ただし、ftpsは燃料タンク内圧(センサ値)、kSMPFTはなまし係数(≦1)である。
ここで、燃料タンク内圧が所定値未満の場合には、本処理から一旦抜ける。一方、燃料タンク内圧が所定値以上のときには、ステップS104に処理が移行する。

ただし、kDPFTSMは、なまし係数(≦1)である。
ここで、燃料タンク内圧の変動値が所定値よりも大きい場合には、本処理から一旦抜ける。一方、燃料タンク内圧の変動値が所定値以内であるときには、ステップS106に処理が移行する。

ただし、rtau*nは空燃比(今回値)、kNRTAU1は、なまし係数(≦1)である。
ここで、空燃比の変動値が所定値よりも大きい場合には、本処理から一旦抜ける。一方、空燃比の変動値が所定値以内であるときには、ステップS108に処理が移行する。

Claims (6)
- エンジンに供給される燃料を貯留する燃料タンクと、
前記燃料タンク内の上部空間と前記エンジンの吸気系とを連通するパージ配管と、
前記パージ配管に介装され、該パージ配管を開閉する電磁弁と、
前記エンジンから排出される排気ガス中の酸素濃度に応じて、前記エンジンで燃焼された混合気の空燃比を検出する空燃比検出手段と、
前記燃料タンク内の圧力を検出するタンク内圧検出手段と、
前記エンジンの運転状態に基づいて、前記電磁弁の開閉制御を行う制御手段と、を備え、
前記制御手段は、前記タンク内圧検出手段により検出された前記燃料タンク内の圧力、及び前記パージ配管を流れる蒸発燃料の流量に基づいて、前記電磁弁の開弁時間を設定するとともに、前記電磁弁を開弁する際に、前記空燃比検出手段により検出された空燃比の変動値が所定値未満の場合には、空燃比の変動値が前記所定値以上の場合よりも、前記電磁弁の開弁周期を短くすることを特徴とする蒸発燃料処理装置。 - 前記制御手段は、空燃比の変動値が所定値以上の場合に、前記電磁弁の開弁を禁止することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蒸発燃料処理装置。
- 前記パージ配管の前記電磁弁の下流側に介装され、蒸発燃料を吸着可能なキャニスタと、
前記パージ配管の前記キャニスタの下流側に介装され、該パージ配管を開閉するパージソレノイドバルブと、を備え、
前記制御手段は、前記パージソレノイドバルブが閉弁されているときには、前記電磁弁の開弁を禁止することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の蒸発燃料処理装置。 - 前記制御手段は、前記燃料タンク内の圧力が所定圧未満の場合に、前記電磁弁の開弁を禁止することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の蒸発燃料処理装置。
- 前記制御手段は、燃料タンク内の圧力の変動値が所定値以上の場合に、前記電磁弁の開弁を禁止することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の蒸発燃料処理装置。
- 前記燃料タンク内の蒸発燃料の濃度を取得する濃度取得手段をさらに備え、
前記制御手段は、前記濃度取得手段により取得された蒸発燃料の濃度を考慮して、前記電磁弁の開弁周期を調節することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の蒸発燃料処理装置。
