Description
本発明の一態様において、γ−アルミナ及び抗菌活性物質を含む多孔性セラミックタイルを提供する。
本発明の他の具現例において、γ−アルミナ及び抗菌活性物質を混合することによってセラミック成形体を形成するステップ;前記セラミック成形体を乾式プレス成形することによって多孔性セラミックタイルを製造するステップ;前記成形された多孔性セラミックタイルを乾燥させるステップ;前記乾燥した多孔性セラミックタイルに釉薬を施釉するステップ;及び前記施釉された多孔性セラミックタイルを熱分解して焼成するステップ;を含む多孔性セラミックタイルの製造方法を提供する。
実施例
下記の表1に記載の各成分の混合物をボールミルを用いて粉砕し、これによって得られたスラリーを噴霧乾燥工程で均一に混合し、含水率が8%、平均粒度が300μmである球状の顆粒粉末を製造した。
下記の表1に記載の成分のうち抗菌活性物質を含まないことを除いては、前記実施例と同一の方法で多孔性セラミックタイルを製造した。
前記実施例及び比較例の多孔性セラミックタイルを25℃の水(100ml)に10分間浸した。その後、時間の経過と共に、多孔性セラミックタイルが含む気孔に各イオンが存在するようになるが、このとき、気孔表面の酸性度(pH値)をpHメーターを用いて測定し、その結果を下記の表2に示した。
Claims (6)
- 母物質、γ−アルミナ及び抗菌活性物質を粒子として含み、
平均直径が1nm〜1mmである気孔を有し、
前記気孔は、前記粒子の表面に形成された気孔と、前記粒子の間に存在する気孔とを有し、
前記母物質は、粘土、白土、黄土及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選ばれたいずれか一つ以上を含み、
前記抗菌活性物質は、炭酸カルシウム、炭酸カリウム、炭酸バリウム、炭酸マグネシウム、炭酸ナトリウム及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選ばれたいずれか一つ以上を含み、前記母物質100重量部に対して3重量部〜30重量部含まれており、
前記気孔の気孔率が30%〜60%であり、
前記気孔表面のpHが11以上である、多孔性セラミックタイル。 - 前記抗菌活性物質は炭酸カルシウムである、請求項1に記載の多孔性セラミックタイル。
- 前記母物質は、粘土である、請求項1又は2に記載の多孔性セラミックタイル。
- 母物質、γ−アルミナ及び抗菌活性物質を混合することによってセラミック成形体を形成するステップ;
前記セラミック成形体を乾式プレス成形することによって多孔性セラミックタイルを製造するステップ;
前記成形された多孔性セラミックタイルを乾燥させるステップ;
前記乾燥した多孔性セラミックタイルに釉薬を施釉するステップ;及び
前記施釉された多孔性セラミックタイルを熱分解して焼成するステップ;を含み、
前記セラミック成形体を形成するステップは、前記母物質、γ−アルミナ及び前記抗菌活性物質を混合して粉砕し、前記母物質、γ−アルミナ及び前記抗菌活性物質を粒子として含む混合物を製造するステップ、及び前記混合物を用いて前記セラミック成形体を成形するステップを含み、
平均直径が1nm〜1mmである気孔を有し、当該気孔は、前記粒子の表面に形成された気孔と、前記粒子の間に存在する気孔とを有し、
前記母物質は、粘土、白土、黄土及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選ばれたいずれか一つ以上を含み、
前記抗菌活性物質は、炭酸カルシウム、炭酸カリウム、炭酸バリウム、炭酸マグネシウム、炭酸ナトリウム及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選ばれたいずれか一つ以上を含み、
前記抗菌活性物質を、前記母物質100重量部に対して3重量部〜30重量部混合し、
前記気孔の気孔率が30%〜60%であり、
前記気孔表面のpHが11以上である、多孔性セラミックタイルの製造方法。 - 前記熱分解は800℃〜1000℃の温度で行われることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の多孔性セラミックタイルの製造方法。
- 前記熱分解は1分〜15分間行われることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の多孔性セラミックタイルの製造方法。
