Abstract
【解決手段】複数の駆動歯車を具え、エンジンの駆動軸に接続された入力軸と、入力軸と平行に設けられた出力軸と、各駆動歯車にそれぞれ噛み合い、かつ出力軸に対して回動自在に設けられた被動歯車と、出力軸の軸方向に移動可能に設けられ、被動歯車の側方に係合して、被動歯車を出力軸に連結させるスリーブと、スリーブに一体に形成されたパーキング歯車とを備え、軸受の外周にパーキング歯車を軸方向に互いに重ねて設けて車両用変速機を構成した。これにより、部品点数を削減させ、横幅が短い車両用変速機を提供できる。

Description
前記スリーブの前記軸端側には、パーキング歯車が一体形成され、かつ該パーキング歯車と前記軸端の軸受とが、軸方向に互いに重ねて配置されていることとして車両用変速機を構成した。
前記第1および第2の入力軸と並行に配設された第1および第2の出力軸を有し、前記第1および第2の入力軸の駆動歯車と噛み合う被動歯車を前記第1または第2の出力軸に係合させるシンクロ機構とを具える出力機構とを備え、
前記スリーブは、前記第1および第2の出力軸のいずれか短い方の出力軸に係合させるシンクロ機構に設けられたこととする。
パーキング歯車を、変速歯車の変速に用いるスリーブに設けたことにより、出力軸に、パーキング歯車を設けるための設置箇所が不要となり、変速機の軸方向長さ(横幅)を短縮させることができる。更に、パーキング歯車を軸端に設けた場合、出力軸を支持する軸受の外周部分にパーキング歯車を、軸方向に互いに重ねて配置(オーバーラップ)させることができ、変速機の軸方向長さ(横幅)をより効果的に短縮させることができる。
図1に、車両用変速機の概略構成を示す。車両用変速機は、前進段に6速、後進段に1速の計7速の変速段をもつ、横置き車載式のダブルクラッチ変速機である。図中1は、ダブルクラッチ変速機の本体部であり、入力系2と出力系30とを組み合わせた構造となっている。

Claims (4)
- エンジン側から駆動力が入力される入力軸と、
前記入力軸に固定されて前記入力軸と共に回転する駆動歯車と、
前記入力軸と平行に設けられた出力軸と、
前記出力軸の軸端を回動自在に支持する軸受と、
前記駆動歯車と相互に噛み合い、かつ前記出力軸に回動自在に設けられた被動歯車と、
前記出力軸の軸端側で前記被動歯車に隣接して前記出力軸に固定され前記出力軸と共に回転するハブと、
前記ハブの外周側に配置され前記ハブと常時一体に回転すると共に軸方向にスライド可能に設けられ前記出力軸の軸端とは逆方向に移動して前記被動歯車を前記出力軸に駆動連結させるスリーブとを備え、
前記スリーブの前記軸端側には、パーキング歯車が一体形成され、かつ該パーキング歯車と前記軸端に設けられた軸受とが、軸方向に互いに重ねて配置されていることを特徴とする車両用変速機。 - 変速段を所定の2グループに分け、その一方の変速段グループの各駆動歯車を有する第1の入力軸と、他方の変速段グループの各駆動歯車を有し、前記第1の入力軸の周囲に該第1の入力軸の軸心回りに回動可能に設けられた第2の入力軸と、これら第1および第2の入力軸の一端部にそれぞれ設けられ、エンジン側からの駆動力を前記第1と第2の入力軸のいずれかに伝達するクラッチとを具える入力機構と、
前記第1および第2の入力軸と並行に配設された第1および第2の出力軸を有し、前記第1および第2の入力軸の駆動歯車と噛み合う被動歯車を前記第1または第2の出力軸に係合させるシンクロ機構とを具える出力機構と、を備え、
前記スリーブは、前記第1および第2の出力軸のいずれか短い方の出力軸に係合させるシンクロ機構に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用変速機。 - 前記出力軸の軸受は、前記エンジンの配設側に近い第1の軸受と、前記第1の軸受よりも前記エンジンから離れた位置に配設された第2の軸受とからなり、
前記パーキング歯車と前記第2の軸受とが、軸方向に互いに重ねて配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の車両用変速機。 - 前記ハブの外周縁部は、該ハブの中心部よりも前記出力軸の軸端側へ延出しており、
前記外周縁部と前記軸端に設けられた軸受とが、軸方向に互いに重ねて配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれかに記載の車両用変速機。
