Description
Claims (13)
- バイオマス由来ポリエチレンを含むバイオマス由来樹脂と無架橋熱可塑性ポリオレフィン複合樹脂と部分架橋熱可塑性ポリオレフィン複合樹脂と完全架橋熱可塑性ポリオレフィン複合樹脂を含み、
組成物のASTM D6866によるpMC値が15wt%〜35wt%であり、
バイオマス由来ポリエチレン10重量%〜50重量%、
追加的なバイオマス由来樹脂0重量%〜15重量%、
相溶化剤0重量%〜15重量%、
無架橋熱可塑性ポリオレフィン複合樹脂3重量%〜15重量%、
部分架橋熱可塑性ポリオレフィン複合樹脂30重量%〜50重量%、
完全架橋熱可塑性ポリオレフィン複合樹脂2重量%〜10重量%、
エチレンオクタンゴム(EOR、ethylene octane rubber)0重量%〜10重量%;及び
ポリプロピレン0重量%〜15重量%
を含む、
自動車内装材用熱可塑性樹脂組成物。 - 前記組成物は、前記バイオマス由来ポリエチレンの他に、ポリプロピレン、熱可塑性ポリオレフィン複合樹脂(通常、TPO(thermoplastic polyolefin)と称する)、ポリ乳酸(PLA)、セルロース、キチン、澱粉、熱可塑性澱粉(TPS、thermoplastic starch)、ポリヒドロキシアルカノエート(PHAs、poly hydroxyl alkanoates)、ポリビニルアルコール、ポリグリコール酸(PGA、poly glycolic acid)、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)、ポリブチレンサクシネート(PBS、poly butylene succinate)、ポリブチレンテレフタレート(PBT)、ポリブチレンアジペートテレフタレート(PBAT、poly butylene adipate terephthalate)、ポリブチレンアジペート―co―ブチレンサクシネート(PBAS、poly butylene adipate―co―butylene succinate)、ポリブチレンアジペート―co―ブチレンサクシネートテレフタレート(PBAST、poly butylene adipate―co―butylene succinate terephthalate)、ポリトリメチレンテレフタレート(PTT、poly trimethylene terephthalate)、ポリカプロラクトン(PCL、polycaprolactone)、ポリアミド(PA)、ポリウレタン(PU)、ポリ(エステル―アミド)、ポリ(エステル―ウレタン)及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選ばれた一つの追加的なバイオマス由来樹脂をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の自動車内装材用熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記組成物は、前記バイオマス由来ポリエチレンの他に、ポリヒドロキシアルカノエート(PHAs、poly hydroxyl alkanoates)、ポリ乳酸(PLA)、セルロース及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選ばれた一つの追加的なバイオマス由来樹脂を含む、請求項1に記載の自動車内装材用熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記部分架橋TPO複合樹脂は、熱可塑性ポリオレフィン系樹脂をマトリックスとし、ゴム状粒子が分散されて形成された複合樹脂形態のオレフィン系熱可塑性エラストマーであって、前記ゴム状粒子が部分架橋された、請求項1に記載の自動車内装材用熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記相溶化剤は、極性基が付与されて改質されたポリエチレン樹脂である、請求項1に記載の自動車内装材用熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記無架橋TPO複合樹脂は、硬度がショアA87〜92で、溶融指数(MI)が0.6g/10分〜0.8g/10分(230℃、2.16Kg)で、比重が0.88〜0.90で、伸び率は600%〜700%である、請求項1に記載の自動車内装材用熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記部分架橋TPO複合樹脂は、硬度がショアA63〜66で、溶融指数(MI)が0.6g/10分〜1.2g/10分(230℃、5Kg)で、比重が0.88〜0.90である、請求項1に記載の自動車内装材用熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記完全架橋TPO複合樹脂は、硬度がショアA64〜69で、溶融指数(MI)が20g/10分〜25g/10分(230℃、10Kg)で、比重が0.88〜0.90である、請求項1に記載の自動車内装材用熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記バイオマス由来ポリエチレン及び前記追加的なバイオマス由来樹脂は、それぞれトウモロコシ、キクイモ、サトウキビ、サトウダイコン、及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選ばれた一つのバイオマスを加工したり、または前記バイオマスから抽出されたバイオ燃料から製造された、請求項1に記載の自動車内装材用熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記自動車内装材用熱可塑性樹脂組成物は、可塑剤、無機充填剤、光安定剤、熱安定剤、酸化防止剤、滑剤、難燃剤、抗菌剤、耐加水分解剤及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選ばれた一つの添加剤をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の自動車内装材用熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 請求項1〜請求項10のいずれか1項による自動車内装材用熱可塑性樹脂組成物から製造されたシートを含む自動車内装材用成形品。
- 前記自動車内装材用成形品は表面処理層をさらに含む、請求項11に記載の自動車内装材用成形品。
- 前記表面処理層は、EB硬化型水性処理剤またはEB硬化型無溶剤処理剤を適用して形成された、請求項12に記載の自動車内装材用成形品。
