Description
Claims (4)
- 一次側と二次側が絶縁された状態で電力変換を行う変圧器と、
前記変圧器の一次巻線と一次側の電子部品とを電気的に接続する第1の接続導体と、
前記変圧器の二次巻線と二次側の電子部品とを電気的に接続する第2の接続導体と、
前記一次側の電子部品を収容し、前記第1の接続導体が挿通される第1の開口部を有する第1の筐体と、
前記二次側の電子部品を収容し、前記第2の接続導体が挿通される第2の開口部を有する第2の筐体と、
前記変圧器を収容し、前記第1の接続導体および前記第2の接続導体が挿通される開口が形成された一面を有する第3の筐体と、
を備え、
前記第3の筐体の内部には、絶縁部材が充填され、前記変圧器、前記第1の接続導体の一部、および前記第2の接続導体の一部が前記絶縁部材で封止され、
前記第1の開口部および前記第2の開口部は、前記絶縁部材が充填された前記第3の筐体の前記開口が形成された一面によって塞がれ、
前記第1の開口部の縁と前記第1の接続導体との最短距離は第1の閾値以上であって、前記第2の開口部の縁と前記第2の接続導体との最短距離は第2の閾値以上であり、
前記第3の筐体は、外面の少なくとも一部が外気に触れる位置に設けられる、
電力変換装置。 - 前記電力変換装置の筐体の内部が、仕切り部材によって、外気が流入しない密閉部と外気が流入する開放部に分けられ、
前記第1の筐体および前記第2の筐体は、前記密閉部に設けられるまたは前記密閉部を形成する筐体であり、前記第1の開口部および前記第2の開口部は前記仕切り部材に設けられた開口であり、
前記第1の開口部および前記第2の開口部が、前記第3の筐体の前記開口が形成された一面によって塞がれるように、前記第3の筐体が前記開放部の内部に設けられる、
請求項1に記載の電力変換装置。 - 前記一次側の電子部品が設けられる基板と接する前記第1の筐体の一部に孔が設けられ、前記基板の面の内、前記一次側の電子部品が設けられる面の反対側の面に形成されたヒートシンクが前記第1の筐体の外部に露出し、
前記二次側の電子部品が設けられる基板と接する前記第2の筐体の一部に孔が設けられ、前記基板の面の内、前記二次側の電子部品が設けられる面の反対側の面に形成されたヒートシンクが前記第2の筐体の外部に露出する、
請求項1に記載の電力変換装置。 - 前記第1の筐体および前記第2の筐体は、前記密閉部に設けられるまたは前記密閉部を形成する同一の筐体であり、前記第1の開口部および前記第2の開口部は、前記仕切り部材に設けられた同一の開口部であり、
該開口部が、前記第3の筐体の前記開口が形成された一面によって塞がれるように、前記第3の筐体が前記開放部の内部に設けられ、
前記一次側の電子部品および前記二次側の電子部品が設けられる基板と接する前記仕切り部材の一部に孔が設けられ、前記基板の面の内、前記一次側の電子部品および前記二次側の電子部品が設けられる面の反対側の面に形成されたヒートシンクが前記開放部に露出する、
請求項2に記載の電力変換装置。
