Claims (5)
- 回転軸に配設されるサンギヤと、
前記サンギヤの外径側に噛合する複数のピニオンギヤと、
前記複数のピニオンギヤを支持するキャリアと、
前記キャリアの外径側で前記ピニオンギヤに噛合するリングギヤと、
前記リングギヤを外径側において保持するケースと、
を有し、
前記リングギヤは前記ケースに対して前記回転軸の軸方向に摺動可能であり、
前記キャリアの外径側端部には、前記リングギヤの内径側端部に対して当接かつ前記キャリアと前記リングギヤとを相対回転可能に保持し、前記リングギヤからの前記軸方向の荷重を前記キャリアに伝達する荷重伝達部材を有し、
前記ケースには、前記リングギヤを支持するための支持溝が、前記荷重伝達部材に対して潤滑油をガイドするように、前記荷重伝達部材の外周側に形成され、
前記キャリアには、前記荷重伝達部材に潤滑油を供給するための潤滑油供給溝が、前記荷重伝達部材の内径側に形成される
ことを特徴とする遊星歯車機構。 - 前記キャリアは、複数の部材をろう付けすることにより構成され、前記複数の部材のうち、一方の部材を、他方の部材に形成される前記潤滑油供給溝の内側においてろう付けされることにより一体構成となる
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の遊星歯車機構。 - 回転軸に配設されるサンギヤと、
前記サンギヤの外径側に噛合する複数のピニオンギヤと、
前記複数のピニオンギヤを支持するキャリアと、
前記キャリアの外径側で前記ピニオンギヤに噛合するリングギヤと、
前記リングギヤを外径側において保持するケースと、
を有し、
前記リングギヤは前記ケースに対して前記回転軸の軸方向に摺動可能であり、
前記キャリアの外径側端部には、前記リングギヤの内径側端部に対して当接かつ前記キャリアと前記リングギヤとを相対回転可能に保持し、前記リングギヤからの前記軸方向の荷重を前記キャリアに伝達する荷重伝達部材を有し、
前記キャリアには、前記荷重伝達部材に潤滑油を供給するための潤滑油供給溝が、前記荷重伝達部材の内径側に形成され、
前記キャリアは、複数の部材をろう付けすることにより構成され、前記複数の部材のうち、一方の部材を、他方の部材に形成される前記潤滑油供給溝の内側においてろう付けされることにより一体構成となる
ことを特徴とする遊星歯車機構。 - 前記ケースには、前記リングギヤを支持するための支持溝が、前記荷重伝達部材に対して潤滑油をガイドするように前記荷重伝達部材の外周側に形成される
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の遊星歯車機構。 - 内燃機関及び電動機を駆動源とし前記回転軸から最終出力軸へ駆動を伝達する変速機であって、
駆動伝達部として、前記請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の遊星歯車機構を有する
ことを特徴とする変速機。
