Description
磁性粒子を用いた蛍光免疫学的アッセイが、特許文献1に記載されている。この文献においては、磁性物質を含み透過性試験管内で調査すべき抗体の抗原を保有するプラスチック・パールを使用して検査を実施する。これらのパールは、調査対象の抗体及び蛍光分子でマーキングされた抗体を含む試料と共に、試験管内に配置される。反応の完了時に、固相にて抗原に付着するマーキングされた抗体の量が、蛍光計にて測定される。蛍光計では、励起放射が、試料に通されると共に、蛍光放射が、測定容器の底部を通して検出器に収集される。さらに、蛍光計は、磁場を発生させるための手段を備え、それにより、パールは、測定時間の間にわたって測定容器の底部に引き寄せられる。さらに、励起放射の波長にて又は放出放射の波長にて強力に吸収することにより、液相に留まる過剰トレーサによる又は測定によるバックグラウンド放射による干渉を低減させるために、測定前に着色剤が試料に添加される。

さらに、本発明の一実施形態における目的は、多大な時間を要する洗浄工程を必要とせず、好適には例えば数分でなど比較的高速で判定を実施し得る方法を提供することにある。
本発明は、液体中の標的成分の定量的判定又は定性的判定のための全く新しいアプローチを提供して見せた。
液体試料中の標的成分の定量的判定又は定性的判定のための本発明の方法は、
標的成分の1つ又は複数の捕獲部位を各表面に備える複数の磁性粒子を用意する工程と、
磁性粒子の捕獲部位に結合するように構成された複数の蛍光体を用意する工程と、
透過性窓を備えるマイクロ流体デバイスの流路チャネル内に液体試料、蛍光体、及び磁性粒子を搬送する工程と、
磁石を使用して磁性粒子を透過性窓に隣接して少なくとも一時的に固定化し、固定化された磁性粒子に励起電磁ビームを放出し、固定化された磁性粒子により捕獲された蛍光体から発せられる信号を読み取り、読み取られた信号に基づき標的成分の定量的判定又は定性的判定を実施する工程と
からなる。
「磁性粒子を透過性窓に隣接して少なくとも一時的に固定化する」という用語は、磁性粒子が、磁性粒子に捕獲された想定される蛍光体を励起しかかる蛍光体から発せられる信号を読み取るのに十分な時間にわたり固定化されるべきであることを意味するものとして理解されたい。これは以下においてさらに説明される。
マイクロ流体デバイスを使用してこの検査を実施することにより、本方法は非常に高速なものとなり、少量の試料のみが必要となる。
好適なマイクロ流体デバイスを以下でさらに説明する。
一実施形態においては、液体試料は、排水又は例えば湖沼もしくは河川などの自然供給源からの水を含む。
「標的成分」及び「標的検体」という用語は、同義的に使用される。
一実施形態においては、標的成分は、例えば大腸菌E.coli、シトロバクター種、アエロモナス種、パスツレラ種、非血清グループDlサルモネラ属、カンピロバクターブドウ球菌種、及びそれらの組合せなど、細菌性病原体、ウイルス性病原体、又は菌類病原体の中の少なくとも1つなどの微生物であるか又はそれらからなる。
一実施形態においては、標的成分は、タンパク、ヌクレオチド、炭水化物、又は脂質、特に酵素、抗原、又は抗体であるか又はそれらからなる。
標的成分及び対応する捕獲部位は、当技術分野において周知である。また、磁性粒子などの表面上のかかる捕獲部位を固定化することは、周知である。
捕獲部位は、捕獲部位が少なくとも1つの標的成分に結合するように、少なくとも1つの標的成分に関連付けて選択される。
2つ以上の標的成分が存在する場合には、複数の捕獲部位群が存在してもよく、又は全ての標的成分の捕獲部位である1つのタイプの捕獲部位が存在してもよい。
一実施形態においては、捕獲部位は例えばタンパクに対する結合部位であり、それにより、タンパク含有量が判定され得る。一実施形態においては、捕獲部位は、事前選択されたタイプのタンパク又はタンパク群に対する結合部位である。
磁性粒子は、原則的にはマイクロ流体デバイスにおける処理に適した任意のサイズを有
し得る。
特に、複数の異なる蛍光体及び任意には複数の標的成分が存在する状況においては、蛍光体は、各蛍光体からの放出が相互に識別され得るように、比較的特有の放出波長を有することが好適である。
量子ドットの例は、米国特許第7498177号において説明されており、ライフ・テクノロジーズ・ヨーロッパ・ビー・ブイ社(Life Technologies Europe BV)から入手可能な量子ドットは、例えば525、545、565、585、605、625、655、ならびにIR705及び800nmの各放出波長を有する量子ドットなど、広範な波長範囲に及ぶ放出波長を有する150を超える異なる製品構成を含む。一実施形態においては、ストレプトアビジン、ビオチン、抗体、及び多数の異なる官能性は、量子ドット製品のInvitrogen/ライフ・テクノロジーズ社(life Technologies)製品ラインにおいて複合されたものである。
一実施形態においては、成分は、標的成分と同一である。殆どの状況において、標的成分と同一である成分に蛍光体を固着することにより捕獲部位に結合するように蛍光体を構成することが、最も簡易である。
一実施形態においては、量子ドットは、2〜10nmなど、最大で約25nmのサイズを有するコアをそれぞれ備える。量子ドットは、好適にはポリマー・コーティングなどの有機コーティングでコーティングされる。好適には、コーティングは、例えば上述のように磁性粒子の捕獲部位に結合し得る成分に結合される。
内に液体試料を配置する前に例えばシリンジ又は試験管などの中で相互に接触状態におかれ、液体試料は、マイクロ流体デバイスの流路チャネル内で磁性粒子と混合される。この状況においては、標的成分は、もし存在する場合には、磁性粒子の捕獲部位に関して蛍光体と競合することになり、検出される放出信号は、標的成分の量に関する情報を提供することになる。
一実施形態においては、蛍光体及び磁性粒子は、マイクロ流体デバイスの流路チャネル内に配置され、本方法は、流路チャネル内に液体試料を送る工程を含み、蛍光体及び磁性粒子は、好適には相互に距離を置いて流路チャネル内に配置される。
磁性粒子は、例えば磁力により一時的に固定化され得る。
液体試料が、一時的に固定化された蛍光体及び/又は一時的に固定化された磁性粒子と接触状態になると、蛍光体及び/又は磁性粒子は、再懸濁される。本明細書においては、「再懸濁される」という用語は、蛍光体/磁性粒子が液体内で溶解される又は懸濁されることを意味するように使用される。
由に混合することが一般的には望ましく、すなわち磁性粒子は、好適には永久的に固定化されるべきではない。
本明細書においては、「透過性の」という用語は、窓が蛍光体の励起波長及び放出波長に対して透過性を有することを意味する。したがって、窓は、目視検査に対する透過性を有する必要はないが、一般的には、窓又は好適には流路チャネル全体が目視検査に対する透過性を有することが望ましい。
一般的には、磁石は、磁性粒子を透過性窓に隣接して少なくとも一時的に固定化するのに十分な強度の磁場を有することが望ましい。

例えば、2つ以上の並行アッセイの中の1つで使用される蛍光体は、タイプ、サイズ、コーティング、形状、及び/又は量に関して2つ以上の並行アッセイの中の別の1つで使用される蛍光体とは異なる。
基準スケジュールは、例えば当技術分野で一般的に知られるような、読み取られた信号の較正に適用され得る任意のタイプの基準スケジュールであることが可能である。

蛍光体は、有利には蛍光体が磁性粒子の捕獲部位に結合するように構成されないが、代わりに蛍光体が標的成分の1つ又は複数の捕獲部位を備える変更を伴った、上述のようなものである。
マイクロ流体デバイスは、有利には上述のようなものである。
サンドイッチ・タイプ・アッセイは、具体的には、標的成分が2つ以上の捕獲部位を備える比較的大きな成分であり、そのため標的成分が磁性粒子と蛍光体との間に挟まれ得る場合に使用すると有利である。
以下、例及び好適な実施形態に関連してならびに図面を参照して、本発明をさらに十分に説明する。
マイクロ流体デバイスの共通シンク14は、可撓性壁部セクション15を備える。可撓性壁部セクション15は、上述のように例えば図示しないアクチュエータを使用すること
などにより移動され得る。
マイクロ流体デバイスは、5つの流路チャネル21を有する基板22を備える。各チャネル21は、入口23を備え、図示しない可撓性壁部セクションを有するシンク24と流体連通状態にある。
一実施形態においては、ゾーン1は、一時的に固定化された磁性粒子を備え、ゾーン2は、一時的に固定化された蛍光体を備える。
使用時に、液体試料は入口23に送られ、試料は可撓性壁部セクションを使用してチャネルのゾーン1に吸入される。任意には、液体試料は、ゾーン1において脈動されて、ゾーン1内の固定化した要素17を溶解又は再懸濁する。その後、液体試料は、ゾーン2において固定化した要素17を溶解又は再懸濁するためにチャネル21内へとさらにゾーン2まで引き込まれる。予め選択された温置時間後には、液体試料は、シンク24内に完全に引き込まれる。磁性粒子は、読出しゾーン3において固定化される。所望に応じて、液体試料は、シンク24の可撓性壁部を使用することによりチャネル21に再導入され、固定化された磁性粒子は、液体試料を使用してフラッシングされることにより固定化されない蛍光体及びノイズを発生させる恐れのある他の要素を除去し得る。
液体試料を維持するための温度制御素子35を備える。支持要素32は、磁石33をさらに備える。マイクロ流体デバイスは、磁石が読出しセクション36に隣接して配置されることにより読出しセクション36の磁性粒子を一時的に固定化するように、配置される。エミッタ38は、読出しセクション36に向けられた電磁放射を発することにより固定化した磁性粒子上の蛍光体を励起するように構成される。リーダ39は、固定化した磁性粒子により捕獲された蛍光体から発せられる信号を読み取るように構成され、読み取られた信号は、標的成分の定量的判定及び/又は定性的判定のための処理を行うコンピュータ34に送出される。

(実施例1)
スクリーニング・テスト
乳試料が、標的検体であるアンピシリンに関してスクリーニングされる。
一時的に固定化された磁性粒子は、タンパクGに担持された(loaded)アンピシリン抗体を含むキアゲン社(Qiagen)の1.5μm BioMag Protein G 磁性粒子である。緩衝液中の1μLの0.4重量%磁性粒子溶液が、チャネル(ゾーン1)内に配置され、ドライダウンされる。
これらの検査は以下の通りに実施される。

(実施例2)
1つの標的検体の定量的判定
マウス血清が、マウスIgGに関して検査される。これらの試料は、緩衝液中でマウス血清を希釈することにより調製される。
シンク・セクション4と流体連通状態にあるこれらのチャネルは、5つのゾーンを、すなわち共通入口ゾーン0、一時的に固定化された蛍光体を有するゾーン1、一時的に固定化された磁性粒子を有するゾーン2、透過性窓を有する読取りゾーン3、ならびに可撓性壁部及びシンク・セクションを有する共通ゾーン4を有する。この実施例の磁性粒子ゾーン及び蛍光体ゾーンは、実施例1のそれらのゾーンの順序とは逆になる点に留意されたい。
一時的に固定化された磁性粒子は、タンパクGに担持されたマウスIgGを含むキアゲン社(Qiagen)の1.5μm Biomag Protein G 磁性粒子である。緩衝液中の1μLの0.4重量%磁性粒子溶液が、チャネル(ゾーン2)内に配置され、ドライダウンされる。
F(ab’)2 anti−Mouse IgG Conjugate(H+L)である。Qdot 655の1μLの15nM緩衝溶液が、チャネル(ゾーン1)内に配置され、ドライダウンされる。
これらの検査は以下の通りに実施される。
試料が、ウェル内に配置され、カートリッジのチャネルに引き込まれ、ゾーン1にてQdotを再懸濁する。温置が、固定化されたQdotの部位で20秒間にわたり流れを循環させることにより実施されることによって、これらが再懸濁される。次いで、試料は、カートリッジのチャネル内へとさらに引き込まれ、ゾーン2において固定化された磁性粒
子を再懸濁し、また同時に磁性粒子は、検体及びQdotを捕獲することになる。検体及びQdotは、磁性粒子の捕獲部位に関して競合することになる。温置が、20秒間にわたり流れを循環させることにより再度実施される。最後に、試料は、シンク・セクション内に引き込まれ、これにより、試料の通過中に磁石に接近する磁性粒子は、読取りゾーンにおいて固定化される。シンク・セクションでは、ドライダウンされた洗浄剤が溶解され、それにより試料の表面張力が低下する。バックグラウンド・ノイズを軽減するために、試料は、最終的にはチャネル内に押し戻され、そこで固定化されない試料の読取りゾーンをフラッシングするが、読取り部位に信号を含む磁性粒子を残す。洗浄剤は、流体システムのフラッシングを向上させる。
取得した信号を例えば較正曲線などの上述のような基準スケジュールと比較することにより、定量的判定を得ることができる。
(実施例3)
2つの標的検体の定量的判定
乳試料が、標的検体のアンピシリン及び標的検体のテトラサイクリンに関して検査される。
シンク・セクション4と流体連通状態にあるこれらのチャネルは、5つのゾーンを、すなわち共通入口ゾーン0、一時的に固定化された磁性粒子を有するゾーン1、一時的に固定化された蛍光体を有するゾーン2、透過性窓を有する読取りゾーン3、ならびに可撓性壁部及びシンクを有する共通ゾーン4を有する。

(実施例4)
全血中の1つの標的検体の定量的判定
全血がCRPに関して検査される。試料は希釈されない。
シンク・セクション4と流体連通状態にあるこれらのチャネルは、5つのゾーンを、すなわち共通入口ゾーン0、一時的に固定化された蛍光体を有するゾーン1、一時的に固定化された磁性粒子を有するゾーン2、透過性窓を有する読取りゾーン3、ならびに可撓性壁部及びシンク・セクションを有する共通ゾーン4を有する。別個の入口を有する5つの別個の流路チャネルを有することにより、5つの異なる試料を同時にスクリーニングすることが可能となる。
試料が、ウェル内に配置され、カートリッジ内に引き込まれ、ゾーン1にてQdotを再懸濁する。温置が、固定化されたQdotの部位で40秒間にわたり流れを循環させることにより実施される。次いで、試料は、カートリッジのチャネル内へとさらに引き込まれ、固定化された磁性ビーズを再懸濁し、また同時に磁性粒子は、検体及びQdotを捕獲することになる。検体及びQdotは、磁性粒子の捕獲部位に関して競合することになる。温置が、40秒間にわたり流れを循環させることにより再度実施される。最後に、試料は、シンク・セクション内に引き込まれ、これにより、試料の通過中に磁石に接近する磁性粒子は、読取りゾーンにおいて固定化される。
取得した信号を例えば較正曲線などの上述のような基準スケジュールと比較することにより、定量的判定を得ることができる。
(実施例5)
実施例1が、水で希釈された粉砕牛肉抽出物を使用して繰り返される。それぞれ異なる希釈度の試料が適用される。
(実施例6)
実施例2が、ウェルに試料を配置しカートリッジのチャネル内にそれを引き込む前に、試料が磁性粒子及び蛍光体と混合されるという相違点を伴いつつ繰り返される。
試料は、シンク・セクション内に即座に引き込まれ得るため、これにより、試料の通過中に磁石に接近する磁性粒子は、読取りゾーンにおいて固定化される。
(実施例7)
実施例2が、シンク・セクションからチャネル内に試料を押し込んで読取りゾーンの固定化されない試料をフラッシングするが、読取り部位にて信号を含む磁性粒子を残すことにより、システムが試料でフラッシングされるという相違点を伴いつつ繰り返される。
Claims (27)
- 液体試料中の、標的成分の定量的判定又は定性的判定のための方法において、
前記標的成分の1つ以上の捕獲部位をそれぞれの表面に備える複数の磁性粒子を設ける工程と、
前記磁性粒子の前記捕獲部位に結合するための複数の蛍光体を設ける工程と、
マイクロ流体デバイスの同一の流路チャネル内において一定の距離をもって互いに離間して、かつ前記流路チャネルの入口よりも下流に、前記蛍光体及び前記磁性粒子を配備する工程と、
前記液体試料を前記入口を通って前記流路チャネル内に供給して、前記液体サンプルを前記蛍光体及び前記磁性粒子と混合させる、前記液体試料を前記流路チャネル内に供給する工程と、
磁石を使用して前記磁性粒子を透過性窓に隣接して少なくとも一時的に固定化し、前記固定化された磁性粒子に向けて、励起した電磁ビームによって放射し、前記固定化された磁性粒子により捕獲された蛍光体から発せられる信号を読み取り、及び、読み取られた前記信号に基づき前記標的成分の定量的判定又は定性的判定を実施する工程とからなる、方法。 - 前記標的成分は、微生物、細胞、タンパク、ヌクレオチド、炭水化物、又は脂質のうちの少なくとも1つからなる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 捕獲部位が、前記標的成分に対して特異的であるか、又は1つ以上の標的成分からなる成分群に対して特異的である、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記磁性粒子は、前記捕獲部位を含んでなるコーティングを備えたコーティング済み磁性粒子であり、前記捕獲部位は、前記標的成分の捕獲部位になるように選択される、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記蛍光体は、前記磁性粒子の前記捕獲部位に結合し得る成分に固着されることにより
前記磁性粒子の前記捕獲部位に結合するように構成される、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記蛍光体は、光源により刺激された場合に、1つ以上の別個の光周波数を発する量子ドットであり、各量子ドットは、半導体ナノ粒子又は希土類元素ドープ酸化物コロイド状ナノ粒子から選択される励起可能物質のコアを備える、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記蛍光体及び前記磁性粒子は、前記流路チャネルに前記液体試料を送る前に前記蛍光体及び前記磁性粒子が相互に結合し得ないように、前記マイクロ流体デバイスの前記流路チャネル内で一時的に固定化される、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記方法は、前記磁性粒子の前記捕獲部位に前記液体試料及び蛍光体の少なくとも一方の中の想定される標的成分を捕獲させる工程をさらに備える、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも一時的に固定化された磁性粒子は、前記磁性粒子の前記捕獲部位に捕獲された想定される蛍光体の少なくとも一部が励起されるように、前記電磁ビームにさらされ、その後、任意の捕獲された蛍光体から発せられる信号が、読み取られ、前記標的成分の定量的判定又は定性的判定が、前記読み取られた信号に基づき実施される、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記方法は、前記標的成分の定量的判定又は定性的判定のために前記液体試料に対して2つ以上の並行アッセイを実施する工程をさらに備え、各アッセイが、
透過性窓を備えるマイクロ流体デバイスにおいて前記液体試料の一部を前記蛍光体及び前記磁性粒子に接触させることと、
磁石を使用して前記透過性窓に隣接して前記磁性粒子を少なくとも一時的に固定化し、前記固定化された磁性粒子に励起電磁ビームを放出し、前記固定化された磁性粒子により捕獲された蛍光体から発せられる信号を読み取ることと、
からなる、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 液体試料中の標的成分の前記定量的判定又は定性的判定は、前記読み取られた信号を既知の組成の液体試料から得られた信号と比較すること、及び種々の蛍光体群から読み取られた信号を多重化することのうちの少なくとも1つにより実施される、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 液体試料中の標的成分の定量的判定又は定性的判定のためのシステムにおいて、
透過性窓及び前記液体試料の入口を有する少なくとも1つの流路チャネルを備えるマイクロ流体デバイスと、
前記標的成分の1つ以上の捕獲部位を各表面に備える複数の磁性粒子と、
前記磁性粒子の前記捕獲部位に結合するように構成された複数の蛍光体と、
前記透過性窓に隣接して前記磁性粒子を少なくとも一時的に固定化するように構成された磁石と、
前記蛍光体を励起するためのエミッタと、
前記蛍光体から発せられる信号を読み取るためのリーダと、
からなり、
前記蛍光体及び前記磁性粒子は流路チャネル内において一定の距離をもって互いに離間して、かつ前記流路チャネルの入口よりも下流に設けられる、
システム。 - 前記マイクロ流体デバイスは、ポリマー及びガラスのうちの少なくとも一方からなり、前記マイクロ流体デバイスは、前記流路チャネル用の溝と前記流路チャネルを覆うフォイルとを有する基板からなり、前記マイクロ流体デバイスは、前記液体試料を吸入するための入口を備える、請求項12に記載のシステム。
- 前記流路チャネルは、前記マイクロ流体デバイスのシンク・セクションと流体連通状態にあり、前記マイクロ流体デバイスは、前記透過性窓の形態の読取りゾーンと呼ばれる励起及び読出しゾーンを備え、前記窓は、前記蛍光体の少なくとも励起波長及び放出波長に対する透過性を有する、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 前記システムは、前記流路チャネル内の前記液体試料の温度を調整するための温度調整器を備える、請求項12〜14のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記磁性粒子は、前記捕獲部位を備えるコーティングを備えるコーティングされた磁性粒子である、請求項12〜15のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記エミッタは、前記電磁放射を発するための出力端部を有する少なくとも1つの光ファイバを備え、前記リーダは、磁性粒子により捕獲された蛍光体から発せられる前記信号を受領するための入力端部を有する少なくとも1つの光ファイバを備える、請求項12〜16のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記システムは、前記読み取られた信号に基づき液体試料中の標的成分の前記定量的判定又は定性的判定を実施するためのコンピュータを備えた信号処理プロセッサを備え、前記信号処理プロセッサは、種々の蛍光体群からの、並行アッセイによる蛍光体からの、及び/又は既知のもしくは未知の液体試料の基準検査における蛍光体からの信号を多重化するように構成される、請求項12〜17のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 液体試料中の標的成分の定量的判定又は定性的判定のための光学的分析用に前記試料を調整する際に使用するためのマイクロ流体デバイスにおいて、透過性窓及び前記液体試料の入口を有する少なくとも1つの流路チャネルを備えるマイクロ流体デバイスにおいて、前記流路チャネル内に、
前記標的成分の捕獲部位を表面に備える複数の磁性粒子と、
前記磁性粒子の前記捕獲部位に結合するように構成された複数の蛍光体と、
をさらに備え、
前記蛍光体及び前記磁性粒子は前記流路チャネル内において一定の距離をもって互いに離間して、かつ前記流路チャネルの入口よりも下流に設けられる、マイクロ流体デバイス。 - 前記マイクロ流体デバイスは前記流路チャネル用の溝及び前記流路チャネルを覆うフォイルを有する基板からなり、前記流路チャネルは、透過性窓及び前記液体試料の吸入用の入口を備え、前記マイクロ流体デバイスは、前記流路チャネルの又は前記流路チャネルと流体連通状態にあるシンク・セクションの可撓性壁部セクションを備え、前記可撓性壁部セクションは、空気が前記流路チャネルから押し出され、その後前記可撓性壁部がその初期位置に戻るように移動され得る、請求項19に記載のマイクロ流体デバイス。
- アクチュエータを使用して前記流路チャネル内の前記液体試料を脈動させる工程をさらに備え、その後、前記磁性粒子は、磁石を使用して前記透過性窓に隣接して少なくとも一時的に固定化される、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも一時的に固定化された磁性粒子は、前記電磁ビームにさらされる前に前記磁石により印加される磁力から解放される、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記2つ以上の並行アッセイの中の1つで使用される蛍光体及び磁性粒子のうちの少なくとも一方が、前記2つ以上の並行アッセイの中の別の1つで使用される蛍光体及び磁性粒子のうちの少なくとも一方とは異なる、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記マイクロ流体デバイスは、前記流路チャネル又は前記流路チャネルと流体連通状態にあるシンク・セクションの可撓性壁部セクションを備え、前記システムは、前記可撓性壁部セクションを移動させるように構成されるアクチュエータを備える、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 前記蛍光体は、量子ドットであり、前記蛍光体は、前記磁性粒子の前記捕獲部位に結合し得る成分に固着されることにより前記磁性粒子の前記捕獲部位に結合するように構成され、前記成分は前記標的成分と同一又は同族体である、請求項16に記載のシステム。
- 前記エミッタの前記光ファイバ及び前記リーダの前記光ファイバは、前記出力端部及び前記入力端部のそれぞれに隣接する少なくとも各長さセクションにおいて相互に隣接して配置され、前記エミッタは、前記電磁放射を発するための出力端部をそれぞれ有する複数の光ファイバを備え、前記リーダは、磁性粒子により捕獲された蛍光体から発せられる前記信号を受領するための入力端部をそれぞれ有する複数の光ファイバを備える、請求項17に記載のシステム。
- 前記流路チャネルが前記マイクロ流体デバイスのシンク・セクションと流体連通状態になる、請求項20に記載のマイクロ流体デバイス。
