Claims (4)
- 複数の線状導体と、それぞれが離間し且つ同一平面上に配置された状態の前記線状導体を覆う絶縁体と、を有するフラットケーブルと、
電池モジュールを構成する同一方向に重ね合わされた複数の電池セルの内の前記同一方向に連なる少なくとも2つの電池セルに設けた電極端子であり、前記同一方向に並んでいる電極端子同士を電気的に接続するための複数のバスバーと、
前記線状導体と前記バスバーの組み合わせ毎に設け、接続部材本体と、前記接続部材本体に連結され、圧接溝が形成された圧接刃部と、を有する接続部材と、
を備え、
前記絶縁体は、それぞれの前記線状導体を互いに絶縁させ得るよう内部に収容する連結部を有し、
前記接続部材は、前記接続部材本体を前記連結部に接触させることなく、前記圧接溝への圧入に伴い前記絶縁体の前記連結部から露出した前記線状導体に当該圧接溝の内縁を接触させ、且つ、前記接続部材本体を前記バスバーに電気的に接続させることを特徴とする電線接続構造。 - 前記接続部材は、前記接続部材本体の一部を前記バスバーに溶接することにより当該バスバーに電気的に接続させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電線接続構造。
- 前記接続部材は、前記バスバーから延設させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電線接続構造。
- 前記バスバー及び前記接続部材は、金属平板を打ち抜いて形成され、
前記接続部材は、前記圧接刃部を圧入する方向が平板状の前記バスバーに対して垂直となるよう、前記接続部材本体が折り曲げられていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電線接続構造。
