As described above, the object moving device according to the present invention has the following effects due to its configuration.
One first traveling unit capable of traveling on the floor by the driving wheel which rolls the lifter on the floor supporting the object and the driven wheel which rolls on the floor Since it is connected to the carriage frame having one second traveling unit that can travel on the floor, the drive wheel of one first traveling unit and the driven wheel of one second traveling unit The position and posture of the target object supported by the lifter can be freely changed.
Further, when viewed from above, the ground contact surface of the drive wheel of one of the first traveling units is located outside the contour of the object supported by the lifter, and the driven wheels of one of the second traveling units are Since the ground contact surface is located inside the contour of the object supported by the lifter, the arrangement of the traveling units is optimized, and the driving wheels of one first traveling unit and one second traveling unit are arranged. By steering the driven wheels respectively, the position and posture of the object supported by the lifter can be freely changed.
Further, the lifter moving on the floor is connected to the bogie frame at at least two connection points, respectively, and an imaginary line connecting the ground plane of the driving wheel and the ground plane of the driven wheel and two connection points Since the virtual line connecting the two intersects, the drive wheel of one first traveling unit and the driven wheel of one second traveling unit are respectively steered to be supported by the lifter. The position and posture of the object can be freely changed.
In addition, since the lifter moving on the floor is connected to the carriage frame so as to be movable in the vertical direction at least at two connection points, the drive wheel of the first traveling unit and one By steering the driven wheels of the second traveling unit, the position and posture of the object supported by the lifter can be changed stably.
Further, the two cart body casters as viewed from above are positioned with the ground contact surface on the floor of the drive wheel of the first traveling unit in between, so the drive of one of the first traveling units By steering the wheel and the driven wheel of one second traveling unit, the position and posture of the object supported by the lifter can be changed stably.
Further, the lift mechanism coupled to the lifter frame that can be submerged under the vehicle can support an object, and when viewed from above, one lifter caster connects the two lifter frames with the lift mechanism as a boundary. Since it is located at the opposite side of the line connecting the points, the lifter can be moved to the lifter by steering the driving wheel of one first traveling unit and the driven wheel of one second traveling unit respectively. The position and posture of the supported object can be changed stably.
Further, the carriage frame having two first traveling units that can travel on the floor by the driven wheels that are steered and one second traveling unit that can travel on the floor by the driven wheels that are steered. Since the lifter is coupled, the steering wheel of each of the two first traveling units and the driven wheel of one second traveling unit are respectively steered, so that the object supported by the lifter is The position and posture can be changed freely.
Further, the grounding surfaces of the two first traveling units each having the driving wheel as viewed from above are located outside the contour of the object supported by the lifter, and 1 having the driven wheel as viewed from above. Since the ground planes of the two second traveling units are located inside the contour of the object supported by the lifter, the drive wheels of each of the two first traveling units and one second traveling unit By steering the driven wheels respectively, the position and posture of the object supported by the lifter can be freely changed.
Also, having the two first traveling units that can travel on the floor by the driving wheels and the second traveling unit that can travel on the floor by the driven wheels,
Since the virtual line connecting the ground contact surfaces on the floors of the two driving wheels viewed from above and the virtual center line that divides the vehicle supported by the lifter cross each other, the two first travelings By steering the drive wheels of each unit and the driven wheels of one second traveling unit, the position and posture of the object supported by the lifter can be freely changed.
Further, the two driving units have two first traveling units that can travel on the floor by the driving wheels and one second traveling unit that can travel on the floor by the driven wheels, and viewed from above. A virtual line connecting the ground contact surface on the wheel floor intersects with a virtual center line dividing the vehicle supported by the lifter on the left and right, and the virtual line connecting the ground contact surfaces of the two drive wheels and the lifter are connected. Since the lines connecting the two connection points of the carriage frame are arranged in parallel, the drive wheels of the two first traveling units and the driven wheels of the second traveling unit are respectively steered. By doing so, the position and posture of the object supported by the lifter can be freely changed.
The two driving wheels have two first traveling units that can travel on the floor by the driving wheels and one second traveling unit that can travel on the floor by the driven wheels, as viewed from above. Since the virtual line connecting the ground contact surface on the floor and the virtual center line that divides the vehicle supported by the lifter into left and right are in series, the drive wheels of each of the two first traveling units and 1 By steering the driven wheels of the two second traveling units respectively, the position and posture of the object supported by the lifter can be freely changed.
Further, the two driving units have two first traveling units that can travel on the floor by the driving wheels and one second traveling unit that can travel on the floor by the driven wheels, and viewed from above. A virtual line connecting the ground plane on the wheel floor and a virtual center line dividing the vehicle supported by the lifter on the left and right are connected in series, and the virtual line connecting the ground plane of the two driving wheels and the lifter are connected. Since the line connecting the two connection points of the carriage frame intersects, the drive wheels of the two first traveling units and the driven wheels of the second traveling unit are respectively steered. By doing so, the position and posture of the object supported by the lifter can be freely changed.
Accordingly, it is possible to provide an object moving device suitable for moving an object such as a vehicle on the floor.
