Description
Claims (9)
- 少なくとも1つのセル(10(1)、10(2)、10(3)、10(4))を有するバッテリモジュール(2)であって、前記バッテリモジュール(2)は、セル監視ユニット(15)を備え、前記セル監視ユニット(15)は、接続手段(22)と電気的に接続される、前記バッテリモジュール(2)において、
少なくとも1つのセル接触子(11(1)、11(2)、11(3)、11(4)、12(1)、12(2)、12(3)、12(4))、及び/又は、少なくとも1つのセルコネクタ(13(1)、13(2)、13(3)、13(4))が、少なくとも1つのボンディング用ストリップ(23(1))によって、前記接続手段(22)と電導的に接続されることを特徴とする、バッテリモジュール(2)。 - 前記ボンディング用ストリップ(23(1))の資材として、アルミニウム、アルミニウム・シリコン、銅、又は金が利用されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリモジュール(2)。
- 前記ボンディング用ストリップ(23(1))は、幅が30μm〜500μm、厚みが10μm〜200μmの矩形の形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のバッテリモジュール(2)。
- 前記ボンディング用ストリップ(23(1))は、10mm〜50mmの長さを有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリモジュール(2)。
- 前記セル監視ユニット(15)は、電圧センサ、電流センサ、温度センサ、及び/又は、抵抗器を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリモジュール(2)。
- 1つより多いボンディング用ストリップを含む導電接続の場合には、前記ボンディング用ストリップの接触面は、前記セル接触子(12(4))上又は前記接続手段(22)上に相並んで配置され、及び/又は、前記セル接触子(12(4))上又は前記接続手段(22)上に上下に重なって配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリモジュール(2)。
- 前記接続手段(22)は、導体板、少なくとも1つの導電路、及び/又は、プラグを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリモジュール(2)。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の、バッテリモジュール(2)の少なくとも1つのセル接触子(11(1)、11(2)、11(3)、11(4)、12(1)、12(2)、12(3)、12(4))及び/又は少なくとも1つのセルコネクタ(13(1)、13(2)、13(3)、13(4))と、接続手段(22)と、の間で導電接続を形成する方法において、
前記導電接続は、少なくとも1つのボンディング用ストリップ(23(1))と、少なくとも2つのセル(10(1)、10(2)、10(3)、10(4))のセル接触子(11(1)、11(2)、11(3)、11(4)、12(1)、12(2)、12(3)、12(4))と、の間の接触面(23(1a)、23(3a))を介して、及び、前記ボンディング用ストリップ(23(1))と、前記接続手段(22)と、の間の接触面(23(1b)、23(3b))を介して、サーモソニックボール・ウェッジ・ボンディング、超音波ウェッジ・ウェッジ・ボンディング、及び/又は、熱圧着を利用して形成されることを特徴とする、方法。 - 前記少なくとも1つのセル(10(1)、10(2)、10(3)、10(4))は、リチウムイオンバッテリセルである、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリモジュール(2)。
