Claims (10)
- 内燃機関とハイブリッド駆動装置のバッテリーを充電するためのジェネレータとを備える機械の組み合わせであって、前記内燃機関(1)が、共通のハウジングに囲まれる一対のシリンダ/ピストンユニットを有し、前記一対のシリンダ/ピストンユニットの2つのピストン(3、4)が接続ロッド(5、6)を介してそれぞれ1つの専用のクランクシャフト(7、8)に駆動接続され、前記2つのクランクシャフト(7、8)がそれぞれ1つの歯車(9、10)を介して反対方向に回転するように回転接続される機械の組み合わせにおいて、駆動力が、同じ平面に配置される歯車(10、43、45)を介して前記内燃機関(1)の前記クランクシャフト(7、8)から前記ジェネレータ(41、48)の駆動シャフトに伝達され、両方のシリンダ/ピストンユニットが前記ジェネレータ(41)と一列に並んで配置され、前記機械の組み合わせ(42)が共通のハウジング(46)に囲まれ、前記2つのシリンダ/ピストンユニットのシリンダヘッド(53)、両方のクランクシャフトのために設けられるクランクケース(54)、および前記ジェネレータ(41)のハウジング(52)が一体鋳造部として形成されることを特徴とする機械の組み合わせ。
- 請求項1に記載の機械の組み合わせにおいて、前記機械の組み合わせが断熱ハウジングシェル(62)に囲まれることを特徴とする機械の組み合わせ。
- 請求項2に記載の機械の組み合わせにおいて、動作温度を所定の範囲内に維持するために、前記機械の組み合わせの前記ハウジングシェル(62)が、電気エネルギー供給部を有するサーモスタット制御の加熱システムに接続されることを特徴とする機械の組み合わせ。
- 請求項1乃至3の何れか1項に記載の機械の組み合わせにおいて、前記内燃機関(1)の慣性力をバランスさせるために、前記一方のクランクシャフト(7、8)のクランク(11、12)の位置が前記他方のクランクシャフトのクランク(11、12)の位置に対して180°オフセットされ、両方のシリンダ/ピストンユニットの作動サイクルが360°のクランクシャフトの回転の間隔で互いに追随し、両方のシリンダ/ピストンユニットの幾何学的軸線が、前記クランクシャフト(7、8)に対して直角に延在する共通の第1の平面に配置され、また、両方のクランクシャフト(7、8)のそれぞれ2つのバランスウェイト(13、14)の循環通路が、前記他方のクランクシャフト(8、7)の前記バランスウェイト(14)としての前記第1の平面に対して平行である同じ面にそれぞれ延びることを特徴とする機械の組み合わせ。
- 請求項4に記載の機械の組み合わせにおいて、両方のシリンダ/ピストンユニット(3、4)の前記クランクシャフト(7、8)の前記バランスウェイト(13、14)の前記循環通路が延在する前記平面は、両方の接続ロッド(5、6)が移動する平面に対して鏡面対称に延びることを特徴とする機械の組み合わせ。
- 請求項4または5に記載の機械の組み合わせにおいて、内側に向かうオフセットを形成するために、互いに平行であるシリンダ軸線(19、20)が、両方のクランクシャフト(7、8)の前記軸線の間の間隔に対応する場合よりも互いに小さい間隔にあることを特徴とする機械の組み合わせ。
- 請求項1乃至6の何れか1項に記載の機械の組み合わせにおいて、一方のシリンダ/ピストンユニットにそれぞれ割り当てられる前記クランクシャフト(7、8)がそれぞれ2つの転がり軸受(15〜18)に取り付けられることを特徴とする機械の組み合わせ。
- 請求項1乃至7の何れか1項に記載の機械の組み合わせにおいて、ロッカアーム(37〜40)にそれぞれ作用する2つのカム(31、32)を有するカムシャフト(30)が、両方のシリンダ/ピストンユニットのそれぞれ2つの弁(25〜28)を制御するために設けられることを特徴とする機械の組み合わせ。
- 請求項1乃至8の何れか1項に記載の機械の組み合わせにおいて、前記機械の組み合わせが全負荷動作のためのスロットル弁なしに構成され、前記機械の組み合わせの動作状態が、発電電動機の消費電力に応じて制御される前記機械の組み合わせの燃料供給によって規定されることを特徴とする機械の組み合わせ。
- 請求項1乃至9の何れか1項に記載の機械の組み合わせにおいて、前記機械の組み合わせに潤滑油を供給するために、ドライサンプ潤滑手段のチャネルシステムには、前記ハウジングに一体化されるオイルタンクと吸引および圧力ポンプ(49)とが設けられることを特徴とする機械の組み合わせ。
