Description
本発明の実施の形態1について図を参照して説明する。
放出された酢酸量(モル量)/吸着させたエタノール量(モル量)×100=酢酸転化率[%]
吹出し風中の酢酸濃度[mg/m^3]=(脱臭手段上でエタノールから酢酸に転化した量[mg/日]+室内の自然発生酢酸量[mg/日])×送風による再放出率/脱臭装置の吹出し風量[m^3/min]
(1)酸化性能を高め、二酸化炭素まで分解を促進する。
(2)酸化性能を抑え、アルコールをアルコールのまま排出する。
(3)酢酸になっても鼻に感じる程まで蓄積せず、直ぐに放出させる。
Claims (16)
- 外部に向けて開口する吸込口と吹出口とを有し、該吸込口から該吹出口へと連通する通風路が形成された本体ケースと、
前記本体ケースに内蔵され、前記吸込口から前記吹出口に至る前記通風路に室内空気を導入する送風手段と、
前記通風路の途中に設けられ、導入された空気が通過可能な脱臭手段と、
前記脱臭手段の少なくとも一部の領域に対向して配置され、200℃以下で前記脱臭手段を加熱する加熱手段と、
前記送風手段および前記加熱手段の動作を制御する制御手段と、を備え、
前記加熱手段による加熱温度は120℃〜140℃に設定され、
前記脱臭手段は、
吸着した物質を酸化分解しないゼオライトを含む吸着材と、
吸着した物質を酸化分解するマンガン酸化物を含む触媒成分と、
前記吸着材及び前記触媒成分が担持された担体と、から成り、
前記脱臭手段は、エタノールを吸着させて前記送風手段を停止した状態で加熱温度120℃〜140℃で1時間加熱した場合に、吸着していたエタノールのモル量に対する前記脱臭手段から放出された酢酸のモル量の割合を表す酢酸転化率が15%以下となるように構成されている脱臭装置。 - 前記ゼオライトは、シリカ/アルミナ比が少なくとも60以上である疎水性ゼオライトにより構成される請求項1に記載の脱臭装置。
- 前記吸着材は、亜鉛酸化物を含んで構成される請求項1または請求項2に記載の脱臭装置。
- 前記脱臭手段は、前記担体に担持された成分に対する前記マンガン酸化物の重量比率が5wt%〜10wt%に構成される請求項1から請求項3の何れか1項に記載の脱臭装置。
- 前記加熱手段は、前記脱臭手段と非接触である請求項1から請求項4の何れか1項に記載の脱臭装置。
- 前記加熱手段と前記脱臭手段との相対的位置関係を変更する位置変更手段を更に備え、
前記制御手段は、前記位置変更手段の動作を制御する手段を含む請求項1から請求項5の何れか1項に記載の脱臭装置。 - 前記制御手段は、前記位置変更手段を予め設定されたタイミングで駆動して前記脱臭手段を回動させる制御プログラムを内蔵している請求項6に記載の脱臭装置。
- 前記制御プログラムは、
前記位置変更手段を予め設定されたタイミングで駆動して前記脱臭手段を予め設定された回転角度だけ回動させた後停止させる処理ステップと、
その停止状態で前記加熱手段を予め設定された時間通電する処理ステップと、
を含む請求項7に記載の脱臭装置。 - 外部に向けて開口する吸込口と吹出口とを有し、該吸込口から該吹出口へと連通する通風路が形成された本体ケースと、
前記本体ケースに内蔵され、前記吸込口から前記吹出口に至る前記通風路に室内空気を導入する送風手段と、
前記通風路の途中に設けられ、導入された空気が通過可能な脱臭手段と、
前記脱臭手段の少なくとも一部の領域に対向して配置され、200℃以下で前記脱臭手段を加熱する加熱手段と、
前記送風手段および前記加熱手段の動作を制御する制御手段と、を備え、
前記脱臭手段は、
吸着した物質を酸化分解しないゼオライトを含む吸着材と、
吸着した物質を酸化分解するマンガン酸化物を含む触媒成分と、
前記吸着材及び前記触媒成分が担持された担体と、から成り、
前記送風手段を停止した状態で前記加熱手段により前記脱臭手段を加熱する再生動作において、加熱温度は120℃〜140℃に設定され、加熱時間は1時間に設定され、前記触媒成分に吸着していたエタノールのモル量に対する前記脱臭手段から放出される酢酸のモル量の割合である酢酸転化率が、前記再生動作中の平均で15%以下となるように、前記担体に担持された成分に対する前記触媒成分の重量比率が設定されてなる脱臭装置。 - 前記ゼオライトは、シリカ/アルミナ比が少なくとも60以上である疎水性ゼオライトにより構成される請求項9に記載の脱臭装置。
- 前記吸着材は、亜鉛酸化物を含んで構成される請求項9または請求項10に記載の脱臭装置。
- 前記脱臭手段は、前記担体に担持された成分に対する前記マンガン酸化物の重量比率が5wt%〜10wt%に構成される請求項9から請求項11の何れか1項に記載の脱臭装置。
- 前記加熱手段は、前記脱臭手段と非接触である請求項9から請求項12の何れか1項に記載の脱臭装置。
- 前記加熱手段と前記脱臭手段との相対的位置関係を変更する位置変更手段を更に備え、
前記制御手段は、前記位置変更手段の動作を制御する手段を含む請求項9から請求項13の何れか1項に記載の脱臭装置。 - 前記制御手段は、前記位置変更手段を予め設定されたタイミングで駆動して前記脱臭手段を回動させる制御プログラムを内蔵している請求項14に記載の脱臭装置。
- 前記制御プログラムは、
前記位置変更手段を予め設定されたタイミングで駆動して前記脱臭手段を予め設定された回転角度だけ回動させた後停止させる処理ステップと、
その停止状態で前記加熱手段を予め設定された時間通電する処理ステップと、
を含む請求項15に記載の脱臭装置。
