Description
本願は、2010年12月8日に中華人民共和国国家知識産権局(P.R.C.)に出願された中国特許出願第201010581609.4号に対する優先権及び利益を主張し、その全体を参照により本願に援用する。
Claims (14)
- 複数の単電池と、隣接する前記単電池を電気的に接続するための複数の電力接続器とを有する電池パックと;
フレキシブル回路基板を有するサンプリング・モジュールであって、複数の電圧サンプリング端子及び複数の温度センサーがそれぞれ前記フレキシブル回路基板上に配置されてなり、各電圧サンプリング端子が各電力接続器に電気的に接続され、各温度センサーが各電力接続器に接続されてなるサンプリング・モジュールと;
前記電池パック及び前記サンプリング・モジュールを収納するためのシェルと;
を含むことを特徴とする電池モジュール。 - 前記電池パック及び前記複数の電力接続器から前記フレキシブル回路基板を絶縁するために、前記サンプリング・モジュールが更に前記フレキシブル回路基板上に配置された絶縁保護部を有する請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記電力接続器が、
前記温度センサー及び前記電圧サンプリング端子が接続された主要部分と;
隣接する単電池を電気的に接続するために、前記主要部分の両側にそれぞれ接続される第1接続端子及び第2接続端子と;
を有する請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記フレキシブル回路基板が、
複数の電圧サンプリング端子が配置された電圧収集アームと;
前記複数の温度センサーが配置された温度収集アームと;
前記電圧収集アーム及び前記温度収集アームが互いに離間して接続されてなる接続アームと、
を有してなり、
前記複数の電力接続器が前記電圧収集アームと前記温度収集アームとの間のスペースに配置される請求項2に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記絶縁保護部が、第1絶縁層と、第2絶縁層とを有してなり、
前記第1及び第2絶縁層(51、52)が前記フレキシブル回路基板の両面にそれぞれ配置されている請求項4に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記サンプリング・モジュールが更に前記フレキシブル回路基板に接続されたコネクタを有する請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 絶縁保護部が、第1絶縁層と、第2絶縁層とを有してなり、
前記第1及び第2絶縁層にそれぞれ形成された前記第1接続端子及び前記第2接続端子に対応するビアホールがある請求項3に記載の電池モジュール。 - 各温度センサーは各電力接続器に接合されている請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 絶縁保護部が、第1絶縁層と、第2絶縁層とを有してなり、
前記第1絶縁層及び第2絶縁層は、それぞれPET層である請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。 - 各温度センサーは、SMDサーミスタ・センサである請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 複数の単電池と、隣接する前記単電池を電気的に接続するための複数の電力接続器とを有する電池パックと;
サンプリング・モジュールと;
前記電池パック及び前記サンプリング・モジュールを収納するためのシェルと
を含む電池モジュールであって、
前記サンプリング・モジュールは、絶縁保護部と、複数の温度センサー及び複数の電圧サンプリング端子が接続されたフレキシブル回路基板とを有してなり、
各温度センサーは各電力接続器に接続され、
各電圧サンプリング端子は各電力接続器に電気的に接続され、
前記絶縁保護部が、前記フレキシブル回路基板の外表面を覆う外部絶縁層、及び、前記複数の電力接続器と前記複数の単電池との間に配置された内部絶縁層を有する
ことを特徴とする電池モジュール。 - 各電力接続器が、
一の単電池の正極端子に接続される第1接続端子と;
前記一の単電池に隣接する他の単電池の負極端子に接続する第2接続端子と;
前記第1接続端子及び前記第2接続端子にそれぞれ接続され、各温度センサー及び各電圧サンプリング端子を接続される主要部分と
を有する請求項11に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記フレキシブル回路基板が、
接続アームと;
前記複数の電圧サンプリング端子が電気的に接続された電圧収集アームと;
前記複数の温度センサーが配置された温度収集アームと
を有する請求項11に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記サンプリング・モジュールが更に前記接続アームの自由端に形成されたコネクタを有する請求項13に記載の電池モジュール。
