Claims (13)
- 実質的にU字型の断面を有する第1及び第2の長手部分を備える中央ビームを備えるBピラーであって、
前記U字型の断面が、
底部(1)、
第1及び第2の側壁(2、3)、
前記第1の側壁(2)から延びる第1の側面フランジ(4)、並びに
前記第1の側面フランジ(4)の実質的に真っすぐな部分と、前記第1の側壁との間にそれぞれフランジ移行ゾーン(8)、を備え、
前記フランジ移行ゾーン(8)は前記U字型の断面の前記底部に向かって開く凹面を含み、
前記第1の長手部分において、
前記第1の側壁(2)が、第1の実質的に真っすぐな部分(2a、3a)、第2の実質的に真っすぐな部分(2b、3b)、及び前記第1及び第2の実質的に真っすぐな部分の間の側面移行ゾーン(10、11、12)を備え、
前記側面移行ゾーン(10、11、12)が、前記第1の側壁の高さの50〜90%の間に配置され、
前記側面移行ゾーン(12)が実質的に真っすぐな部分(12c)を備え、
前記側壁の前記第1及び第2の実質的に真っすぐな部分(2a、2b)が実質的に平行であり、前記側面移行ゾーンが前記第1及び第2の実質的に真っすぐな部分と平行でなく、
前記側面移行ゾーンの前記真っすぐな部分が、前記U字型の前記底部に対して傾斜しており、
前記第2の長手部分において、
前記第1及び第2の側壁が側面移行ゾーンを有さない、Bピラー。 - 前記第1の側面フランジが前記底部に実質的に平行である、請求項1に記載のBピラー。
- 前記側面移行ゾーン(11、12)が、前記第1の実質的に真っすぐな部分(2a)の端で第1のフィレット半径(11a、12a)を含み、前記第2の実質的に真っすぐな部分(2b)の端で第2のフィレット半径(11b、12b)を含む、請求項1又は2に記載のBピラー。
- 前記側面移行ゾーンが、前記第1の側壁の高さの50〜80%の間に配置される、請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載のBピラー。
- 前記側面移行ゾーンが、前記側壁の高さの50〜70%の間、又は60〜80%の間に配置される、請求項4に記載のBピラー。
- 前記側面移行ゾーンが、前記第1の側壁の高さの70%に配置される、請求項5に記載のBピラー。
- 前記底部が補強リブを備える、請求項1から6の何れか一項に記載のBピラー。
- 前記補強リブが内側に向かって湾曲する部分を備える、請求項7に記載のBピラー。
- 前記第1の長手部分が、前記ビームの長さの少なくとも10%又は少なくとも20%に沿って延びる、請求項1から8の何れか一項に記載のBピラー。
- U字型の断面を有する第3の長手部分を更に備え、前記U字型が、底部並びに前記底部に実質的に垂直に延びる第1及び第2の側壁を備え、前記第1及び/又は第2の側壁が、第1の実質的に真っすぐな部分、第2の実質的に真っすぐな部分、及び前記第1及び第2の実質的に真っすぐな部分の間の側面移行ゾーンを備える、請求項9に記載のBピラー。
- 前記第3の長手部分が、前記ビームの長さの少なくとも10%又は少なくとも20%に沿って延びる、請求項10に記載のBピラー。
- 前記中央ビームの下半分が前記第1の長手部分(B−B)を備える、請求項1から11の何れか一項に記載のBピラー。
- 請求項1から12の何れか一項に記載のBピラーを備える車両。
