Claims (4)
- 軸本体、前記軸本体に対して偏心する偏心部、および前記軸本体に設けられる軸歯車を有するクランク軸と、
複数の外歯を有し、前記偏心部の回転に伴って揺動回転する揺動歯車と、
前記クランク軸の前記軸歯車に噛み合う第1歯車、および前記第1歯車の軸方向において当該第1歯車とは離間する第2歯車を有する伝達歯車と、
前記第2歯車に噛み合う外歯歯車、および入力トルクを前記外歯歯車の軸方向のトルクに変換する軸方向変換歯車を有する軸方向変換ユニットと、
前記揺動歯車の前記各外歯に噛み合う複数の内歯を有する外筒と、を備え、
前記外歯歯車の軸方向において、前記軸方向変換歯車が前記第1歯車と前記第2歯車との間に配置される、軸方向変換歯車装置。 - 前記外歯歯車の外径は、前記軸方向変換歯車の外径よりも小さく、
前記軸方向変換ユニットは、前記軸方向変換歯車の外縁部の一部が前記外歯歯車の軸方向において前記第2歯車と重なるように配置される、請求項1に記載の軸方向変換歯車装置。 - 前記第2歯車の外径は、前記伝達歯車の中心軸から前記軸歯車の最外縁までを半径とする軸歯車接触円の直径よりも小さい、請求項1または2に記載の軸方向変換歯車装置。
- 前記クランク軸、前記伝達歯車、および前記軸方向変換ユニットを回動可能に支持するとともに、前記揺動歯車の揺動回転に伴って、前記伝達歯車の中心軸を軸心として前記外筒に対して相対的に回転するキャリアをさらに備え、
前記軸方向変換ユニットの中心軸は、前記伝達歯車の中心軸から前記各内歯の最外縁までを半径とする内歯接触円の内側に位置する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の軸方向変換歯車装置。
