後処理装置に供給される尿素水を貯えるタンク本体と、
前記タンク本体内に挿入して設けられ、尿素水の状態を検出するセンサを有するセンサユニットとを含んで構成された建設機械の尿素水タンクにおいて、
前記タンク本体の上面部と下面部のうち少なくとも一方の面に設けられ、前記センサユニットの外形寸法よりも大きく開口した開口部と、
前記タンク本体の前記一方の面に設けられ、前記開口部を閉塞する閉塞部材と、
前記タンク本体の前記開口部に先端側から挿入されて前記センサユニットを取囲む筒状体からなり、基端が前記閉塞部材を用いて前記タンク本体の前記一方の面に取付けられているフィルタとを備え、
前記タンク本体の前記下面部に設けられた前記開口部は、前記センサユニットと上,下方向で対向する位置で前記フィルタを挿入するためのフィルタ挿入開口部であり、
前記フィルタは、前記基端が前記フィルタ挿入開口部を閉塞するための前記閉塞部材と一体的に設けられ、
前記フィルタは、先端側から前記フィルタ挿入開口部を介して前記タンク本体内に挿入されることを特徴とする建設機械の尿素水タンク。 - 車体に搭載されたエンジンの排気ガスを清浄化する排気ガス後処理装置に供給される尿素水を貯えるタンク本体と、
前記タンク本体内に挿入して設けられ、尿素水の状態を検出するセンサを有するセンサユニットとを含んで構成された建設機械の尿素水タンクにおいて、
前記タンク本体の上面部と下面部のうち少なくとも一方の面に設けられ、前記センサユニットの外形寸法よりも大きく開口した開口部と、
前記タンク本体の前記一方の面に設けられ、前記開口部を閉塞する閉塞部材と、
前記タンク本体の前記開口部に先端側から挿入されて前記センサユニットを取囲む筒状体からなり、基端が前記閉塞部材を用いて前記タンク本体の前記一方の面に取付けられているフィルタとを備え、
前記タンク本体の他方の面には、前記フィルタの先端が嵌合する嵌合部が設けられていることを特徴とする建設機械の尿素水タンク。 - 前記フィルタの先端と前記嵌合部との間には、前記フィルタの先端を弾性的に保持する弾性部材が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の建設機械の尿素水タンク。
