Claims (9)
- トウモロコシ、ジャガイモ、サツマイモ、サトウキビ、タケまたはこれらと同じ品種のうちのいずれか一種以上の天然植物から抽出した澱粉から得られるバイオ樹脂5〜100重量部と、
熱可塑性ポリオレフィン(TPO)樹脂または熱可塑性ポリウレタン(TPU)樹脂30〜100重量部と、
相溶化剤5〜40重量部と、
滑剤0.1〜1.5重量部と、
架橋剤0.5〜5重量部と、
を含み、
前記熱可塑性ポリオレフィン(TPO)樹脂は、エチレンオクテンゴム(EOR)と、ポリプロピレン(PP)ベースの熱可塑性加硫物(TPV)及びPベースの熱可塑性加硫物(TPV)よりなる群から選ばれるいずれか一種であり、
前記熱可塑性ポリウレタン(TPU)樹脂は、ポリオールが、ポリカーボネート(PC)系、エーテル系及びエステル系よりなる群から選ばれるいずれか一種であることを特徴とするリグニンを含まないバイオ樹脂入り自動車用インテリアシート。 - 前記バイオ樹脂としては、ポリ乳酸(PLA)と、ポリブチレンサクシネート(PBS)と、バイオポリエチレンと、トウモロコシ、ジャガイモ、サツマイモ、サトウキビ、タケまたはこれらと同じ品種のうちのいずれか一種以上の天然植物から抽出した樹脂及びポリヒドロキシアルカノエート(PHA)よりなる群から選ばれるいずれか一種以上を用いることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバイオ樹脂入り自動車用インテリアシート。
- 前記相溶化剤は、グリシジルメタクリレート(GMA)と、マレイン酸無水物(MAH)と、マレイン酸(MA)及びEMMAよりなる群から選ばれるいずれか一種であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動車用のバイオ樹脂入りインテリアシート。
- 前記架橋剤は、トリアリルイソシアヌレート(TAIC)と、トリメチロプロパントリアクリレート(TMPTA)と、ヘキサンジオールジアクリレート(HDDA)と、トリアリルシアヌレート(TAC)及びトリプロピレングリコールジアクリレート(TPGDA)よりなる群から選ばれるいずれか一種であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバイオ樹脂入り自動車用インテリアシート。
- バイオ樹脂と、熱可塑性ポリオレフィン樹脂または熱可塑性ポリウレタン樹脂と、相溶化剤と、滑剤及び架橋剤を配合する工程(S10)であって、前記熱可塑性ポリオレフィン樹脂は、エチレンオクテンゴム(EOR)と、ポリプロピレン(PP)ベースの熱可塑性加硫物(TPV)及びPベースの熱可塑性加硫物(TPV)よりなる群から選ばれるいずれか一種であり、前記熱可塑性ポリウレタン樹脂は、ポリオールが、ポリカーボネート(PC)系、エーテル系及びエステル系よりなる群から選ばれるいずれか一種である、工程(S10)と、
前記配合物をペレット化する工程(S20)と、
前記ペレットを押出機またはカレンダーを用いてシート化する工程(S30)と、
前記シート化物を硬化させる工程(S40)と、
を含むことを特徴とするリグニンを含まないバイオ樹脂入り自動車用インテリアシートの製造方法。 - 前記配合する工程(S10)は、加圧ニーダー、バンバリーミキサーまたは押出機を用いて行うことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のバイオ樹脂入り自動車用インテリアシートの製造方法。
- 前記硬化させる工程(S40)は、電子線(EB)照射装置を用いて行うことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のバイオ樹脂入り自動車用インテリアシートの製造方法。
- 前記硬化させる工程(S40)において、前記電子線照射装置によって吸収された放射線エネルギーの量は、10〜100kGyの範囲であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のバイオ樹脂入り自動車用インテリアシートの製造方法。
- 硬化された前記シート化物の表面にアクリル系またはウレタン系の樹脂をコーティングする工程(S50)と、
コーティングされた前記シート化物の表面をエンボス処理する工程(S60)と、
をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のバイオ樹脂入り自動車用インテリアシートの製造方法。
