Description
本発明に係る、請求項1の特徴部に記載の構成を有する弁は、フィルターリングのフィルター面全体が支持リングに接触していて、如何なるときにも機械的に低い剛性を有するフィルターリングの負荷どころか変形も生じない、という利点を有する。汚染物の通流の可能性を伴うフィルター面の破れひいては弁の故障は、確実に阻止される。本発明による、予荷重を掛けられた支持リングを有するフィルターは、製造技術的に煩雑な支持ボディを有するフィルターに対して、弁ボディ又はフィルターハウジングに、著しくより低コストに仕上げることができる。
Claims (14)
- 流入部(11)から配量開口(12)に流れる媒体流内に配置されていて、前記流入部(11)に面する外側の流入側と、前記配量開口(12)に面する内側の流出側とを有し、複数のフィルター孔を含むフィルターリング(26)を有する、フィルター(14)と、
前記フィルターリング(26)を、流出側で支持する支持体と、
を備える、流動性の媒体を配量する弁であって、
前記支持体は、半径方向の予荷重を掛けて前記フィルターリング(26)に当接する、複数の貫通孔を含む半径方向で弾性的な支持リング(28)として構成されており、
前記支持リング(28)は、少なくとも1つの端部に、減径された端部区域(281,282)を備え、
前記フィルター(14)は、弁ハウジング(17)内に収容されていて、前記配量開口(12)に通じる少なくとも1つの供給孔(24)を備える弁ボディ(16)に、前記供給孔(24)を覆うように被せ嵌められており、前記支持リング(28)の前記少なくとも1つの端部区域(281,282)の内径は、前記弁ボディ(16)に被せ嵌められた前記支持リング(28)が前記少なくとも1つの端部区域(281,282)を介して半径方向の締付力を形成するように、寸法設定されている、
ことを特徴とする、弁。 - 前記支持リング(28)の外径は、予荷重を形成する程度だけ、前記フィルターリング(26)の内径よりも大きい、請求項1記載の弁。
- 前記支持リング(28)に設けられた貫通孔の孔横断面は、前記フィルターリング(26)に設けられたフィルター孔の孔サイズよりも何倍も大きい、請求項1又は2記載の弁。
- 前記フィルターリング(26)は、目の細かい濾布から成っており、前記支持リング(28)は、目の粗い金属布から成っている、請求項3記載の弁。
- 前記フィルターリング(26)は、目の細かい濾布から成っており、前記支持リング(28)は、孔付きの金属薄板スリーブ又はプラスチックスリーブから成っている、請求項3記載の弁。
- 前記フィルター(14)は、軸方向に相互に間隔を置いた2つのエンドリング(291,292)と、該エンドリング(291,292)を相互に結合する、周方向で相互に間隔を置いた複数の軸方向ウェブ(293)とを有する、前記フィルターリング(26)を包囲する硬いケージ(29)を備え、前記フィルターリング(26)は、前記ケージ(29)の内側に固定されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の弁。
- 前記ケージ(29)は、前記フィルターリング(26)の外側に射出成形されたプラスチックから成っている、請求項6記載の弁。
- 前記支持リング(28)及び前記ケージ(29)の軸方向長さは、前記少なくとも1つの端部区域(281,282)が前記ケージ(29)のエンドリング(291,292)の領域に位置するように、相互に調整されている、請求項6又は7記載の弁。
- 前記ケージ(29)の前記軸方向ウェブ(293)の1つは、縦リブ(30)を備え、前記支持リング(28)は、リング軸線に対して平行に、軸方向のリング幅にわたって延在する軸方向ギャップ(31)を備え、該軸方向ギャップ(31)内に、縦リブ(30)が突出している、請求項6から8までのいずれか1項記載の弁。
- 前記支持リング(28)の、前記軸方向ギャップ(31)を画定し、相互に対向する軸方向側辺は、前記縦リブ(30)に押圧されている、請求項9記載の弁。
- 前記支持リング(28)は、リング軸線に対して鋭角を成して、リング幅にわたって延在する傾斜ギャップ(32)を有する、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の弁。
- 前記支持リング(28)は、相互に平行なそれぞれ2つの縦辺及び横辺を有する孔付きの四角形の板から曲がっており、前記横辺の、四角形の板の曲げにより生じる突き合わせ箇所又は重畳箇所で接続されている、請求項5記載の弁。
- 前記フィルターリング(26)は、目の細かい濾布から成っており、前記支持リング(28)は、ワイヤ(33)から製作されており、該ワイヤ(33)は、前記支持リング(28)の軸方向幅にわたって延在する蛇行幅で蛇行状に曲げられており、両ワイヤエンドから形成される外側の蛇行体枝端部(331,332)が、相互に平行に対向している、請求項1又は2記載の弁。
- 半径方向孔(23)として弁ボディ(16)内に形成された少なくとも1つの供給孔(24)が、前記配量開口(12)に前置された弁室(18)に通じており、
前記フィルター(14)は、前記供給孔(24)を覆うように、前記弁ボディ(16)に被せ嵌められている、請求項1から13までのいずれか1項記載の弁。
