Description
Claims (5)
- 多気筒内燃エンジンにおいて、
吸気ポートを有するシリンダヘッドと、
複数の枝管と複数の枝管の各開口部に形成された共通のフランジ状の接合部とを備える吸気マニホールドと、
吸気ポートにそれぞれ挿入される複数のスリーブ本体と、複数のスリーブ本体の一端に複数のスリーブ本体と樹脂により一体成型された共通のベースと、を備えるスリーブ構造体と、を備え、
共通のフランジ状の接合部と共通のベースとがシリンダヘッドにボルトで固定され、
ベースはボルト孔を有し、ボルト孔に嵌合するカラーを介してボルトを貫通させるよう構成され、
カラーは吸気マニホールドに相対してベースの外側に露出するフランジ部を備えるとともに、ベースのフランジ部に相対する位置に環状突起を形成した、多気筒内燃エンジン。 - 樹脂はシリンダヘッドより低い熱伝導率を示す、請求項1の多気筒内燃エンジン。
- ベースとシリンダヘッドとの間に位置決め機構を設けた、請求項1または2の多気筒内燃エンジン。
- 位置決め機構はベースに形成された突起と、シリンダヘッドに形成された、突起に係合する係合孔で構成される、請求項3の多気筒内燃エンジン。
- 接合部にはボルトの貫通孔が形成され、貫通孔には一端をフランジ部に接し、もう一端をボルトの頭部に接する別のカラーが挿入される、請求項1から4のいずれかの多気筒内燃エンジン。
