Claims (14)
- 複合成形材を外郭適合化されたブレード縦通材に形成するための装置であって、
長さに沿って可撓性とされた長尺パンチと、
長さに沿って可撓性とされた長尺金型と、
第1可撓性プレートおよび第2可撓性プレートと、
前記パンチおよび前記金型を所望の外郭に形成させるために、前記第1可撓性プレートおよび前記第2可撓性プレートに連結された金型・パンチ外郭形成機構と
を有し、
前記パンチと前記金型との間で概して平らな複合成形材が前記パンチによってプレス成形され得、前記パンチおよび前記金型が、前記第1可撓性プレートおよび前記第2可撓性プレートの間に挟まれている、
装置。 - 前記パンチは、概して平面であって、複数の個別のパンチ区画を有する請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記金型は、金型キャビティを画定する離間された第1金型部および第2金型部を有し、前記パンチは前記第1金型部および前記第2金型部の間に受け入れ可能とされている請求項1または請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記金型部は、それらの間にある前記成形材を絞るために互いに向かって側方へと変位可能であり、前記装置は、前記成形材を絞る前記第1金型部および前記第2金型部に側方への力を付与するための拡張可能部材をさらに有する請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記拡張可能部材は、それぞれが前記金型部の両側にあり、加圧空気源に連結するように適合された一対の膨張可能なホースを有する請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記成形材に係合するように適合されており、前記成形材の局所における外郭に概して合致する外郭を有している少なくとも1つのシムをさらに有する請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第1プレートおよび前記第2プレートに連結されており、前記成形材が前記パンチと前記金型との間にある際に前記第1プレートおよび前記第2プレートを外郭適合化するためのプレスをさらに有する請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記金型と前記パンチとの間に取り外し可能に設置することができ、前記成形材を形成する間に前記成形材の一部を保持するためのプレートをさらに有する請求項1に記載の装置。
- 複合ブレード補強材を製作する方法であって、
概して平らな成形材を形成するステップと、
前記概して平らな成形材を金型のキャビティに導くことで前記成形材を一対の鍔部を有するハット形に形成するようにパンチを用いるステップと、
前記パンチを前記金型キャビティから抜き出すステップと、
プレートを前記鍔部を覆う前記金型上に載置するステップと、
前記プレートに前記パンチを押し付けることで前記金型に対して前記鍔部を保持するステップと、
前記鍔部が前記金型に対して保持されている間に、前記金型を用いて前記ハットを絞ることで、前記生じたハット形をブレードに形成するステップと
を含む方法。 - 前記成形材を前記金型内に配置するステップをさらに含む請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記金型上の前記成形材上に加熱ブランケットを配置するステップと、
前記成形材を、前記加熱ブランケットを用いて形成温度に加熱するステップと
をさらに含む請求項9または10に記載の方法。 - 前記ブレードが形成される前に、前記金型および前記パンチを外郭適合化することによって前記成形材を長さに沿って外郭適合化するステップをさらに含む請求項9から11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ブレードが形成された後に、前記金型および前記パンチを外郭適合化することによって前記成形材を長さに沿って外郭適合化するステップをさらに含む請求項9から11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ブレードが形成された後に、前記鍔部の間に充填材を配置するステップと、
前記鍔部および前記充填材の上に前記プレートを再び載置するステップと、
前記パンチを前記プレートに対して下方に導いて前記充填材を圧縮形成するステップと
をさらに含む請求項9から13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
