Description
前記測定されたスランミングによった海洋構造物の反応とスロッシングによるバラストタンクを含む貯蔵タンクの反応に対するデータは数値算術モデル(mathematical models)と連動して最適化&人工知能アルゴリズムを導き出して、その結果がルックアップテーブル形態で航海記録装置(VDR)又は、別途のサーバーに保存されて海洋構造物の姿勢を制御して損傷を最小化する。

Claims (6)
- 海洋構造物の実時間物理的変化モニタリングを通した制御方法において、
水槽又は、風洞で実験による海洋構造物の物理的変化に対するデータを取得して、前記取得されたデータを蓄積してルックアップテーブル(Lookup table)を生成する(a)段階と、
測定装置から出力された海洋構造物の実際の物理的変化に対するデータを取得する(b)段階と、
前記(b)段階で取得したデータを前記(a)段階のルックアップテーブルに蓄積されたデータと比較して、海洋構造物の物理的変化に対する予測データを生成する(c)段階と、
前記予測データを伝達された3次元数値解釈(numerical analysis)プログラムによって構造物制御動作情報、メンテナンスが必要な位置情報、メンテナンス費用情報、メンテナンス所要時間のうちの少なくとも一つを含むメンテナンス情報及び海洋構造物でのガス漏出、火災又は、爆発に対する警告情報を生成する(d)段階と、を含み、
前記物理的変化は、前記海洋構造物上の少なくとも一つの地点に対する長さ変化、傾斜変化、温度変化、圧力変化、比体積変化のうちの少なくとも一つを含み、
前記(d)段階では、前記3次元数値解釈プログラムが、前記海洋構造物の挙動及び構造的変化により発生しうるガス漏出、拡散、火災又は、***などの仮想危険状況及び該仮想危険状況に応じた対応方案に対するデータが保存された状況解釈モジュールと連動して、メンテナンス情報を生成することを特徴とする海洋構造物に対する物理的変化の実時間モニタリングを通した制御方法。 - 前記(c)段階以後に、前記予測データと、海洋構造物の実際の物理的変化に対するデータと、を比較して、前記ルックアップテーブルを修正する(c−1)段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の海洋構造物に対する物理的変化の実時間モニタリングを通した制御方法。
- 前記(d)段階以後に、FSIプログラム(Fluid Structure Interaction)により前記構造物制御動作情報をシミュレーターで生成して、状況認識ミドルウェア(middleware)によって前記シミュレーターを前記(b)段階で取得した前記海洋構造物の実際の物理的変化量に対するデータと実時間で連動させて、前記海洋構造物を自動で制御するアルゴリズムを生成する段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の海洋構造物に対する物理的変化の実時間モニタリングを通した制御方法。
- 前記(d)段階の3次元数値解釈プログラムは有限要素解釈法(FEM)及び電算流体力学(CFD)を利用することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の海洋構造物に対する物理的変化の実時間モニタリングを通した制御方法。
- 構造物自動制御部が前記構造物制御動作情報により前記海洋構造物の位置又は、角度を変化させて制御する(e)段階をさらに含み、
前記構造物自動制御部は、
前記海洋構造物上の少なくとも一つの地点に連結される結合手段と、
前記結合手段と連結されて前記海洋構造物を上下左右に移動させる変位調節手段と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の海洋構造物に対する物理的変化の実時間モニタリングを通した制御方法。 - 前記警告情報は、前記測定装置がTDLAS、DTS、DAS、FBG又はRMLDのうちの少なくとも一つを利用して測定した前記海洋構造物の実際の物理的変化に対するデータを利用して生成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の海洋構造物に対する物理的変化の実時間モニタリングを通した制御方法。
