Description
本発明の第1実施形態について説明する。
本発明の第2実施形態について説明する。本実施形態は、径が異なる3種類の噴孔を設けた点が異なり、その他に関しては第1実施形態と同様であるため、第1実施形態と異なる部分についてのみ説明する。
上記各実施形態では、本発明を圧縮着火式内燃機関の燃料噴射弁に適用したが、本発明は直噴ガソリン内燃機関の燃料噴射弁にも適用することができる。

Claims (3)
- スワール流が発生する内燃機関の燃焼室(5)内に燃料を噴射する燃料噴射弁であって、
高貫徹力の噴霧(B1)を噴出させる複数の第1噴孔(71)と、
前記第1噴孔から噴出させる噴霧よりも貫徹力が低い低貫徹力の噴霧(B2)を噴出させる複数の第2噴孔(72)と、
前記第1噴孔から噴出させる噴霧よりも貫徹力が低く且つ前記第2噴孔から噴出させる噴霧よりも貫徹力が高い中貫徹力の噴霧(B3)を噴出させる複数の第3噴孔(73)と、を備え、
前記第1噴孔と前記第2噴孔と前記第3噴孔とは、スワール流れ向き(A)に沿ってこの順に配置されており、
前記第1噴孔の径と前記第2噴孔の径と前記第3噴孔の径との関係は、前記第1噴孔の径>前記第3噴孔の径>前記第2噴孔の径である、燃料噴射弁。 - 前記燃焼室における径方向中心部に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 前記内燃機関は、圧縮着火式内燃機関であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の燃料噴射弁。
