Abstract
본 발명은 파워 트레인에 관한 것으로, 제1 실린더와 제2 실린더에 각각 구비되는 제1, 2 피스톤과, 상기 제1, 2 피스톤과 각각 제1, 2 크랭크 핀을 통해 연결된 크랭크 축을 포함하는 2기통 엔진; 모터; 상기 모터와 연결된 변속기; 상기 모터와 상기 크랭크 축을 선택적으로 연결하는 클러치; 및 상기 크랭크 축과 결합하는 내부 림, 상기 내부 림과 결합된 디스크 및 상기 디스크와 결합된 외부 림을 포함하는 웨이트부;를 포함하되, 상기 내부 림, 상기 디스크 및 상기 외부 림과 연결된다.
Description
본 발명은 파워 트레인에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 2기통 엔진과 모터를 포함하는 파워 트레인에 관한 것이다.
근래, 차량의 연비를 효과적으로 증대하는 방안으로 엔진의 다운사이징, 예를 들어 2기통 또는 3기통 엔진의 연구가 연구가 활발해지고 있다.
그러나, 이러한 2기통 또는 3기통 엔진은 차량의 다양한 작동 상태에 따른 출력과 연비의 증대에 한계가 있다.
특히, 2기통 엔진은 진동 발생이 상대적으로 크고, 소음이 과다한 문제가 있다.
본 발명은, 진동과 소음을 줄일 수 있고, 연비를 향상시킬 수 있는 2기통 엔진과 모터를 포함하는 파워 트레인을 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명의 실시예에 따른 파워 트레인은 제1 실린더와 제2 실린더에 각각 구비되는 제1, 2 피스톤과, 상기 제1, 2 피스톤과 각각 제1, 2 크랭크 핀을 통해 연결된 크랭크 축을 포함하는 2기통 엔진; 모터; 상기 모터와 연결된 변속기; 상기 모터와 상기 크랭크 축을 선택적으로 연결하는 클러치; 및 상기 크랭크 축과 결합하는 내부 림, 상기 내부 림과 결합된 디스크 및 상기 디스크와 결합된 외부 림을 포함하는 웨이트부;를 포함하되, 상기 내부 림, 상기 디스크 및 상기 외부 림과 연결된 발란스 웨이트가 형성될 수 있다.
상기 발란스 웨이트는 상기 제1, 2 크랭크 핀의 위치와 대칭되는 위치에 형성될 수 있다.
상기 제1, 2 크랭크 핀의 위상은 서로 다를 수 있다.
상기 발란스 웨이트는 2개가 형성될 수 있다.
상기 웨이트부는 상기 엔진과 상기 클러치 사이에서 상기 크랭크 축과 결합될 수 있다.
상기 웨이트부는 상기 크랭크 축의 타단에 결합될 수 있다.
상기 웨이트부는 상기 제1 실린더와 상기 제2 실린더 사이에서 상기 크랭크 축과 결합될 수 있다.
본 발명의 실시예에 따른 파워 트레인에 의하면, 진동과 소음을 줄일 수 있으며, 출력과 연비를 향상시킬 수 있다.

아래에서는 첨부한 도면을 참고로 하여 본 발명의 실시예에 대하여 본 발명이 속하는 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자가 용이하게 실시할 수 있도록 상세히 설명한다.
그러나 본 발명은 여러 가지 상이한 형태로 구현될 수 있으며 여기에서 설명하는 실시예에 한정되지 않는다
명세서 전체에 걸쳐서 동일한 참조번호로 표시된 부분들은 동일한 구성요소들을 의미한다.
도면에서 여러 층 및 영역을 명확하게 표현하기 위하여 두께를 확대하여 나타내었다.
명세서 전체에서, 어떤 부분이 어떤 구성요소를 "포함"한다고 할 때, 이는 특별히 반대되는 기재가 없는 한 다른 구성요소를 제외하는 것이 아니라 다른 구성요소를 더 포함할 수 있는 것을 의미한다.
이하, 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예를 첨부한 도면에 의거하여 상세하게 설명하면 다음과 같다.
도1은 본 발명의 하나 또는 다양한 실시예에 의한 파워 트레인을 도시한 도면이고, 도2는 본 발명의 하나 또는 다양한 실시예에 의한 파워 트레인에 적용되는 웨이트부의 사시도이고, 도3은 본 발명의 하나 또는 다양한 실시예에 의한 파워 트레인에 적용되는 엔진을 도시한 도면이다.
도1 내지 도3을 참조하면, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 파워 트레인(1)은 제1 실린더(12)와 제2 실린더(14)에 각각 구비되는 제1, 2 피스톤(16, 18)과, 상기 제1, 2 피스톤(16, 18)과 각각 제1, 2 크랭크 핀(32, 34)을 통해 연결된 크랭크 축(30)을 포함하는 2기통 엔진(10), 모터(50), 상기 모터(50)와 연결된 변속기(60), 상기 모터(50)와 상기 크랭크 축(30)을 선택적으로 연결하는 클러치(40) 및 웨이트부(70)를 포함한다.
상기 웨이트부(70)는 상기 크랭크 축(30)과 결합하는 내부 림(72), 상기 내부 림(72)과 결합된 디스크(76) 및 상기 디스크(76)와 결합된 외부 림(74)을 포함하고, 상기 내부 림(72), 상기 디스크(76) 및 상기 외부 림(74)과 연결된 발란스 웨이트(78)가 형성된다. 상기 발란스 웨이트(78)는 상기 웨이트부(70)의 원주 방향을 따라 형성될 수 있다.
상기 발란스 웨이트(78)는 상기 제1, 2 크랭크 핀(32, 34)의 위치와 대칭되는 위치에 형성될 수 있다.
도3을 참조하면, 상기 제1, 2 크랭크 핀(32, 34)의 위상은 서로 다를 수 있고, 상기 발란스 웨이트(78)는 2개가 형성될 수 있다.
도2 및 도3에 도시된 바와 같이, 상기 엔진(10)의 상기 제1, 2 피스톤(16, 18)은 상대적인 위치가 다를 수 있고, 따라서 하나의 싸이클 내에서 폭발 행정이 대칭이 아니며, 제1, 2실린더(12, 14)에서 발생하는 진동이 중복되어 증폭되는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
도3에 도시된 바와 같이, 상기 크랭크 축(30)의 제1, 2 크랭크 핀(32, 34)는 그 위상이 서로 다르며, 상기 발란스 웨이트(78)는 상기 제1, 2 크랭크 핀(32, 34)에 대응되는 위치에 형성되는 제1, 2 발란스 웨이트 유닛(80, 82)을 포함할 수 있다.
상기 웨이트부(70)는 상기 내부 림(72), 디스크(76) 및 상기 외부 림(74)으로 형성되어, 그 구조가 단순하고 안정적이며, 상기 내부 림(72)와 상기 크랭크 축(30)의 연결이 용이하다.
즉, 상기 내부 림(72)과 상기 크랭크 축(30)의 단순 형상으로 연결이 용이하기 때문에 엔진 형상에 따라 상기 웨이트부(70)를 다양하게 결합하는 것이 가능하다.
도4는 본 발명의 하나 또는 다양한 실시예에 의한 파워 트레인을 도시한 도면이고, 도5는 본 발명의 하나 또는 다양한 실시예에 의한 파워 트레인을 도시한 도면이다.
도1을 참조하면, 상기 웨이트부(78)는 상기 엔진(10)과 상기 클러치(40) 사이에서 상기 크랭크 축(30)과 결합될 수 있다.
또한, 도4를 참조하면, 상기 웨이트부(78)는 상기 크랭크 축(30)의 타단에 결합될 수 있다.
또한, 도5를 참조하면, 상기 웨이트부(78)는 상기 제1 실린더(12)와 상기 제2 실린더(14) 사이에서 상기 크랭크 축(30)과 결합될 수 있다.
2기통 엔진은 엔진의 크기를 줄여 연비 향상이 가능하나, 출력의 최대치에 한계가 있고, 진동이 상대적으로 과다한 문제가 있다.
그러나, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 파워트레인(1)은 상기 엔진(10)와 상기 변속기(60) 사이에 상기 모터(50)가 구비되어 엔진의 진동 저감과 출력 보조 역할을 하게 된다.
상기 클러치(40)의 연결 상태에 따라 상기 모터(50)가 스타터 모터의 역할을 할 수도 있고, 상기 엔진(10)의 동력을 보조하는 보조 동력원으로 역할을 할 수도 있고, 상기 엔진(10)의 작동을 멈추고 주 동력원의 역할을 할 수도 있다.
이상으로 본 발명에 관한 바람직한 실시예를 설명하였으나, 본 발명은 상기 실시예에 한정되지 아니하며, 본 발명의 실시예로부터 당해 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에 의한 용이하게 변경되어 균등하다고 인정되는 범위의 모든 변경을 포함한다.

- 제1 실린더와 제2 실린더에 각각 구비되는 제1, 2 피스톤과, 상기 제1, 2 피스톤과 각각 제1, 2 크랭크 핀을 통해 연결된 크랭크 축을 포함하는 2기통 엔진;
모터;
상기 모터와 연결된 변속기;
상기 모터와 상기 크랭크 축을 선택적으로 연결하는 클러치; 및
상기 크랭크 축과 결합하는 내부 림, 상기 내부 림과 결합된 디스크 및 상기 디스크와 결합된 외부 림을 포함하는 웨이트부;
를 포함하되,
상기 내부 림, 상기 디스크 및 상기 외부 림과 연결된 발란스 웨이트가 형성된 파워 트레인. - 제1항에서,
상기 발란스 웨이트는 상기 제1, 2 크랭크 핀의 위치와 대칭되는 위치에 형성된 파워 트레인. - 제2항에서,
상기 제1, 2 크랭크 핀의 위상은 서로 다른 것을 특징으로 하는 파워 트레인. - 제1항에서,
상기 발란스 웨이트는 2개가 형성된 파워 트레인. - 제1항에서,
