Claims (4)
- エンジンが動力伝達可能に連結された差動機構と前記差動機構に動力伝達可能に連結された第1電動機とを有し前記第1電動機の運転状態が制御されることにより前記差動機構の差動状態が制御される電気式変速機構と、前記電気式変速機構の出力回転部材に動力伝達可能に連結された第2電動機と、前記出力回転部材と駆動輪との間の動力伝達経路の一部を構成する機械式変速機構とを備えた動力伝達装置の、制御装置であって、
前記差動機構は、前記エンジンが動力伝達可能に連結された入力要素と、前記第1電動機が動力伝達可能に連結された反力要素と、前記電気式変速機構の出力回転部材に連結された出力要素との3つの回転要素を有しており、
前記第1電動機の運転状態が制御不能となる前記電気式変速機構の故障を判定する故障判定部と、
前記電気式変速機構の故障が判定されると、前記エンジンの運転を停止するエンジン作動制御部と、
前記電気式変速機構の故障が判定されたことに伴い前記エンジンの運転が停止される場合には、前記エンジンが回転停止するまでに前記機械式変速機構のアップシフトを開始する変速制御部と
を、含むことを特徴とする動力伝達装置の制御装置。 - 前記電気式変速機構の故障が判定されたことに伴い前記エンジンの運転が停止される場合に、前記エンジンが回転停止した状態での前記第1電動機の推定回転速度を算出し、前記第1電動機の推定回転速度が所定過回転速度領域に入るか否かを判定する過回転速度判定部を更に備え、
前記変速制御部は、前記第1電動機の推定回転速度が前記所定過回転速度領域に入ると判定された場合に、前記機械式変速機構のアップシフトを開始することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の動力伝達装置の制御装置。 - 前記変速制御部は、前記エンジンが回転停止した状態で前記第1電動機の回転速度が前記所定過回転速度領域から外れる前記機械式変速機構の推定変速比を算出し、前記機械式変速機構の変速比を前記推定変速比とするように前記機械式変速機構をアップシフトすることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の動力伝達装置の制御装置。
- 前記機械式変速機構は、係合装置の係合と解放とにより変速が実行されて複数の変速段が選択的に形成される自動変速機であり、
前記変速制御部は、前記アップシフト後の変速段を形成する為の係合装置を係合することで前記アップシフトを進行させることを特徴とする請求項1から3の何れか1項に記載の動力伝達装置の制御装置。
