Claims (1)
- エンジンの排気の一部をEGRガスとしてエンジンの吸気に還流させるEGR装置であって、
制御装置は、エンジン回転数検出センサーが検出するエンジンの回転数(N)と、噴射量検出センサーが検出する噴射量(F)と、冷却水温度検出センサーが検出する冷却水温度(Tc)と、吸気温度検出センサーが検出する吸気温度(Tin)と、EGRガス温度検出センサーが検出するEGRガス温度(Tegr)とを取得し、
前記取得したエンジンの回転数(N)と噴射量(F)とから、基準全炭化水素排出濃度マップに基づいて基準全炭化水素排出濃度(Dts)を算出し、全炭化水素排出濃度基準補正量マップに基づいて全炭化水素排出濃度基準補正値(Cs)を算出し、
前記取得した吸気温度(Tin)から、吸気温度補正係数マップに基づいて吸気温度補正係数(Fc)を算出し、
前記算出した全炭化水素排出濃度基準補正値(Cs)と吸気温度補正係数(Fc)とから、全炭化水素排出濃度補正量(C)を算出し、
前記算出した基準全炭化水素排出濃度(Dts)と全炭化水素排出濃度補正量(C)とから、全炭化水素排出濃度(Dt)を算出し、
前記算出した全炭化水素排出濃度(Dt)から、EGRガス温度閾値マップに基づいてEGRガス温度(Tegr)の閾値温度(TH)を算出し、
前記冷却水温度(Tc)が所定温度(Tcs)よりも高いか否か判定し、
前記冷却水温度(Tc)が所定温度(Tcs)よりも高いと判定した場合、EGRガス温度(Tegr)が前記閾値温度(TH)よりも高いか否か判定し、
前記EGRガス温度(Tegr)が前記閾値温度(TH)よりも高いと判定した場合、EGR弁を閉状態に制御せずにEGR弁を開状態に制御し、
前記EGRガス温度(Tegr)が前記閾値温度(TH)よりも高くないと判定した場合、EGR弁を閉状態に制御し、
前記冷却水温度(Tc)が所定温度(Tcs)よりも高くないと判定した場合、EGR弁を閉状態に制御する
ことを特徴とするEGR装置。
