Claims (5)
- タービン及びコンプレッサを備えるターボチャージャであって、
前記タービンを構成するタービンインペラと前記コンプレッサを構成するコンプレッサインペラとを連結する回転軸と、
少なくとも前記回転軸を収容するハウジングと、
前記回転軸と前記ハウジングとの間において流体軸受を形成するセミフローティングメタルと、を備え、
前記ハウジングと前記セミフローティングメタルとの間にオイルを一時的に貯留するオイル溜り空間が形成され、
前記ハウジングには、前記オイル溜り空間にオイルを供給するための上流側供給口が形成され、
前記セミフローティングメタルには、前記回転軸との間に形成される内側軸受部に前記オイル溜り空間のオイルを供給するための供給口が、前記上流側供給口に対して正対せずに前記回転軸の軸方向の位置が重ならずにずれた位置に形成され、
前記セミフローティングメタルの外周面の一部であり、前記上流側供給口と正対する離脱壁面が形成され、
前記セミフローティングメタルの外周面は、前記上流側供給口に対向する位置から前記供給口まで、外径が一定であることを特徴とするターボチャージャ。 - 前記ハウジングの内部から前記供給口にかけて、前記内側軸受部に供給されるオイルを通すためのオイル供給路が形成され、
前記離脱壁面が、前記オイル供給路に形成され、
前記離脱壁面において離脱させた微細異物を前記供給口に向かうオイルに再合流させないように捕集する捕集部が形成され、
前記捕集部は、前記離脱壁面において離脱させた微細異物を前記供給口に向かうオイルに再合流させないように溜める貯留領域と、前記離脱壁面において離脱させた微細異物を前記離脱壁面から前記貯留領域へと移動させる搬送路とを有し、
前記搬送路は、前記離脱壁面から前記供給口に向かってオイルが流れる主流路とは異なる位置において前記離脱壁面に繋がっていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のターボチャージャ。 - 前記オイル溜り空間に、前記貯留領域及び前記搬送路が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のターボチャージャ。
- 前記離脱壁面及び前記供給口よりも下方に、前記貯留領域が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のターボチャージャ。
- 前記供給口は、前記回転軸を挟んで、前記上流側供給口の反対側であって、該回転軸より下方に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のターボチャージャ。
