Description
図1及び図2において、照明装置10は、第1〜第3レンチキュラレンズシート11〜13と、1つのLED光源14と、筐体15と、脚部16とを備える。第1〜第3レンチキュラレンズシート11〜13は、円形状であって、全て等しい直径Dを有する。第1〜第3レンチキュラレンズシート11〜13は、積層されている。
図10及び図11において、第2実施形態の照明装置30は、第2レンチキュラレンズシート12を、第1レンチキュラレンズシート11に対して回転可能としたものである。照明装置30のその他の構成は、第1実施形態の照明装置10の構成と同一である。
第3実施形態では、図12に示すように、上記各実施形態のLED光源14に代えて、色が可変である光源40を用いる。光源40は、発光色の異なる複数のLED光源41A〜41Dと、これらのLED光源41A〜41Dが設けられた基板42とを有する。LED光源41A〜41Dは、例えば、赤色、緑色、青色、白色のLED光源等が用いられる。基板42には、駆動部43が接続されている。
図13は、照明装置50を、自動車51に取り付ける例を示している。例えば、照明装置50は、自動車51の車体52に埋め込むように取り付けられる。照明装置50は、第1〜第3レンチキュラレンズシート11〜13の外形が長方形であること以外は、上記第1〜第3実施形態のいずれかの照明装置と同様の構成である。照明装置50は、例えば、車体52の後部に取り付けられ、テールランプ等として使用される。なお、これに限られず、照明装置50を、車体52の前部に取り付けられるヘッドランプ等に適用してもよい。

Claims (11)
- 第1方向に延在された第1平凸シリンドリカルレンズが、前記第1方向と直交する方向に複数配列された第1レンチキュラレンズシートと、
第2方向に延在された第2平凸シリンドリカルレンズが、前記第2方向と直交する方向に複数配列された第2レンチキュラレンズシートと、
第3方向に延在された第3平凸シリンドリカルレンズが、前記第3方向と直交する方向に複数配列された第3レンチキュラレンズシートと、
前記第1〜第3レンチキュラレンズシートを介して照明光を射出させる少なくとも1つの点光源と、
を備え、
前記第2レンチキュラレンズシートは、前記第1レンチキュラレンズシートに対して、前記第1方向と前記第2方向とのなす角度を第1角度範囲内として積層され、
前記第3レンチキュラレンズシートは、前記第1及び第2レンチキュラレンズシートに対して、前記第1方向と前記第3方向とのなす角度及び前記第2方向と前記第3方向とのなす角度を第2角度範囲として積層され、
前記第2角度範囲の下限は、前記第1角度範囲の上限より大きくしており、
前記第3レンチキュラレンズシートは、前記点光源から射出される点状の照明光を、前記第3方向と直交する方向に伸びた線状の照明光とし、
前記第1及び第2レンチキュラレンズシートは、前記第3レンチキュラレンズシートによって前記第3方向と直交する方向に伸びた線状の照明光を、前記第1方向と前記第2方向とほぼ直交する方向に拡散させ、前記第1及び第2レンチキュラレンズシートによる照明光の拡散方向に沿って縞模様の照明光を生じさせる照明装置。 - 前記第1角度範囲は、前記第1及び第2レンチキュラレンズシートによって回転モアレが生じる角度範囲である請求項1記載の照明装置。
- 前記第1角度範囲は、0度より大きく30度より小さい範囲である請求項2記載の照明装置。
- 前記第1及び第2レンチキュラレンズシートは、接した状態で積層されており、
前記第3レンチキュラレンズシートは、前記第1及び第2レンチキュラレンズシートの前記点光源側または前記点光源とは反対側に配置されている請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の照明装置。 - 前記第1及び第2レンチキュラレンズシートは、平坦面同士が接した状態で積層されている請求項4記載の照明装置。
- 前記第2レンチキュラレンズシートは、前記第1レンチキュラレンズシートに対して回転可能に保持されている請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の照明装置。
- 前記点光源及び前記第1〜第3レンチキュラレンズシートを支持する支持部材を備える請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の照明装置。
- 前記支持部材は、円筒形状であり、
前記点光源は、前記支持部材の中心軸上に配置されている請求項7記載の照明装置。 - 前記第1〜第3レンチキュラレンズシートは円形であり、
前記円形の直径をD、前記第1及び第2平凸シリンドリカルレンズの配列ピッチをPとした場合に、前記第1角度範囲の下限値は、
αmin=atan(P/D)
により算出されるαminである請求項8に記載の照明装置。 - 前記点光源は、色が可変である請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の照明装置。
- 前記点光源は、LED光源である請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の照明装置。
