さらに、前記低圧EGRクーラーに供給する冷却水の流量を調整する冷却水量調整装置と、前記低圧EGRクーラーに流入する低圧EGRガスの温度を検出する排気ガス温度検出装置と、前記冷却水量調整装置を制御する制御装置を備え、該制御装置を、低圧EGRを停止しているとき、若しくは、前記排気ガス温度検出装置の検出温度が予め設定した第1設定温度以下であるときは、前記低圧EGRクーラーに流入する冷却水の流量をゼロよりも大きい値に予め設定した最低流量にすると共に、前記検出温度が前記第1設定温度を超えるときは、前記低圧EGRクーラーに流入する冷却水の流量を前記検出温度に応じて変化する予め設定した設定量にするように前記冷却水量調整装置を制御するように構成したことを特徴とするハイブリッドシステム。 - 前記低圧EGR通路を前記排気通路に配置された排気ガス浄化装置よりも下流側の排気通路から分岐したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッドシステム。
- 請求項1又は2に記載のハイブリッドシステムを備えたことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両。
- 電動発電機と、過給システムと低圧EGRシステムを有する内燃機関を備えたハイブリッドシステムのEGR方法において、
前記過給システムのタービンより下流側の排気通路と、前記過給システムのコンプレッサより上流側の吸気通路を接続する低圧EGR通路に設けた低圧EGRクーラーで、前記電動発電機を冷却する冷却水で低圧EGRガスを冷却し、
さらに、低圧EGRを停止しているとき、若しくは、前記低圧EGRクーラーに流入する低圧EGRガスの温度が予め設定した第1設定温度以下であるときは、前記低圧EGRクーラーに流入する冷却水の流量をゼロよりも大きい値に予め設定した最低流量にすると共に、前記低圧EGRガスの温度が前記第1設定温度を超えるときは、前記低圧EGRクーラーに流入する冷却水の流量を前記検出温度に応じて変化する予め設定した設定量にすることを特徴とするハイブリッドシステムのEGR方法。
