Claims (19)
- 弾性波共振器であって、
圧電基板と、
前記圧電基板の上面に設けられた一対の櫛形電極と
を含み、
前記一対の櫛形電極は、前記櫛形電極が互いに噛み合う第1交差領域及び第2交差領域を含み、
前記第2交差領域は、交差幅方向において前記第1交差領域の両外側端に設けられ、
前記第1交差領域の交差幅は前記第2交差領域の交差幅よりも大きく、
前記第2交差領域の電極指ピッチは前記第1交差領域の電極指ピッチよりも大きく、
前記第1交差領域は、第1の数の電極指を含み、
前記第2交差領域は、前記第1の数の電極指よりも少ない第2の数の電極指を含む弾性波共振器。 - 前記第1交差領域において励振される第1弾性波の周波数が、前記第2交差領域において励振される第2弾性波の周波数よりも高い請求項1の弾性波共振器。
- 前記第1交差領域の電極指と前記第2交差領域の電極指とは第1接続電極指を介して接続され、
前記第1接続電極指は、前記第1交差領域において前記電極指が延びる方向に対して斜めに延びるように構成される請求項1の弾性波共振器。 - 前記弾性波共振器はさらに、前記一対の櫛形電極の電極指が互いに交差しないダミー領域を含む請求項1の弾性波共振器。
- 第1交差領域における前記櫛形電極の電極指と前記第2交差領域における前記櫛形電極の電極指とは、前記一対の櫛形電極の第1接続領域に設けられた第1接続電極指を介して接続され、
前記第2交差領域の電極指と前記ダミー領域の電極指とは、前記櫛形電極の第2接続領域に設けられた第2接続電極指を介して接続され、
前記第1接続電極指及び前記第2接続電極指は、前記第1交差領域において前記電極指が延びる方向に対して斜めにかつ対向して延びる請求項4の弾性波共振器。 - 前記ダミー領域の電極指ピッチは、前記第1交差領域の前記電極指ピッチよりも大きい請求項4の弾性波共振器。
- 前記櫛形電極の電極指は、前記第1交差領域の弾性波伝播方向長さよりも大きい弾性波伝播方向長さを有するバスバー電極に接続される請求項6の弾性波共振器。
- 前記第2交差領域における電極指の幅は、前記第1交差領域における電極指の幅よりも大きい請求項1の弾性波共振器。
- 前記第2交差領域は第1位相領域及び第2位相領域を含み、前記第1位相領域の電極指により生じる弾性波の位相と、前記第2位相領域の電極指により生じる弾性波の位相とが異なる請求項1の弾性波共振器。
- 前記圧電基板はニオブ酸リチウムから作られ、Yカット120度から135度の範囲のカット角を有する請求項1の弾性波共振器。
- 前記櫛形電極を覆うように配置されたSiO2製の誘電体薄膜をさらに含む請求項1の弾性波共振器。
- 複数の弾性波共振器を有する弾性波フィルタであって、前記弾性波共振器の少なくとも一つが請求項1の弾性波共振器を含む弾性波フィルタ。
- 請求項12の弾性波フィルタを含むモジュール。
- 請求項12の弾性波フィルタを含む通信機器。
- 送信フィルタ及び受信フィルタを有するアンテナ共用器であって、
前記送信フィルタ及び前記受信フィルタの少なくとも一方が請求項12の弾性波フィルタを含むアンテナ共用器。 - 請求項15のアンテナ共用器を含むモジュール。
- 請求項15のアンテナ共用器を含む通信機器。
- 弾性波フィルタであって、
圧電基板と、
前記圧電基板の上面に配置された複数の弾性波共振器と
を含み、
各弾性波共振器は、第1交差領域及び第2交差領域を有する一対の櫛形電極を含み、
前記櫛形電極の電極指は、前記第1交差領域及び前記第2交差領域において互いに噛み合い、
前記第2交差領域は、交差幅方向における前記第1交差領域の両外側端に設けられ、
前記第1交差領域の交差幅は前記第2交差領域の交差幅よりも大きく、
前記第2交差領域の電極指ピッチは前記第1交差領域の電極指ピッチよりも大きく、
前記第1交差領域は、第1の数の電極指を含み、
前記第2交差領域は、前記第1の数の電極指よりも少ない第2の数の電極指を含む弾性波フィルタ。 - 前記複数の弾性波共振器はそれぞれが、前記一対の櫛形電極を覆うように配置されたSiO 2 製の誘電体薄膜をさらに含む請求項18の弾性波フィルタ。
