Description
図1は、本発明の実施の形態による車両1の全体構成図である。車両1は、エンジン10と、第1モータジェネレータ(以下「第1MG」ともいう)20と、第2モータジェネレータ(以下「第2MG」ともいう)30と、動力分割装置40と、空調装置50と、PCU(Power Control Unit)60と、バッテリ70と、補機バッテリ80と、DC/DCコンバータ81と、冷却ファン90と、ECU(Electronic Control Unit)100とを備える。
上述の実施の形態では、冷却ファン90を作動すべき状況として、バッテリ温度Tbが温度Tb1(たとえば36℃)以上である場合を挙げた。
上述の実施の形態1では、バッテリ温度Tbが温度Tb1(たとえば36℃)以上である場合に、冷却ファン90周辺が極低温である場合には、バッテリ70の冷却よりも冷却ファン90の故障防止を優先して、冷却ファン90の作動を禁止した。
Claims (5)
- 車両に搭載される電池の冷却装置であって、
車室内の空気を吸入し、吸入された空気を前記電池に送風する冷却ファンと、
前記冷却ファンに吸入される空気の温度を検出するための吸気温センサと、
前記冷却ファンを制御する制御装置とを備え、
前記制御装置は、前記吸気温センサの検出値が第1温度未満である場合、前記冷却ファンの作動を禁止し、
前記制御装置は、前記冷却ファンの実回転数が目標回転数となるように前記冷却ファンをフィードバック制御し、
前記制御装置は、前記吸気温センサの検出値が前記第1温度未満である場合でかつ前記冷却ファンの実回転数と前記目標回転数との差が予め定められた範囲外である場合に、前記冷却ファンの作動を禁止する、電池の冷却装置。 - 前記制御装置は、前記電池の温度が第2温度以上である場合でかつ前記吸気温センサの検出値が前記第1温度以上である場合に前記冷却ファンを作動し、前記電池の温度が前記第2温度以上である場合でかつ前記吸気温センサの検出値が前記第1温度未満である場合に前記冷却ファンの作動を禁止する、請求項1に記載の電池の冷却装置。
- 前記制御装置は、前記電池の温度が前記第2温度よりも高い第3温度以上である場合、前記吸気温センサの検出値が前記第1温度未満であるか否かに関わらず、前記冷却ファンを作動する、請求項2に記載の電池の冷却装置。
- 前記制御装置は、前記冷却ファンに作動指令を出力することによって前記冷却ファンが正常に作動するか否かを確認する作動チェックを実行することが要求された場合、前記吸気温センサの検出値が前記第1温度以上である場合に前記作動チェックを実行し、前記吸気温センサの検出値が前記第1温度未満である場合に前記作動チェックを実行しない、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の電池の冷却装置。
- 車両に搭載される電池の冷却装置であって、
車室内の空気を吸入し、吸入された空気を前記電池に送風する冷却ファンと、
前記冷却ファンに吸入される空気の温度を検出するための吸気温センサと、
前記冷却ファンを制御する制御装置とを備え、
前記制御装置は、前記吸気温センサの検出値が第1温度未満である場合、前記冷却ファンの作動を禁止し、
前記制御装置は、前記冷却ファンに作動指令を出力することによって前記冷却ファンが正常に作動するか否かを確認する作動チェックを実行することが要求された場合、前記吸気温センサの検出値が前記第1温度以上である場合に前記作動チェックを実行し、前記吸気温センサの検出値が前記第1温度未満である場合に前記作動チェックを実行しない、電池の冷却装置。
