Description
1.このような一体型部品は、構造が比較的コンパクトでなく、主に手動で設置されるので、生産効率が悪く、設置安定性が良くない。
2.一体型部品のサイズが大きい。一体型部品を設計する際に、構造空間は、特に、ケーブルとパイプとを配置して締結するように開発される必要がある。したがって、破損もしくは摩擦損傷のような欠陥状態が、一体型部品の機能要素と導線もしくは他の接続要素との間で、これらのずれや抗力により発生する場合がある。
3.一体型部品は、コストが高い場合がある。一体型部品は、構造が比較的複雑であり、製造工程が原始的で、自動化レベルが低いので、このような一体型部品のコストは高くなる場合がある。
4.一体型部品の開発サイクルが長い場合がある。一体型部品は、種々の種類の要素を有し、それらの配置構造が制限されるのは明らかであるので、開発サイクルが長くなる。
5.一体型部品のメンテナンスが困難な場合がある。一体型部品は複雑な構造および種々の要素を有するので、一体型部品が故障すると、問題のある場所を見つけ、一体型部品のメンテナンス方法を見つけるのが困難である。
Claims (15)
- バッテリモジュールの信号収集ユニットであって、
表面に回路を有する回路基板と、
前記回路と電気的に接続される保護カバーと、前記保護カバーと接続される電気接続シートとを備える信号収集端子であって、前記保護カバーは前記回路基板の表面に配置されていて、前記保護カバーと前記回路基板とによってチャンバが画定されており、前記電気接続シートが前記回路基板の縁部を越えて延びる、信号収集端子と、
前記チャンバ内および前記回路基板の表面に配置され、前記保護カバーから絶縁されている温度検知素子と、
前記チャンバ内に充填される熱伝導性電気絶縁材料と
を備える、信号収集ユニット。 - 前記信号収集端子は、さらに緩衝部を備え、前記保護カバーは、前記緩衝部を介して前記電気接続シートと接続されている、請求項1に記載の信号収集ユニット。
- 前記保護カバー、前記緩衝部および前記電気接続シートが一体形成されている、請求項2に記載の信号収集ユニット。
- 前記緩衝部が円弧形状を有する、請求項2または3に記載の信号収集ユニット。
- 前記保護カバーに入口が形成されていて、前記熱伝導性電気絶縁材料は前記入口から前記チャンバ内に充填される、請求項1〜4のうちのいずれか一項に記載の信号収集ユニット。
- 前記温度検知素子がチップ固定抵抗器を備える、請求項1〜5のうちのいずれか一項に記載の信号収集ユニット。
- 前記回路基板がプリント回路基板を備える、請求項1〜6のうちのいずれか一項に記載の信号収集ユニット。
- 前記回路基板がボンディングパッドを備え、前記保護カバーの底部が前記ボンディングパッドと溶接されている、請求項1〜7のうちのいずれか一項に記載の信号収集ユニット。
- バッテリモジュールであって、
複数のバッテリを備えるバッテリパックであって、隣接するバッテリが電気コネクタによって互いに電気的に接続される、バッテリパックと、
請求項1〜8のうちのいずれか一項に記載の信号収集ユニットと
を備え、
前記信号収集ユニットの信号収集端子が前記電気コネクタと電気的に接続される、バッテリモジュール。 - 前記電気コネクタが前記バッテリの電極端子と溶接されている、請求項9に記載のバッテリモジュール。
- 前記複数のバッテリは、直列、並列、もしくはこれらの組み合わせで接続される、請求項9または10に記載のバッテリモジュール。
- 前記信号収集端子と電気的に接続される電力導出シートをさらに備える、請求項9〜11のうちのいずれか一項に記載のバッテリモジュール。
- 上下方向に関して対称的に配置されて、前記回路基板を締結するように構成された挟持部材をさらに備える、請求項9〜12のうちのいずれか一項に記載のバッテリモジュール。
- 前記バッテリパックを収容するように構成された側板と中央板とをさらに備える、請求項9〜13のうちのいずれか一項に記載のバッテリモジュール。
- 前記バッテリモジュール外部の他の部品と接続されるように構成されたコネクタをさらに備える、請求項9〜14のうちのいずれか一項に記載のバッテリモジュール。
