Description
図1は、本実施の形態による車両1の駆動装置の全体構成図である。車両1の駆動装置は、エンジン10と、スタータ11と、モータジェネレータ(以下「MG」ともいう)20と、電力制御回路(以下「PCU(Power Control Unit)」という)21と、高電圧バッテリ22と、低電圧バッテリ23と、自動変速部30と、第1クラッチC1と、第2クラッチC2と、油圧回路50,60と、機械式オイルポンプMOPと、電動オイルポンプEOPと、電子制御装置(Electronic Control Unit、以下「ECU」という)100とを含む。
上述の実施の形態1では、第1クラッチC1、第2クラッチC2およびトルクコンバータ33を備える車両1に本発明を適用する場合について説明したが、本発明を適用可能な車両は上述した車両1に限定されるものではない。
図7は、本実施の形態2による車両1aの駆動装置の全体構成図である。車両1aは、上述の実施の形態1による車両1に備えられていたノーマリクローズ(N/C)タイプの第2クラッチC2を、ノーマリオープン(Normally Open、以下「N/O」ともいう)タイプの第2クラッチC2aに変更したものである。その他の構成については、前述の実施の形態1による車両1の構成と同じであるため、ここでの詳細な説明は繰返さない。
上述の実施の形態2によるECU100は、上述の図7に示した車両1aにおいて、IGオフ状態でIGオン操作がありかつPCU21が故障している場合、EOP圧を用いて第1クラッチC1を解放しかつ第2クラッチC2aを係合した状態で、エンジン10を始動する。しかしながら、N/Cタイプとして構成された第1クラッチC1を解放するためには大きな油圧が必要となり、EOP圧を用いて第1クラッチC1を解放するためには電動オイルポンプEOPが大型化してしまうことが懸念される。
Claims (2)
- 車両の駆動装置であって、
エンジンと、
前記エンジンの出力軸に連結された入力軸を有する自動変速部と、
前記自動変速部の入力軸に連結され、電力制御回路から供給される電力で作動するモータジェネレータと、
前記電力制御回路から供給される電力とは異なる電力で作動することによって前記エンジンを始動することが可能な回転電機と、
前記エンジンと前記モータジェネレータとの間の動力伝達を遮断可能なクラッチ部と、
前記エンジン、前記回転電機および前記クラッチ部を制御可能な制御部とを備え、
前記制御部は、前記電力制御回路が短絡故障している場合、前記クラッチ部を解放した状態で前記回転電機を作動することによって前記エンジンを始動する始動制御を実行し、
前記クラッチ部は、前記モータジェネレータと前記自動変速部の入力軸との間に設けられた第1クラッチと、前記エンジンの出力軸と前記自動変速部の入力軸との間に設けられた第2クラッチとを含み、
前記始動制御は、前記第2クラッチを解放した状態で前記回転電機を作動することによって前記エンジンを始動する制御であるとともに、
前記駆動装置は、電動オイルポンプをさらに備え、
前記制御部は、前記第2クラッチを解放した状態で前記エンジンを始動した後、前記エンジンの回転速度が第1回転速度未満の値に低下した場合に、前記電動オイルポンプの吐出油圧を用いて前記第2クラッチを係合し、
前記第1回転速度は、前記第2クラッチの係合によって前記モータジェネレータが回転させられることによって生じる逆起電力によって前記モータジェネレータと前記電力制御回路との間を流れる電流が許容値未満となる回転速度である、車両の駆動装置。 - 前記第1クラッチは、油圧が供給されていない時に係合され、所定油圧以上の油圧が供給されている時に解放されるように構成され、
前記駆動装置は、前記自動変速部の入力軸に接続された機械式オイルポンプをさらに備え、
前記制御部は、前記エンジンを始動した後に前記電動オイルポンプの吐出油圧を用いて前記第2クラッチを係合したことによって前記自動変速部の入力軸の回転速度が第2回転速度よりも大きい値に増加した場合に、前記機械式オイルポンプの吐出油圧を用いて前記第1クラッチを解放し、
前記第2回転速度は、前記機械式オイルポンプの吐出油圧が前記所定油圧よりも大きくなる回転速度である、請求項1に記載の車両の駆動装置。
