Claims (20)
- 携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置隔室システムであって、
少なくとも1つのコントローラと、
前記少なくとも1つのコントローラに結合された少なくとも1つの通信モジュールと、を含み、前記少なくとも1つのコントローラが、
前記少なくとも1つの通信モジュールを介して、携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置を収容するように構成された隔室内の前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置の危険状態に関する情報を受信し、
前記危険状態に関する前記情報の受信に応じて、
前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置が前記隔室をロックするのに望ましい状態かどうかを判定し、
前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置が前記隔室をロックするのに望ましい状態であると判定された場合に、ユーザを前記危険状態から守るために前記隔室の携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置隔室ロック機構をロックする、携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置隔室システム。 - 前記隔室をロックするのに望ましい状態は、前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置が接続された回路の温度レベル、電圧レベル及び電流レベルの1つ以上が、特定のそれぞれのしきい値を超える状態である、請求項1に記載の携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置隔室システム。
- 前記危険状態が、前記隔室内の前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置の潜在的又は既存の破局故障である、請求項2に記載の携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置隔室システム。
- 前記隔室をロックするのに望ましい状態が、前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置の温度レベルと前記隔室の内側の温度レベルの1つ以上が、特定のそれぞれのしきい値を超える状態である、請求項1に記載の携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置隔室システム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの通信モジュールは、前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置が接続された回路に結合された1つ以上のセンサから前記危険状態に関する情報を受信し、また前記少なくとも1つのコントローラに、前記少なくとも1つのコントローラが前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置隔室ロック機構をロックすることを可能にする情報を通信する、請求項1に記載の携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つのコントローラに結合された前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置隔室ロック機構と、
前記少なくとも1つのコントローラに結合され、前記危険状態を示す状態を検出する1つ以上のセンサと、を更に含み、前記危険状態を示す前記状態が、前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置が接続された回路の温度レベル、前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置が接続された回路の電圧レベル、前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置が接続された回路の電流レベル、前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置の温度、前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置がその中に配置された前記隔室内部の温度、前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置が接続された回路の短絡のうちの1つ以上に関する状態を含み、前記少なくとも1つのコントローラが、前記1つ以上のセンサによって検出された前記危険状態を示す前記状態に基づいて、前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置が前記隔室をロックするのに望ましい状態にあると判定した場合に前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置隔室ロック機構をロックするように制御信号を送信する、請求項1に記載の携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置隔室システム。 - 前記少なくとも1つのコントローラが、更に、前記危険状態が存在しなくなったことに関する情報とロック機構オーバライド動作の性能の1つ以上に基づいて、前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置のロック解除に関する決定を行うように構成されている、請求項1に記載の携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置隔室システム。
- 前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置隔室システムが、車両に結合されている、請求項1に記載の携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置隔室システム。
- 前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置隔室システムが、収集・充電及び分配装置に結合されている、請求項1に記載の携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置隔室システム。
- 前記少なくとも1つのコントローラが、外部装置に送信された無線信号によって、危険状態に関する情報を前記外部装置に送信する、請求項1に記載の携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置隔室システム。
- 前記少なくとも1つのコントローラと前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置隔室ロック機構とに結合されて、前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置隔室ロック機構と前記少なくとも1つのコントローラに電力を提供する、前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置とは別の電源を更に含む、請求項1に記載の携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置隔室システム。
- 携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置隔室システムを動作させる方法であって、
前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置隔室システムによって、携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置を収容するように構成された隔室内の前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置の危険状態に関する情報を受け取る段階と、
前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置隔室システムによって、前記隔室内の前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置の前記危険状態に関する情報に基づいて、携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置隔室ロック機構のロックに関する決定を行う段階と、を含む方法。 - 前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置隔室システムの通信モジュールによって、前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置が接続された回路に結合された1つ以上のセンサから前記危険状態に関する情報を受信する段階と、
前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置隔室システムの通信モジュールによって、前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置隔室システムの少なくとも1つのコントローラに、前記少なくとも1つのコントローラが前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置隔室ロック機構をロックすることを可能にする情報を通信する段階と、を更に含む、請求項12に記載の方法。 - 受信した前記危険状態に関する情報は、前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置が接続された回路の温度レベル、前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置が接続された回路の電圧レベル、前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置が接続された回路の電流レベル、前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置の温度、及び前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置が配置された隔室内部の温度のうちの1つ以上に関する情報を含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 車両であって、
携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置によって少なくとも部分的に電力供給される前記車両を推進させるモータと、
前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置に結合され、前記モータに電力供給するために前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置から引き出す電力の量を制御する電子制御ユニットと、
前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置を収容するように構成された隔室と、
前記隔室のロック機構の少なくとも1つのコントローラと、
前記少なくとも1つのコントローラに結合された少なくとも1つの通信モジュールと、を含み、前記少なくとも1つのコントローラが、
前記少なくとも1つの通信モジュールを介して、前記隔室内の携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置の危険状態に関する情報を受信し、
前記危険状態に関する情報の受信に応じて、
前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置が、前記隔室をロックするのに望ましい状態かどうかを判定し、
前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置が前記隔室をロックするのに望ましい状態であると判定された場合に、ユーザを危険状態から守るために前記隔室の前記ロック機構をロックする、車両。 - 前記少なくとも1つのコントローラが、
前記危険状態に関する前記情報の受信に応じて、前記電子制御ユニットに、前記隔室内の前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置から引き出されている電力を減少又は除去する信号を送信する、請求項15に記載の車両。 - 前記危険状態に関する前記情報が、前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置と前記電子制御ユニットが接続された回路の危険電流レベルを示す、請求項16に記載の車両。
- 携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置であって、
少なくとも1つの携帯型の電気エネルギー貯蔵装置セルと、
前記少なくとも1つの携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置セルと少なくとも1つのコントローラに結合された1つ以上のセンサと、を含み、前記1つ以上のセンサが、前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置の危険状態を示す状態を検出し、前記危険状態を示す状態が、前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置が接続された回路の温度レベル、前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置が接続された回路の電圧レベル、前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置が接続された回路の電流レベル、前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置の温度、前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置が配置された隔室内部の温度、及び前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置が接続された回路の短絡のうちの1つ以上に関する状態を含み、
前記少なくとも1つのコントローラに結合された少なくとも1つの通信モジュールを更に含み、前記少なくとも1つの通信モジュールが、危険状態を示す状態に関する情報を前記少なくとも1つのコントローラに通信し、前記少なくとも1つのコントローラが、前記危険状態に関する情報の受信に応じて、
前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置が前記隔室をロックするのに望ましい状態かどうかを判定し、
前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置が前記隔室をロックするのに望ましい状態であると判定した場合に、前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置隔室ロック機構を作動させる信号を送信する、携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置。 - 前記少なくとも1つの通信モジュールが、危険状態を示す状態に関する情報を外部装置に通信する、請求項18に記載の携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの通信モジュールが、危険状態を示す状態に関する情報を前記外部装置に無線通信する、請求項19に記載の携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置。
