Claims (6)
- 工作機械の消耗部品の交換時期を監視する消耗部品の交換時期管理方法において、
前記工作機械の電源がオフされてから、次にオンされるまでの時間を求めて前記消耗部品の休止時間とし、
前記休止時間が予め設定したしきい値以上のとき、前記消耗部品は交換時期に達していると報知することを特徴とした工作機械の消耗部品の交換時期管理方法。 - 前記消耗部品を交換した後の工作機械の電源をオンしていた時間を積算し、オン時間の積算値が第2のしきい値以上のとき、前記消耗部品は交換時期に達したと報知することを更に含む請求項1に記載の工作機械の消耗部品の交換時期管理方法。
- 前記工作機械は、超純水供給装置を備えたレーザ加工機であり、
前記消耗部品は、前記超純水供給装置のプレフィルタ、活性炭フィルタ、逆浸透膜、イオン交換樹脂の少なくとも1つを含む請求項1または2に記載の工作機械の消耗部品の交換時期管理方法。 - 工作機械の消耗部品の交換時期を監視する消耗部品の交換時期管理装置において、
前記工作機械の電源がオフされたときの日時をオフ日時として記憶するオフ日時記憶部と、
前記工作機械の電源がオフされた後に工作機械の電源がオンされたときの日時をオン日時として記憶するオン日時記憶部と、
前記オフ日時とオン日時とに基づき、前記工作機械の電源がオフされてから、次にオンされるまでの時間を求めて前記消耗部品の休止時間とし、該休止時間が予め設定したしきい値以上のとき、前記消耗部品は交換時期に達していると報知する消耗部品の交換時期管理部と、
を具備することを特徴とした工作機械の消耗部品の交換時期管理装置。 - 前記消耗部品を交換した後の工作機械の電源をオンしていた時間を積算するオン時間積算部を更に具備し、
前記消耗部品の交換時期管理部は、オン時間の積算値が第2のしきい値以上のとき、前記消耗部品は交換時期に達したと報知する請求項4に記載の工作機械の消耗部品の交換時期管理装置。 - 前記工作機械は、超純水供給装置を備えたレーザ加工機であり、
前記消耗部品は、前記超純水供給装置のプレフィルタ、活性炭フィルタ、逆浸透膜、イオン交換樹脂の少なくとも1つを含む請求項4または5に記載の工作機械の消耗部品の交換時期管理装置。
