Description
The present invention relates to a power line of an in-wheel motor drive device that extends from an in-wheel motor drive device disposed below the vehicle body to the vehicle body.
Since the in-wheel motor drive device is provided on the wheel of the vehicle and directly drives the wheel, the in-wheel motor drive device is advantageous in that the space of the vehicle body can be made wider than that of the engine-equipped vehicle. As a wiring structure of a power line that supplies power to the in-wheel motor drive device, a structure as described in, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2008-308033 (Patent Document 1) is conventionally known. The power line routing structure described in Patent Document 1 will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 31 is a front view showing a state viewed from the front of the vehicle. In the prior art, in the in-wheel motor IM and the knuckle arm NA extending upward from the in-wheel motor IM, the three-phase AC U-phase, V-phase, and W-phase wirings LU, LV, and LW, and the sensor wiring LS It is described that it is arranged along the knuckle arm NA extending in the vertical direction and fixed by the clamps C1 and C2. Of these, the two wires LU and LV are provided along the wall surface NAa on the vehicle front side of the knuckle arm NA, and the remaining two wires are provided along the wall surface on the vehicle rear side of the knuckle arm NA.
The wirings LU, LV, LW, LS from the in-wheel motor IM are exposed to the outside of the vehicle body. For this reason, there is a possibility that a stepping stone or a foreign object may collide with the wirings LU, LV, LW, LS, but in the conventional structure, the knuckle arm NA extends upward from the in-wheel motor IM and is separated from the road surface. It is considered that the stepping stones and foreign matter do not frequently collide with the knuckle arm NA. On the other hand, when the power line is wired from the in-wheel motor drive device to the suspension member that extends substantially in the horizontal direction, it is considered that the suspension member is close to the road surface, and the stepping stones and foreign matter often collide with the suspension member. In view of the above circumstances, an object of the present invention is to protect a power line that is electrically connected to an in-wheel motor drive device.
For this purpose, the power line protection structure for an in-wheel motor drive device according to the present invention includes an in-wheel motor drive device and a member extending in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle, the front end being connected to the vehicle body side member, and the rear end being the in-wheel motor drive device. A suspension member that is coupled to the in-wheel motor drive device, a power line that is attached from the front end side to the rear end side of the suspension member by a clamp portion, and a member that extends in the vehicle front-rear direction and is attached to the suspension member And a protective cover that covers the power line. The suspension member has an upper surface, a lower surface, and a vehicle width direction side surface oriented in the vehicle width direction. The power line is attached to the side surface of the suspension member in the vehicle width direction. The protective cover has an upper edge and a lower edge, the upper edge of the protective cover overlaps the upper surface of the suspension member, and the lower edge of the protective cover overlaps the lower surface of the suspension member.
According to the present invention, the power line can be protected from a stepping stone or a foreign object by the protective cover. In particular, since the suspension member that extends in the vehicle longitudinal direction and is connected to the in-wheel motor drive device is relatively close to the road surface, foreign objects such as pebbles frequently fly from the road surface, and the utility of protecting the power line is great. In addition, the clamp part of this invention is multiply arranged by the space | interval in the front-back direction of a suspension member, for example. Moreover, the structure of the clamp part of this invention is not specifically limited, For example, the clamp member attached and fixed to the surface of a suspension member may be sufficient, and the hook-shaped protrusion integrally formed in the suspension member may be sufficient. . The power line is a concept that includes a power line through which a large current flows in order to supply power to the motor and a signal line through which a small current flows in order to send and receive an electrical signal to the in-wheel motor drive device. Not. Further, the protective cover may be shaped like a half pipe, and may be any one that covers the power line by covering the suspension member. The opening on the front end side of the protective cover may be formed at the front end in the longitudinal direction of the protective cover, or may be formed behind the front end in the longitudinal direction. The rear end opening of the protective cover may be formed at the rear end in the longitudinal direction of the protective cover, or may be formed in front of the rear end in the longitudinal direction. Moreover, the cross-sectional shape of a protective cover is not specifically limited, C shape, U shape, E shape, etc. may be sufficient.
According to the present invention, in addition to the protective cover serving as a protective wall, the suspension member also serves as a protective wall, and the power line can be protected from external factors such as stepping stones and protrusions on the road surface. The suspension member may be any member that extends in the vehicle front-rear direction, and the length and arrangement location of the suspension member are not particularly limited. According to the present invention, it is possible to avoid the flying stones or foreign matter flying in the vehicle width direction.
As one embodiment of the present invention, a recess that extends from the front end side to the rear end side is formed on the surface of the suspension member, and the power line is installed in the recess. According to this embodiment, since the power line is installed in the concave portion on the surface of the suspension member, the protective cover may cover the power line so as to cover the concave portion, and the protective cover can be made small. Or the space which a power line does not occupy can be ensured among the passage spaces of a protective cover, and it can be set as the channel | path through which the driving wind mentioned later flows. As another embodiment, the power line may be installed on a flat surface of the suspension member.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the protective cover is attached to the suspension member so as to extend in the vehicle longitudinal direction, and extends from the front end side opening, the rear end side opening, and the front end side opening to the rear end side opening to accommodate the power line. The front end side opening may be directed forward of the vehicle, and the rear end side opening may be directed toward the in-wheel motor drive device. According to such an embodiment, not only can the power line be protected from a stepping stone or foreign matter by the protective cover, but the traveling wind is taken in from the front end side opening using the protective cover, and the traveling wind is taken from the rear end side opening. It can lead to an in-wheel motor drive. Therefore, the in-wheel motor drive device can be efficiently cooled. In another embodiment, the protective cover may simply cover the power line and there is little space between the protective cover and the power line.
As a preferred embodiment, the rear end opening of the protective cover is connected to the in-wheel motor drive device. According to such an embodiment, it becomes possible to cover the connection portion between the power line and the in-wheel motor drive device, specifically the terminal box, with the protective cover, and protect the connection portion from foreign matters such as muddy water and stepping stones and rust. can do.
Although the present invention is not limited to one embodiment, the protective cover has a partition wall that extends from the front end side opening to the rear end side opening to partition the passage space into the first passage and the second passage, and the power line is the first one. It is good to be accommodated in one passage. According to this embodiment, the protective cover includes two passages, and by accommodating the power line in the first passage, it is possible to allow only the traveling wind to flow in the second passage, and to effectively drive the traveling wind in-wheel. It can lead to a motor drive.
The arrangement and number of the partition walls are not particularly limited. For example, the partition wall may be a wall that connects the surface of the suspension member and the inner wall surface of the protective cover like an E-shaped cross section. Or a partition wall may define a duct with a protective cover by connecting one place and another one place among the inner wall surfaces of a protective cover like A-shaped cross section.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the second passage may be a duct surrounded all around by a protective cover and a partition wall. According to this embodiment, since the duct is provided, the traveling wind can be guided rearward by the duct without leakage. Further, by separating the duct from the suspension member, it is possible to allow a large amount of traveling air to flow through the duct without being interrupted by the suspension member taking in the traveling air from the front end side opening. In addition, the duct itself contributes to covering the power line. The duct that becomes the second passage is disposed below or above the first passage, for example. Or when arrange | positioning a 1st channel | path adjacent to the vehicle width direction inner side surface of a suspension member, you may arrange | position a duct inside a vehicle width direction rather than a 1st channel | path, and can take in much driving | running wind by this.
By the way, when the two members extending in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle, that is, the suspension member and the protective cover, are made of different materials, a difference in deformation due to thermal expansion occurs between them when the temperature is high, and the protective cover is attached to the suspension member at the attachment position. There is a risk of applying force. And it is not preferable that force is repeatedly applied to the protective cover by repeating high temperature and low temperature. Therefore, as an embodiment of the present invention, the protective cover may be connected to the suspension member via an elastic member. According to such an embodiment, when the suspension member becomes high temperature, even if there is a deformation difference between the two due to the difference between the linear expansion coefficient of the protective cover and the linear expansion coefficient of the suspension member, that is, the protective cover is misaligned. The positional deviation can be absorbed. Further, when the elastic member comes into contact with the protective cover, minute vibrations of the protective cover can be suppressed, and abnormal noise caused by the minute vibrations can be prevented. Further, it is not necessary to finish the processing accuracy of the protective cover attached to the suspension member with high accuracy. Examples of the elastic member that connects the protective cover to the suspension member include a rubber bush.
As an embodiment of the present invention, the elastic member is a cylindrical body, and is attached to the suspension member via a connecting member inserted through the central hole of the cylindrical body. The protective cover is attached to the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical body. According to this embodiment, the cylindrical elastic member is interposed between the protective cover and the suspension member. As a result, it is possible to enjoy the effects of the above-described misalignment absorption and the suppression of minute vibrations. As a structure for attaching the protective cover to the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical body, for example, a hole or a notch is provided in the protective cover, a peripheral groove is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical body, and the protective cover is formed in the peripheral groove of the cylindrical body. A hole or notch may be engaged.
As an embodiment of the present invention, a sealing material for closing a gap between the edge of the protective cover and the surface of the suspension member is further provided. According to this embodiment, water can be prevented from entering the inside of the protective cover.
As a preferred embodiment, the sealing material may be a hollow elastic member extending along the edge of the protective cover. According to such an embodiment, the elastic deformation of the sealing material can be increased by elastically deforming the hollow portion of the sealing material, and the gap between the edge of the protective cover and the surface of the suspension member is reliably closed. Can do. The hollow elastic member may be, for example, a tubular rubber or a rubber having a U-shaped cross section. As another embodiment, the sealing material may be solid. Alternatively, the sealing material may have a lip portion.
As one embodiment of the present invention, the clamp portion includes an elastic material, and the elastic material supports the outer periphery of the power line. According to this embodiment, the power line can be slightly moved by elastic deformation of the elastic material. Therefore, when the suspension member moves, the external force acting on the power line from the clamp portion can be reduced.
As described above, according to the present invention, the power line can be protected from flying stones and foreign objects. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent the possibility that the coating of the power line is broken due to external factors. Further, the traveling wind can be guided to the in-wheel motor drive device, and the in-wheel motor drive device can be cooled.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. First, the in-wheel

The

Next, the
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the three
The three
The
A
The
As shown in FIG. 2, both ends of the
FIG. 16 is a perspective view showing the
According to the present embodiment, since the

In such an attached state, the front end of the
According to the first embodiment, since the hard
It is preferable that the cross-sectional shape of the passage space defined by the bulging

Next, a modification of the present invention will be described. 5 to 7 are explanatory views showing modifications, FIG. 5 shows a state seen from the inner side in the vehicle width direction, FIG. 6 is a perspective view, and FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view taken along line VII-VII in FIG. It is. In this modification, a
According to the modification shown in FIGS. 5-7, since the recessed
Next, another modification of the present invention will be described. FIG. 8 is an explanatory view showing another modified example and shows a state seen from the inside in the vehicle width direction. In another modification, a bellows-shaped
The second
According to another modification shown in FIG. 8, the second
Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described. FIG. 9 is a perspective view as seen from the inside in the vehicle width direction and from the front of the vehicle, and FIG. 10 is a perspective view as seen from below the vehicle. FIGS. 11 to 14 show the protective cover of the second embodiment, FIG. 11 is an explanatory view seen from the inside in the vehicle width direction, FIG. 12 is a bottom view seen from the lower side of the vehicle, and FIG. FIG. 14 is a perspective view seen from the front of the vehicle, and FIG. 14 shows the internal space of the protective cover. About 2nd Embodiment, about the structure which is common in embodiment mentioned above, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected and description is abbreviate | omitted, and a different structure is demonstrated below.
Although the trailing
A
The
According to the second embodiment shown in FIG. 9 to FIG. 14, the
In addition, according to the second embodiment, since the second passage M is a duct disposed below the first passage L, the
In addition, according to the second embodiment, since the inclined surface 53i is formed at the
Next, a third embodiment of the present invention will be described. 17 is an overall view of the power line protection structure according to the third embodiment as seen from the inside in the vehicle width direction, and FIG. 18 is a cross-sectional view showing the power line protection structure of the third embodiment indicated by XVIII-XVIII in FIG. . FIG. 19 is an explanatory view in which the protective cover is removed from FIG. FIG. 20 is a longitudinal sectional view of the protective cover and shows a state seen from the inside in the vehicle width direction. FIG. 21 is an enlarged longitudinal sectional view showing a circled portion in FIG. Regarding the third embodiment, the same components as those in the above-described embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, description thereof will be omitted, and different configurations will be described below.
First, the in-wheel
The
FIG. 18 is a cross-sectional view showing a state in which the third embodiment is cut from the position indicated by XVIII-XVIII in FIG. 17 and viewed from the direction of the arrow. The front end region of the
As shown in FIG. 20, the central region in the longitudinal direction of the
In order to facilitate understanding of the
According to the
The rear edge of the
As another modified example, a gap 76t may be formed between the front end of the
As another modification, as shown in the longitudinal sectional view of FIG. 24, the
Returning to the cross-sectional view of FIG. 18, a

The cross-sectional shape of the sealing
Returning to FIG. 19, the
Referring to the perspective view shown in FIG. 30, the
A
The
