Description
Claims (20)
- 患者の身体内部の構造を測定するための装置であって、前記装置は、
管腔を規定し、前記管腔内に配置される可撓性の細長い部材を有するカテーテルであって、前記可撓性の細長い部材はガイドワイヤを受けるように構成される中心管腔を規定し、前記管腔及び前記中心管腔は前記可撓性の細長い部材によって同心円状にアラインされ、分離される、カテーテルと、
前記細長い部材の遠位部に位置される撮像装置と、
前記管腔内の前記細長い部材の周辺に捲回される可撓性のX線不透過性部材であって、前記X線不透過性部材は、第一の密巻セクション、第二の密巻セクション、第三の密巻セ クション、及び疎巻セクションを有する部材を含む、可撓性のX線不透過性部材と
を有し、
前記第一、第二、及び第三の密巻セクション並びに前記疎巻セクションは、前記第一、第二、及び第三の密巻セクションが前記疎巻セクションによって互いから隔てられるように前記第一、第二、及び第三の密巻セクションの間に位置される前記疎巻セクションと交互に配置され、
前記第一、第二、及び第三の密巻セクションはX線画像において、前記患者の身体内部の構造が前記疎巻セクションによって規定される前記第一、第二、及び第三の密巻セクションの間の距離に基づいて前記X線画像において測定され得るように、前記疎巻セクションより顕著に視覚化される、
該装置。 - 請求項1の装置であって、前記X線不透過性部材が前記細長い部材の前記遠位部の周辺に捲回される、該装置。
- 請求項1の装置であって、前記密巻セクションは、前記疎巻セクションよりもX線不透過性がより大きい領域を含む、該装置。
- 請求項1の装置であって、前記密巻セクションは閉じたピッチの領域を含み、及び前記疎巻セクションは開いたピッチの領域を含む、該装置。
- 請求項1の装置であって、前記細長い部材は外壁を含み、及び前記X線不透過性部材は前記外壁内に配置される、該装置。
- 請求項1の装置であって、前記密巻セクションは、疎巻セクションによって互いに均一に隔てられている、該装置。
- 請求項6の装置であって、前記密巻セクションは均一な長さを有する、該装置。
- 請求項6の装置であって、前記疎巻セクションは均一な長さを有する、該装置。
- 請求項1の装置であって、前記X線不透過性部材は第一端から第二端まで延在し、並びに前記第一端及び前記第二端にて前記細長い部材に固定される、該装置。
- 請求項1の装置であって、前記撮像装置は撮像装置ハウジング上に配置され、及び前記X線不透過性部材は、前記撮像装置ハウジングの隣、且つ前記細長い部材の前記遠位部上に配置される、該装置。
- 請求項1の装置であって、前記撮像装置は超音波トランスデューサを含む、該装置。
- 請求項11の装置であって、前記X線不透過性部材の前記密巻セクションは、前記撮像装置によって超音波的に認識可能である、該装置。
- 請求項1の装置であって、前記細長い部材の前記遠位部上に配置された膨張可能な装置を更に含む、該装置。
- 請求項13の装置であって、前記膨張可能な装置が前記X線不透過性部材の周辺に配置される、該装置。
- 請求項13の装置であって、前記膨張可能な装置がバルーンを含む、該装置。
- 請求項13の装置であって、前記膨張可能な装置がステントを含む、該装置。
- 前記X線不透過性要素は少なくとも三つの密巻セクション及び少なくとも二つの疎巻セ クションを有する前記部材を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記疎巻セクションは、前記第一の密巻セクションよりも多い数の巻線を有する、請求 項1に記載の装置。
- 前記疎巻セクションは、前記第一及び第二の密巻セクションが0.5cmと5cmとの間で隔て られるように、0.5cmと5cmとの間の値を有する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記疎巻セクションは、前記第一及び第二の密巻セクションが1cmで隔てられるように 、1cmの値を有する、請求項1に記載の装置。
